I had the best experience with Haqqi. He helped me purchase my first ever brand new car and was so nice and sweet. I feel like he looked after me and listened to what I wanted. I love my new 2023 Mitsubishi mirage G4 Black Edition.

Had my breaks replaced at there service department and about 2 months later I had a flat tire. The lug nut were extremely tight that I couldn't remove them. Had to drive on my falt tire to get it fixed. There absolutely no reason for the lug nut to be that tight at all. There where not tighten to specs. I'm out a tire and hopefully something can be done. I'll update you all later if there take responsibility for there actions

May I just say the starting experience was great. The ladies at the reception desk were super nice! Grant reached out to me before I even came in just by me browsing the inventory online it started out great! Until they sent me to Shawn. Shawn was deliberate, impolite, he literally talked down to me as the buyer. I brought my stepdad along with me for knowledge and just so I felt better about being a first time buyer and the whole time this man, Shawn, spent the whole time trying to sell the car to My stepdad instead of ME the BUYER. We test drove the car and he spent the whole time trying to educate me on driving like I haven t been driving for 3/4 years. When I had questions and things I didn t understand he made me feel stupid by using the talking down to me method and completely overstepped boundaries when it came to me wanting to make other decisions than buying from Mission Mitsubishi. They made me feel like I couldn t leave and pressured my stepdad that if he didn t co-sign on the car that the only person he d be hurting is me that s plain manipulation. After we decided not to do business with them their attitudes completely switched up and plainly treated us like garbage when they didn t make their sale.

The service director told me that he won t do anything about the brake caliper that they replaced! I tried to explain that it wasn t fixed originally. The proof is that EVERY TIME I ve replaced the brakes the only brake pad that was needing to be replaced is the one connected to the caliper. But they refused to accept any other explanation. I need my car for work and now that I can t drive I m gonna lose my job. I should have never purchased a car here. It s something I ve regretted since 2020.

Don t believe Mission Mitsubishi. My friend went there and was approved but they wanted 2k down. They never offered her the 4500 to use as down payment. It clearly says GET 4500 to use towards a down payment or cash back! First Salesman was going to get her into a nice 2019 Ford Fusion..he said for sure no money down. We scheduled an appointment w him the following Monday but he never showed up. So the Manager said he would take care of us n took us into his office just to pawn us off to someone else. As we waited and waited they came back w we can t do the used car but can get u in a Mitsubishi G4 w 2k down ok so then apply the 4500 and my friend would of had a car. Shady business!! Mission Mitsubishi you know who my friend is SO MAKE IT RIGHT. Stay true to ur word..and if u can t then you shouldn t misinform by saying Get $4,500 to use towards a down payment or cash back! OHHH and btw my friend posted a review on her experience w Mission she did receive a call back from mission stating they saw her review and wanted to let her know they are still trying to work a deal in getting her a car but they wanted her to delete the review in order to do so..So she did and never heard back from them..so she put it back up..and here I am posting our experience w Mission.. not to mention that the Manager and Salesperson both said she could not get into the new Outlander bc the payments for one of those is about $800 a month. Lol really? This was even before they even knew her first name! Get it together Mission!

I was called this morning to say that my plates were in. When I got there the two young ladies at the desk were chatting and on their phones (same kind of thing as when I bought my car). I go out of my way to be positive and polite, hoping the feeling I'm getting will go away. I always get the feeling that I'm interrupting them. I just think if you're the first people we talk to, maybe they should go out of their way to be positive and polite. ON THE FLIP SIDE, once I got my plates and car to the service department, Gus was extremely helpful and friendly. He quickly put the plates on my car along with the registration. He then wanted me to check that the front plate was straight and good for me. As we said goodbye, he told me to come back or call anytime, and he'd be happy to help!!! Gus redeemed the experience to a 4, I just wish the receptionists would learn from him!

I bought a car from here earlier this year and there was some issues about a month ago . They were really helpful in getting it fixed and keeping us updated .Ruben , the service manager and Louis really went above and beyond for us . Thankful for them both !

Worst customer service ever. I was very happy when I first made my purchase, except the salesperson insisted I get 3 years unlimitedchange service and car wash included. Whenever I was able to actually speak to someone to set an appointment, they always try to add on services that I do not want. They only ever washed my car one of the times I brought it in for an oil change. Now they are refusing to change my oil at all because of a nonexistent collision that they insist pushed the radiator into my engine making it impossible to remove the filter. I saw the engine myself and it looks fine. Radiator is fine. Everything is working, but no oil change. Manager said he'd call me back, but he was very argumentive with me so I don't know what to think of their service anymore. They were nice when they took my money, but failed to follow through when it came to redeeming paid services.

I was recently in the market for a used vehicle. I visited multiple dealership on San Pedro . Mission Mitsubishi being one of them . Although I did not purchase a vehicle from them , I have to say their customer service was the best of all the dealership. Joel Garcia and the service manager were extremely helpful and I will be purchasing from them in the future. Great job guys .

This has literally been the best car shopping experience we've ever had. Our sales team provide a very warm welcome, helped us find the best deal for our purchase and worked around our monthly price range. They were very upfront with the prices and numbers, no hidden fees, nothing. They even got our kids snacks!!!!! Beyond pleased with everyone and so happy to have chosen Mission Mitsubishi!!!

Service was great from finical ladies. They were polite and explained everything that was done to my vehicle. However service dept. did not put hub caps on right resulting in two lost hubcaps. Other than that service was great.
