Would give more stars if I could. I was broke down in a hotel parking lot with my family. He came to me early on a Sunday morning, picked me up and took me to get parts and had us on the road headed home within a couple hours. Great customer service and great mechanic. Highly recommend

I did not purchase service from Mr. Honest as I found that my car broke down due to a simple issue. But when I inquired about a possible repair, their Customer Service and communication was A+ and I m confident that if they are that attentive to their clients then they are one of the best to call.I figured out my problem (blown fuse) but thank you so much for the transparency and communication. In the future I know who I will call if there s a problem I can t figure out.

Last week the Texas heat caused my thermostat to give out which caused me to miss work 3 days since I could not drive my vehicle. Jesse, was extremely pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond and was very communicative every step of the way. He kept me informed with what was happening and gave me information on other things to look out for in the future. I'd highly recommend Mr. Honest to any one looking for a mechanic here in San Antonio.

I never do reviews .. but Jesse, Mr Honest, was extremely helpful today. He went above and beyond in changing out my fuel pump, and exceeded my expectations overall. I highly recommend him to any one looking for a mobile mechanic in the San Antonio area, and will be saving his number for any future mechanic needs I may have.Thank you again Jesse!

I have spoken to A LOT of mobile mechanics and Jesse was the first one that gave me peace of mind. He's a straight forward guy that told me the good news and the bad. He showed up when he said he would and did exactly what he promised. Yes Yes and Yes! Great hourly rate, save me a ton of money helping with my starter and brake job. He also did not care that I had my own starter. Huge!!!! I will call him again next time. BTW he make it to my location same day!

Called this man with a battery Problem and Immediately he said I'll be there not only that he Went above and beyond ( I'm disabled and can't walk).The gentlemen that came to help me Took the time to take my battery to AutoZone for me and get it charged. Even Tested the batt, installed it again and Waited for me to see car was Working again. Dude was an absolute Gem and a hero to the issue.Service: Auto battery replacement
