The team at Mission Collision Center did a fantastic job. The level of service provided by Gabe during the repair process of my daughter's car was AMAZING. With attentiveness to detail, he thoroughly explained the repair process and was even available on his off days to address any concerns. Additionally, he took upon himself the responsibility of liaising with the insurance company to secure payment and ensure the delivery of brand new parts. It is noteworthy that the car was handed over in a clean condition, and they allowed me to return the rental vehicle on-site, saving us the inconvenience of an additional trip. My recommendation of this service is highly appreciated and will undoubtedly serve as a valuable reference to potential clients.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. I brought my truck here to be repaired after a hit-and-run. When I walked into the business, I was greeted professionally, and I met Gabe. Gabriel was outstanding. He helped me through this entire process, even with my insurance and making sure my rental car was set up and taken care of. This process could not have been any smoother. They flawlessly restored my truck to its previous condition and even repaired scratches on my door that had nothing to do with the hit-and-run. They repaired my truck ahead of schedule, so I was back in my vehicle earlier. Mission Collision Center and Gabe deserve more than 5 stars for the job they have done!

Gabriel is the man! After a recommendation from a friend and seeing the reviews of Caliber Collision, I m glad I switched. All of the staff were friendly and Gabriel made sure to give me updates on the progress of my car. She came out looking brand new and they were able to repair my aftermarket body parts. If great customer service and repair quality are what you re looking for, look no further.

This is my second time using Mission Collision services. I was promptly greeted by Mr. Gabriel Segovia and he set an appointment for me quickly.On the date of the appointment he quickly and efficiently took care of a the work himself and did as he promised. I m impressed by the way he handled the job without wasting time. I prefer this kind of service and will continue to trust my body shop needs to Mission Collision thanks to Mr Segovia and his entire staff.

Gabe and the team at mission collision did an amazing job on our daughter s car!! Start to finish 2.5weeks and you can t even tell!! Gabe communicated twice weekly!!! Highly recommend this company for your repair and paint needs!

This shop has exceeded my expectations. Gabriel was excellent through this whole process! He dealt with State Farm my insurance company and got everything done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with how he kept me updated the whole time! I don t trust just anyone with my Mercedes Benz but I m glad I brought it here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Mission Collision repaired my 2018 Ram 3500.They did an excellent job. I can t even tell where the repairs were. Troy, my estimator, always kept me informed. I never had to call the shop, because Troy kept me updated. Overall an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Mission Collision.

He gave me my estimate right away for body repairs and willing to work everything out with the insurance for affordability. Gabriel was really helpful after my car accident. It was my first one and he knew that so he went ahead and assisted me through the whole process so I wouldn t get taken advantage of. He was ahead of the game with me calling my insurance and making sure I was taken care of, probably the best customer service I ve ever had and I work in customer service, I m a gym director so very happy with the help that was given.I highly recommend mission collision if anything ever happens to you. Gabe did a great job with my collision repair, quickly determining the extent of the damage, keeping me informed all along the way and getting by car repaired, perfectly. During the process, when the claims adjuster at my insurance company was dragging his feet in agreeing to pay Mission Collision for some of the repair, Gabe went back to the claims adjuster and explained to him how all of the items of the work that Mission Collision did on my car were mandated by GM repair policy. My insurance company then paid up in full. My car now looks the same as before the collision, or even better as Gabe got it washed before he returned my vehicle to me. Thanks Gabe!

Gabe provided superior customer service 7and quoted a price more reasonable (lower than the other places I visited). The work was completed sooner than estimated. Good customer service and quality work is so refreshing. I will (hopefully not too soon) use Mission Collision Center in the future.

From the beginning Gabe was as a lifesaver. He fought with the insurance company for payment and my vehicle is in perfect condition. Paint matched perfectly and he saved me money on the deductible as well! I highly recommend Mission Collision!

I worked with Gabe. It was an excellent experience under trying circumstances. My car was a total loss. He walked me through the whole process in understanding how to settle my claim with the insurance company. I felt like I had a professional guide by my side throughout settling the claim in my favor. I recommend Gabe and Mission Collision in the highest way. I will be recommending them to my family and friends and most certainly plan to use them in the future for my auto paint and body needs.

Avoid this place at all costs! This shop had my car almost 2 months and the level of service they provided is the worst I have ever experienced. First, when they sent the tow truck company they work with to pick up my vehicle, I did not hear from Mission Collision for 3 days to confirm that they received my vehicle. I had to reach out to them to ensure they had the car and that they had started working with my insurance provider on repair estimates. Then for 3 weeks, I was told by their representative, Gabe, that they were waiting on approval of repair costs from my insurance in order to begin work. I come to find out weeks later that not only had my insurance already approved the costs with the shop but that the shop had cashed the checks for repaid within a week of them having the vehicle. After 4 weeks of them having the car, I did not hear once from Gabe or anyone at the shop with regards to the repairs. I called at the beginning of the 5th week just to see if they could tell me where they were at with the repair and if they had an estimate when the car would be ready. Every conversation with them after that was all based on me calling the shop and them constantly giving me excuses of why the repairs were taking so long. Then, beginning on the 6th week, they began randomly "finding" new issues with the vehicle they say was tied to the accident. It appears they had agreed to a lower repair price initially with my insurance company and were now charging for additional repairs. When I confronted them about this they stated that the paperwork that was sent to my insurance company was completed by the insurance and they had nothing to do with it. This was a lie as the paperwork that was submitted was created by Gabe utilizing the insurance companies B2B system. Finally, when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that there were screws missing that connected the body kit to the vehicle as well as some caps that were not on the vehicle. Also the check engine light was on as well as a weird smell was emitting from under the hood. After I left, I decided to have my mechanic look at the repairs to inspect what had been done. He found that the coolant tank was not correctly connected and was leaking coolant. There was also an oil leak that was caused due to damage during repair. The check engine light was caused due to damage to the O2 sensor when they were working on the vehicle and finally they failed to repair the front left flood light. I spent an additional $1000 in repairs due to the terrible work these people did. My honest opinion is try and work with whoever the insurance company suggests or with a large company like Caliber Collisions.

Outstanding customer service. Valerie was knowledgeable and caring. She genuinely wanted to help. She took the extra time to research alternative solutions to best fit our budget and goals. In the end, the cost to repair our vehicle outweighed the value of our car. Our vehicle was totaled. I greatly appreciated all the advice and care that went into the final decision. Other companies didn't seem too interested in helping with a small repair that wasn't backed by insurance. Gabriel took the time to look at my problem and quickly set an appointment with me. He was very courtious and helpful.The service was extemely fast and perfect. I could not be happier. And if the need ever arrises again, Mission will be my only stop.

Our experience at Mission Collision was very unsatisfactory.First mistake on our part was not using a USAA preferred facility. Now we know exactly why. The vehicle was taken there after a very minor car accident in November 2023. Just picked up the vehicle this week. Could not open our gas tank to fill up. Had to turn around and go back. The more we drove the vehicle yesterday noticed a sound coming from underneath, a rattling noise like something was loose. The alignment they claimed to perform is pulling to the left while driving or turning curves. Now we have to pay someone else to examine and fix. After 3 months of having the vehicle it s not right. The adjustor had an arrogant, condescending rude,attitude every time we spoke and with USAA reps before the vehicle was released. Gas lighting us with lies about the final invoice/ payments and the status of the vehicle. Would never ever use them again not to even fix the crap they called fixed after 3 months. Would never recommend a friend , dog or cat to go there. After waiting for 3 months my son still can t enjoy driving his car because now we have to figure out where this noise that wasn t there before is coming from and hope it s not expensive to fix their mistake.
