Called Midas this morning and I was kindly greeted over the phone by Rich. Asked if they had a wait for an oil change and he said no wait at the moment , so I made my way over there and drove up 3 minutes later and sure enough they took my vehicle right in for an oil change. Thank you Rich and Brandon for the awesome service.

I had an outstanding experience at Midas and didn t realize they have been open for 9 months! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent fast service, and I mean I was in and out for an oil change. Their expertise and professionalism make them my go-to choice for automotive needs. Highly recommended! The shop is clean, they offer water , WiFi, payment plans and coffee. A bonus is its right next to the car wash.

Midas on 211/Potranco is the best place to get your oil changed and your car serviced. Chris, Jackie, Richard and Brandon give amazing customer service! True old fashion hospitality!! The best! Quick service on the oil change no need to wait hours!

Brought car in for inspection and an oil change Brandon took care of my appointment immediately n gave me a great price on the service. Junior inspected my 2018 ford fusion and made sure I was aware my tires need to be changed soon inspection was quick and painless now I m scheduled to come back for an alignment with zero hassle.

I bring all 3 of my cars here, the prices are beyond reasonable, they always have specials. The personnel there are also very nice and super social. They give you recommendations and never try to upsell you. Chris is quite funny and always remembers people. If you are looking for an affordable mechanic, who won t upsell you or treat you like you are just a number. THIS IS THE PLACE.

If you have a car issue, GO HERE!!!!! I can't say enough positive things about this place. The owner, Chris, is always there and is incredibly personable. On multiple occasions, when I had to take my car in, they drove me back home and picked me up, which allowed me to continue to be productive while my car was getting worked on. They also offer payment options that does NOT include a credit check. Due to the usual wear and tear on our cars we've been to this place 3 or 4 times and every time I'm blown away and relieved with how well they take care of their customers.

This Midas here on Potranco in San Antonio has stellar service! Upon arrival I was greeted by Brandon! He knew exactly what my vehicle was in need of and provided wonderful customer service with a smile. Quick and thorough service for my vehicle, then I was on the road again!Thanks Midas!

Amazing place to get work done on your cars. I have been coming her for over a year and never had an issue. This morning I came in with check engine light. Chris, Jackie, and Richard was very accommodating and are working hard to find out what is wrong to keep my family and myself safe. I walked in for an oil change and they got me in right a way! Jackie, Richard and Chris all have wonderful and professional attitudes. They communicate effectively and efficiently. Midas was also the best price in my area. Completely satisfied with the costumers service as well as the service done on my vehicle. Will be coming back for every oil change!

This shop is great and treats their customers like royalty. Chris, Richard, and Jackie make you feel extremely welcome and make sure you're taken care of. The tech Anthony does great and thorough work and keeps my car running. Definitely recommend bringing your car in for services.

Super clean shop with a great crew from management to techs to the counter. I stopped in to have a knocking noise looked at and they were able to immediately get my van up and build a quote. The pricing was fair if not competitive. After approval, parts arrived almost immediately and they got everything up and running!

I bring both my vehicles here and only here. The front desk staff is awesome. I highly recommend this location!! The waiting area is clean and there s a couple places to grab a snack or coffee close by.

Everyone who was working was super nice. Jackie was awesome!! She was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. It was clean inside and very nice compared to some other Midas places I ve been too.

Brandon took great care of me. I had my car serviced a few weeks prior, and within the time I called and drove over, he already had me in the system ready to go. Definitely went above and beyond for me.Richard was able to get me in right away. He pulled me out to the garage to show me that my master cylinder was bleeding into my break system. They repaired that and my breaks within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was patient and very understanding. They did a great job especially the day right after Thanksgiving.

Fast service 1st come first service no appt needed they have free wifi and coffee and water as perks. Even offered another customer a ride home as they get some work done which was really nice to overhear. Spot on and informative. Thanks to the friendly staff making my experience a good one :)

brandon was my service agent. great customer service and very welcoming!my tech was junior and he changed out all my oil stuff, filters etc. quick and pleasant! thank you gentlemen for taking care of me in less than 30 mins! I'll be back and so will my family!

I love the energy of this place! They were so inviting and Steven, Chris, and Brandon were great at making me feel comfortable and are great at making conversations! I think I just found my new place that I will be going to for now on. They were very professional,Knowledgeable, helpful, and honest with expectations. With only being open 1 year, the crew they have are exactly the type of people to help the business thrive.

GO TO MIDAS AT YOUR OWN RISK.A routine oil change at Midas lead to a cascade of disasters. New sounds, clicks, white smoke fuming out of the vehicle, vehicle dying of the side of the road. Individual employees and GM came up with several different stories as the definitive reason for what was wrong with the vehicle. It was eventually taken to Range Rover dealership, there, they concluded that the damage done by Midas was in the several thousands.The headache continues.

Paid for an alignment, the next month the wheel is cambered and making noises. The tech obviously did not tighten the camber bolts to specs. I would not recommend this place specially on Potranco near 211. If I could post a video I would have the loose bolt.

from the minute we walked in each associate greeted us with a smile , I was a little I knowledgeable about the service so was going to purchase on Groupon, and not only did they save me the trouble of having to purchase theirs party they went the extra mile to not just honor the price but gave us an opportunity to get an even bigger discount . Would definitely recommend to everyone to stop in . Thanks again Jackie, Richard, & Chris y all made our experience a memorable one, and will absolutely be back here to get more servicing done !! Good Lord, $64.99 for full synthetic and tire rotation on a Infiniti QX80? This place is awesome. Friendly staff, excellent service, and a cup of coffee while I wait. Ran home to get my other vehicle before they changed the price.
