Have been using them since I started working in the area 8 months ago. Great customer service, quick turnaround, and great communication. They're open pretty early for those early drop offs as well. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you need servicing on your Izuzu box trucks.

Had a check engine light. Took it to Midas and the quickly diagnosed and reset system. Very happy with personnel. Will continue to go to Midas as needed.

They are very nice and friendly people in this particular place at 410 Marbach.I had a flat tire and found out I run in a nail on the road. They fix my tire at no cost.I truly appreciate them. And in return, I bake them some banana bread and cookies. Thank you so much for your good deeds, I never thought that there are people like these gentleman nowadays.Thank you so much!

I had a coolant flush done. Made the appt online. I was in and out within an hour and a half. Professional service. Friendly office staff. And they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. That right there is extremely important, especially when you're a woman in this world of takers.

My check engine light came on and was making noise when I pressed the gas and I took my vehicle to this location. I was told that my cam solenoid and exhaust solenoid needed to be replaced along with tuneup and fluid flush. I was told that the cost would be 1085.00 and offered midas credit when I said that amount wasn't in my budget and I would have to wait until I received my tax check. I decided to get and oil change and get my oil flushed and told them I would have to come back later for the rest of the repairs. I was also told that a diagnostic tests was done on the vehicle and this was the result. After the oil change was done my check engine light went off and my car was fine. I was suspicious about the 1085.00 quote so I took my vehicle to the Midas on Culebra/ Alamo Ranch Area and had them to look at it. They did a diagnostic on my vehicle and told me there was nothing wrong with my solenoids and that 1085.00 was overpriced. I was advised the parts and labor would be 561.00 but nothing was wrong with my vehicle and I just needed an oil change and nothing more. I was told my engine looked great. I was advised that the other location tried to take advantage of me. I am very upset about the 410 and Marbach location trying to take advantage of me and rip me off. I will be contacting the BBB. I am a military spouse and my husband is overseas and I really think it is wrong that I was treated this way and this location wasn't honest with me because I don't have anyone else to help me with my vehicle right now. I wanted to leave a comment in case this happens to someone else. I am really questioning the integrity of this location for trying to make 1085.00 off a oil change.

My 2014 Kia needed AC repair so my 1st stop was a dealership. The CSR I spoke to said it was going to be 2 weeks, I'd have to drop of my car, it would be 3-5 business days just for the diagnosis and then could be another 3-5 days to fix!Well, I can't be without my car for that long, so away I went. I was able to get it done by Midas that same day, by friendlier staff, and am VERY happy with their work. It was about $1,100 for the new kit and 2 hours of labor.

Great staff. The entire team was helpful and got my car taken care of next day. Made some recommendations on parts for the next time. Great staff awesome service. Would recommend as a place to visit if you re looking for a good price and service for your oil change. I ve been to a few different places and wouldn t go back.

I came in for a diagnostic on my car suspension system. Service was fast & reasonable priced. I returned the next day to have the auto repairs that were recommended & I was very pleased with the service, time frame & cost. My car was back to normal. Highly recommend & I will be back for future repairs. Thank you.

Stay away!!! The front desk guy is absolutely rude. And god forbid he be wrong. He quoted $326 for a break and rotor job. Turned around once my vehicle was in the air handed me a quote for over $800. When I told him that he quoted 326 he argued and said he never said that yet I have 2 witnesses that he did. I understand everything costs time and money but the attitude that was given when I brought up the differences was shocking!!! I wouldn t trust them at all.

The service was great ! Jonathan did my vehicle oil change! I was told it would be A 2 hr wait, the car was done in 1 hr super fast thank you Jonathan!

This place is the best. Very honest mechanics, always polite. I ve never had any issues with anybody here. They are always trying to help the customer find the right solution.This place is great! The manager (tall white dude) on site is always very polite and respectful.Service: Electrical repair

I have found the service here is great. I took my daughter s car here for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. I dropped it off assuming it would be a while. They called me within 15 minutes of dropping it off with what needed to be done. I agreed to the work and it was ready in just over an hour. They also automatically added their advertised coupon without me mentioning it. As a single mother I am always worry about having a bad experience with car repairs - I feel like they are honest and provide great service.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Love coming here! Stopped going to the dealership about 2-3 years ago and started coming here ever since! Staff is super nice and super fast service. Never feel the pressure of paying for extra stuff as you would feel when going to a dealership or anywhere else! Brought my car in and asked them for a general inspection. I'm going on a road trip so I needed to know what services my car may need to be ready for it. I also specifically asked for my spare to be aired up. I was prepared to spend a grand on things I needed and ended up only "needing" like $450 worth of stuff, great. I knew for a fact I needed new tires and new windshield wipers at the least and those two things weren't even brought to my attention, got them done at Discount Tire the week after anyways. When I picked up my car I asked about the spare being aired up and was told a confident, "yes". A couple weeks later guess who gets their first flat tire? And guess who's spare is also flat? 9 year old spare never used so of course over time it will deflate. This place didn't get some of the basics correct so now I'm very concerned they didn't do what they said they did, what I paid for. How can they be trusted to do things under the hood that I can't see when they didn't do the things I can see!? Luckily I have a portable air compressor so I did Midas' job and aired up my spare the day I needed it, very safe. Never dealing with yall again. I don't play about my car and how safely it is maintained. Something auto shops should care more about.

My main horn on my Kia went out. I couldn t get my vehicle state inspected.I literally called so many places, so many repair shops, Kia themselves and other it would take an appointment, 2 days to 1 week to repair or they flat out couldn t do it.On a suggestion from Discount Tire we came to Midas they fixed it within an hour and was far cheaper than anyone else. I felt like I wasn t being messed around.Thank you Midas team for being honest, professional and affordable.My wife and I will definitely be coming back.Service: Electrical repair

Just walked out of this shop. I was looking to get my oil changed on my 2013 Chevy. I know it is recommended to get full synthetic but unfortunately wasn t in my budget at this time. The guy I spoke to at the front counter told me it was absolutely not possible to get anything less than full synthetic. He was nice and informed me of a special, but I feel like I was taken advantage of.

I stumbled across this place accidentally while I was trying to get my oil changed since I was new to this side of town and I've been coming back ever since. The staff is super friendly and they've always been super good at explaining things that were going on with my car. This last time I came in, when they did their courtesy check they discovered that my suspension was in dire need of replacement. I had known it needed work, but I hadn't been told how bad it was by the previous place I went to. They stayed well past closing to get the work done so my car would be safe and the price was well below anywhere else that had given me a quote. Thanks so much guys!

False advertisement. i bought a coupon 3 months ago which says 3 service half price and other 3 free so when i went on First service which supposed to be half price however manager told doesn t not included on synthetic oil i can get 20$ off and my Bill was 80$ and he deducted 20$ and i paid still 60$ which is kinda high as compare to other places and when i went second time to get my Free service . Manager told me they no longer accept coupons i asked him show me the expiration date and he said we just decided to dis continue those coupon so i asked him i bought coupon for 80$ for nothing and he laughed and told me Pretty Much . However i end up paying 140$ for one service.Service: Oil change

We brought our County Ambulance here. They did a great job getting our truck up and going. This truck is a 911 truck,and our County depends on it for our community.They got it up and running in no time and they didn't price gouge us.They told us everything they were doing at all times. Thank you guys for fair and honest pricing and repairs.We are the emergency responders for our community,and these guys helped us,so we could do our job.

Let me start by saying how this Midas was going to charge me $2500 for a $116 repair (yup, took it for a second opinion after calling my hometown mechanic who worked for another Midas who said I was being ripped off). This was not my first time taking my car to this particular Midas. I thought I could trust Midas since they were a company I utilized back in my hometown, but apparently not. I brought my car in due to the evaporator being clogged causing the water to leak inside of the vehicle instead of outside. This is not the first time this has occurred. I had taken it to this Midas for repair previously (which I am positive now that they overcharged me previously for). I asked if they could take a look and to see if they could unclog the evaporator again. They told me that you can only unclog the evaporator once and it could not be unclogged again. The evaporator would need to be replaced and this would take 2 days and cost $2500. They told me if I didn't replace it, the clog could cause a leak under the hood causing an electrical fire. I don't know if they tried to scam me because I am a woman or didn't seem to know much about cars, but I am glad I utilized my instincts and took it in to a reputable place I found for a second opinion. Please do not take your cars here. They are more than likely overcharging. I have been a Midas customer back in Ohio for over 10 years...but now I don't know if I can trust another Midas after what this location has done.Service: Air conditioning

I scheduled through online for service. Although the system stated that my appointment would be confirmed by someone within 30 minutes, I had to call (after not hearing ftom them for an hour) to confirm. I ultimately went in for an oil and filter change but ended up spending almost $600 on other services (they gave me a list that totaled over $2,000). (For the record, I did ask for the car to be checked because I inherited the car and want it to be safe. I do hope that they were being honest.) The staff were friendly, and my car was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Brought my car in for a transmission leak. Curt was helpful & saved me a lot of money. He recommended I take it to the dealer for this issue. To my surprise I have a few months left of a warranty and it's a covered issue. Thanks for diagnosing the issue and no charge. Most companies want an arm and a leg before putting the car on a lift.

Went to Midas yesterday to get an oil change. Jason, John, and Darius delivered great customer service and professionalism. There was no long wait and they are in shopping center so it's easy to kill time if you do. After doing my oil change and their inspection, they brought it to my attention that my brakes were very bad and needed to be serviced ASAP. They worked with me on payment options and I really appreciate that. They also did a flush on my brakes, power steering and changed air filter along with oil change and brake pads at a reasonable price and done the same day. This is also very convenient when you don't have another means of transportation. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend you guys to family and friends!
