Great place! I don t usually write reviews but the people at this place helped me out a lot! The employees are super friendly. My door lock to my car came out and the man there, I didn t get his name, fixed it in less than 5 minutes. They looked pretty busy too and he made the time to help me out. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need car services. And Will definitely be recommending to my friends.

Great service great prices!! My car broke down in Yorktown, I called them and they said it was ok to tow my car to their garage, low and behold when I got there they had the part I needed and they waited for me (it was 730pm) to change the serpentine belt. Unfortunately my car has other issues they found and fixed the next day. Thanks to Daniel and Mr Flores.

Arrived: 11amLeft: 2.45pmBrought in our car because the coolant reservoir was leaking and we needed them to take out our battery so autozone could charge it. Turns out there was a broken pipe and our battery was not good anymore (we ve had it for 2.5yrs so makes sense). They had to go get the pipe from the manufacturer. We had to bring our own battery, but that s okay because there s an Autozone and an O Reilly in the area. Our total was about $340. Estimate was free and the work was quick IMO. Definitely coming again.

I took my car here for a ac diagnostBefore I went I checked my Freon and antifreeze levels. They where good but when they got done, they tried to charge me 160 bucks for Freon when I declined because ik my car had Freon they gave me my car back without Freon they left all the caps off of the oils they checked in my car. They changed all the settings on my car and when I told them about it the guy in the office basically caught a attitude told me I was lying that they didn t even touch my car but said it had a Freon leak there was nothing wrong with my Freon before I went there. How could they know that if they didn t touch it. The customer services was bad guys joking around in the lounge taking up customers seating while taking inappropriate. By far the worst mechanical shop I ve ever been too I feel bad for the owner that I even have to talk about his shop in this way but maybe if he sees this he or she will know you can t hire everyone

I want to strongly caution everyone against visiting Mr. Flores Auto Services, which seems to deserve the nickname "Mr. Robbing and Stealing Services." They charged me an excessive $61 for a simple Vehicle AC check, far more than any other place worldwide. I highly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment, as they appear to take advantage of customers by engaging in unnecessary practices, potentially leading to money being wasted. I hope there were negative stars

Today I went and even though I was not a customer, they treated me very well and helped me get good prices on a battery that my car needed. I will definitely return for future car repairs or maintenance.Hoy fui y a�n y sin ser cliente me atendieron muy bien y ayudaron a conseguir buenos precios en una bater�a que mi carro necesitaba , definitivamente regresar� para pr�ximas reparaciones o mantenimiento de los coches.

Le pagu� a esta empresa para que me quitara los espaciadores. La prueba est� en la imagen. Pereza, el auto se detuvo hacia la derecha porque se supon�a que el tipo deb�a hacerlo y porque me negu� a pagar 415 por un trabajo de mantenimiento de rutina, esto qued� ah�. Gracias a Dios tengo un mec�nico real para arreglarlo, no estos personajes turbios. Mantente alejado. - Paid this company to take my spacers off. Proof is on the picture. Laziness, car pulling to the right because the guy was supposed to, and because I declined to pay 415 for some routine maintenance work this was left in. Thank God I have a real mechanic to fix it, not these shady characters. Stay away.
