Repair my door that was backed into. My truck was there for about a month. They were paid for the job but said I owed a balance and said they would be charging me daily until the balance was paid. Being the insurance of the person who hit me was paying for it I told him it was between State Farm and him . Then he starts driving my truck to and from his apt 2 days later he asks me if I picked it up because it s gone. I haven t seen my truck and he has not called me once . Monster automotive is a scam they set up shop in the back of storage units, or just anywhere . But this is far from over !

Friendly/Efficient/Helpful/Open after 6pmAfter getting out of my college class at 6pm many auto repair shops were closed. Lucky Monster Auto was open and ready to help me change my bad brakes and rotate my tires! They worked quickly and made sure that my new brakes were correctly put it and gave me a good deal on the price.I would recommend these guys and can say that my brakes are working great after driving an hour after the replacement!-Ben M

Messed up my brand new power steering pump, another garage looked at it and said it was all beat up and leaking.Very friendly until they want payment.
