01/05/2024-I decided to call from the coupon I saw on the back of the HEB receipt for an oil change special and got an appointment for the next day! I thought that was quick sometimes there s a few days wait. I got there and right-a-way they got to working on my 05 Chevy Impala. I also noticed I had a leak and let them know if they could tell me more about that. Yes they found out it was the water pump for the coolant that was leaking and were able to fix it there also. The staff were friendly, professional and quick. They explained to me what they found and showed me where it was at and what it was and the cost to fix it. No more coolant leak. Thanks Team Midas for repairing my Chevy 05 Impala.

The service at this location is great. They took their time to make sure they did my oil change and tire rotation the right way. They also did an awesome job explaining the maintenance they suggested for my vehicle. Very honest and knowledgeable. Would recommend to my friends and family!

The store manager Davin and Derik the mechanic were very friendly, informative, and patient. I went in for an oil change and upon inspection one of my struts needed maintenance. They allowed me to look at the vehicle and explain to me why and what was needed as far as service and repairs. Davin took his time getting me multiple quotes and made the entire process stress free. Overall service was quick and great.

Guys at this location were super helpful. Every visit I ve been there, Davin or a friendly staff member has taken the time to explain the issues in detail and/or offer options to keep my vehicles in top condition. I live in the northeast side of town but make the time to drive down to this location to service my vehicles. Have had all 3 serviced there and have never been sideswiped with any unexpected charges. I recently had headlights replaced in 2 vehicle, and am super pleased. Highly recommend!

This location gave me the cheapest quote to fix my AC and oil pan. They explained everything to me with detail and were very kind. I was in and out within 2 hours for both issues at the same time. I went back to have them take off the rock guard under my car because it was damaged and they did it free of charge.

Every time I come to this location all the employees are very professional and helpful. I recently went to a different Midas and was told the repairs would be around $1100. When I dropped my vehicle off here, for a second opinion, they identified the problem was the cabin filter which cost $116. Amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough. I have multiple vehicles I take here and have never had any issues. Keep up the great work!

Simply put, this place is amazing. I've been bring my 2 vehicle's here for over 3 years now and never have I been disappointed by their hardwork. They have so professional and most importantly, honest. Davin, the manager there ensures when there is something wrong with my vehicle, that he will walk me through every possible scenario on how to fix and possible remedies. Davin and another guy, I didn t get his name, took care of me and my car 6/24. Davin was really nice, helpful and informative. The other guy actually working on my car was able to finish the work before they closed too, so that was awesome to get my car in and out before closing time. I appreciate y all so much!

I went to this place on 4-16-2020 for an oil change, I asked for Royal Purple and the girl at the front stated they don't do very many changes with RP. She stated she could give me a small discount and the reason the oil was more expensive there is because they do an inspection of the vehicle as well. Turn out I needed to have the valve cover gasket replaced, the air filter and a tune up. I took me vehicle to get this taken care of and I was asked when the last time the oil was changed, My response was 4-16-2020, I was informed that this was not 10 old oil nor was it Royal Purple. I took the vehicle to get the oil change today and asked they guy when he thought I last changed the oil. He laughed and said seems like it hasn't been changed in a while.

Great Customer Service!!! I highly recommend you going to this location. Made an appointment online and received a phone call less than 30mins. Very fast service and professional. They also explained to me the other services they offer. The prices are fair and you don t have to worry about getting overcharged. Poor service. Seems like if it s a lot of work for them to do. They really don t want you as a customer. Try to scare you off with throwing a big total amount at you as if paying the amount is a issue. Maybe for some but definitely wasn t for me. Or leaving my car for days or week if need be I have multiple cars. I don t complain about pricing or time it takes. Spend your money where it s welcomed.

After always going to the dealership or drive-thru oil change places I no longer felt it was cost-effective. I'd end up being told I needed something done that I knew I didn't or I would end up waiting for way longer than the "10 min" claim time. Which is what led me to Midas on SW Military. I put in a request for an appt and was pleasantly surprised when I received a same-day call to confirm. We discussed potentially dropping my car off or staying there for the service, either is available, but once I got there they immediately took my car back and knocked it out FAST! I'd come prepared to be there for hours (like the majority of oil change places) but when I say fast I mean fast! So fast I asked if I could schedule another appt to bring my car back sometime next week for a much-needed brake change and they offered to do it then and there. We discussed pricing and once again it was done super fast! The manager whose name has slipped my mind, apologies, was super informative and we talked about potentially bringing my car back for a mileage service that was due. All 3 men working there were kind and did an amazing job! I'll absolutely return for any future services I need and know I'll be in great hands! The oil changes are currently on special for $49.99 but I requested high-mileage oil which added on an additional 10 bucks but it included a tire rotation as well. 10/10 experience!

First time here and Davin was Awesome! brought my Toyota Tundra in for a oil change and was treated with great service and knowledgeable on the cars that I own. I wish I could give more stars I m absolutely blown away with the amazing customer service . Both gentlemen were very detailed in explaining the process and the paperwork to me and LORD knows I m clueless to car maintenance. They both were very patient and answered all my questions . I strongly recommend this shop and I will for sure be returning for my next maintenance

Saturday, 5:06pm, been trying to schedule online oil change, no response. Arrived at 506, only 1 car in stalls. Manager comes out and tells us, No can do. Too late. I told him i have been waiting for a reply to email.He has no ppl skills, no apology, no offer to schedule. Never going back here.

I only recommend the Midas on foster road and in Universal City. The Midas on SW Military is very unprofessional I went in for a synthetic blend oil change. I scheduled appointment the day before . I walked in today spoke with the manager I don t know his name but he has glasses and black hair proceeds to tell me he can t do a synthetic blend oil change. He says his system won t allow it because it s only full synthetic for my car, I offered to show him the cars owner manual and my past receipts to prove my car takes synthetic bIend, I brought in the receipts from previous service and showed him that I get synthetic blend oil change every single time. He then proceeded to tell me I m gonna have to wait until some other day to get it because he s not doing it ,while using foul language and cursing at me. So I walked out called the Midas on Fm78 and they said come on in and will take care of that oil change for you, they even said the oil cap says synthetic blend this location and was embarrassed for the other shop!! The Southwest Military location the manager was loud, obnoxious, rude, and used foul language, I will no longer be using Midas at this location because of ignorance and lack of respect.

David is GREAT. Ask for him with whatever you need he will use the best of his knowledge. He did some work for my car and anytime I have a problem I come straight to him!! Honest amazing guy! The absolute best service! I wanted a 2nd opinion after the dealership quoted me $2000. Brought my car to Midas and after their diagnostic testing I only needed a new battery. Midas is where I will be returning for all services needed to maintain my vehicle. Ask for Davin or Silver, they provided excellent service!

The guys at midas are very knowledgeable, Davin and his crew always take care of my fleet. This is important, if my trucks are down my business is down. I went in some minutes ago to get the bottom of my car looked at and repaired. Was in and out real quick. Just as satisfied as when I went in to get an alignment a few months ago. They do good work. Keep it up.

Negative experience. I made an appointment online the previous day only to be told that my appointment is not in the system and that I can come back later today for service. After I ve already made the drive over for what I needed done. I don t recommend. Poor customer service.
