Daniel & the mechanics were reliable, honest and upfront. Daniel was very friendly and trustworthy. He answered all my questions, was available anytime I had a question and provided me with all the options available from repair to replacement to available financing options. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for some great mechanics. My vehicle was ready within the timeframe I was given. I'm a happy customer and I'll definitely be a returning customer.To add to my review - the only reason why I trusted going to Midas to see Daniel is because he ran a diagnostics on my sisters 2021 Ford Edge and he told her EXACTLY what was wrong with her vehicle. He even went as far as advising her to take it to the dealership due to the repair still being under warranty and told her exactly how to approach the service advisor about the issue with the vehicle. She took her vehicle to the Ford dealership and they went around in circles running their own diagnostics and tried to fix the issue but the vehicle continued having problems. Long story short the repair my sister's vehicle needed was exactly what Daniel told her from the get go from the diagnostics he ran. And that's exactly why I trusted taking my vehicle to Midas and to Daniel. I'm a forever customer and highly recommend them!

Took them over 5 hours to change two tires. I brought the car in around 9am due to a very flat tire. I had a few people in front of me, which is understandable, at around 10:30am they informed me I needed two tires changed and they would put those on real quick. I proceeded to wait in their lobby until 2pm and had to call someone to come get me because they still weren't done. I saw my vehicle jacked up with one tire missing but it has been like that for at least an hour. I asked them to call me, they said they would, and I left. I never got a call. I called them at 5pm asking for an update for them to tell me they are almost done with the alignment. They completely forgot about my vehicle. I have been to different Midas shops but I will not be going to this one again.

Please, PLEASE do NOT come here. Sure they may have a couple good reviews here and there for a simple oil change, but if you need anything other than that, PLEASE save yourself a lot of money, time, and headache. You ll find yourself dealing with unprofessional staff, (including the worthless manager they have there), over priced labor (which ends up faulty at best), and days upon days of waiting without so much as a simple call back from them.If all you needed was a straight up review, 0 stars out of 5. If you would like to stick around for the reason I, as many others have done, gave them horrible reviews, this is why.Disclaimer: this happened well over 2 months ago, and I m just now writing this after lingering in my head for so long. That s how bad the experience was.I took my car into this location for a very simple parking brake fix. Something I should ve done myself for a couple of hundred bucks, but had no time to do so. Unfortunately at the time, it was an emergency, and unfortunately they were the only ones that could take my car in .What I was told would be an afternoon at most, took 4 days. Between those 4 days, I didn t hear as much as a peep from them, unless I called them myself. I was told many many times that they would give me an update, but that never happened. I happened to drive by the garage several times to see what was going on, and to no surprise at all, not a single body actually in the garage doing work.Now, after waiting for 4 days, without a word on what was going on, they charge me what I later found out to be almost 8 times the amount I should ve spent at a different garage.Yeah, that s right. After all of that, I STILL had to take it into a different shop to get the original problem fixed.I do believe that flukes happen, and sometimes things don t work out right, and it sucks. This ain t one of those times. There are plenty of bad reviews on these guys to prove that this isn t the place to take your car. With the way they treat people, they deserve to lose as much business as possible.

Sat in waiting room for an hour. They hadn t even started on my oil change after being told it would take about an hour for the entire service. Everyone in the shop was relaxing and casual the entire time as if they were just hanging out with friends. Beyond disappointed.

My family and I started having two of our cars serviced by Sergio at Midas, since about five years ago. We are very happy and he earned our trust completely. We have also referred other family members and church friends to him for their car needs. All in all, Sergio and his team have been very good to us. Thank you.

They fixed my flat tired, effective and not expensive at all, good service, I took over 2 hours but it maybe because they were really busy, but in general food place to service any vehicle.

Daniel, I m not sure if it was because I m a woman .BUT charging 1,200+ for a break service is absolutely abysmal.Then think you re doing me a favor by telling me you can give a small discount of 50$ off????To then crumble the quote and trash it in my face because I denied said quote .the equivalent of a toddlers tantrumI m 24, 6 years of customer service and wouldn t think to EVER embarrass myself like that in front of a customer!I understand now how you were top sales person for 2022.Today I went to O reilys and bought the parts for 90$. Completed the labor myself with a little YouTube video .and saved a whopping 1,100!Thankfully, I had a trusted friend to steer me clear of dropping 1k on breaks.Daniel, if you make your living off of skimping people seek god or therapy <3I will never ever go back to a Midas as this clearly is an acceptable practice within the business I highly suggest others do the same

I recommend Midas to everyone I talk to about auto services. It offers integrity and affordability, which are gems, especially in this industry. Sergio especially provides exceptional guest service and takes care of me every time I come in. Give that man a raise. Even after moving across town, I still prefer coming to this Midas whenever I need help with my car.

We moved to the Huebner area 7 years ago and established Midas as the preferred auto repair shop to our family vehicles. Sergio and the team have gone above & beyond for years from AC to oil leaks to timing belts and many break jobs especially with our Car Shield coverage. My sons drive now and go to Midas on their own & Sergio knows them by name & calls me if anything other than an oil change is needed. Sergio is true customer service & will continue coming to this location.

When we visited this store someone stated they "only had one mechanic on site" not sure how true this was, but they were very busy and at the time it was more than a 2 hours wait for them to get started on an oil change. We ended up going elsewhere. I'm sure they're better at major mechanical issues rather than a simple oil change.

Misdiagnosed the issue with my vehicle. Instead of doing the ethical decision of covering a majority of the second replacement, they went ahead and charged me with a slightly discounted price for the second replacement on top of the first. There is a reason they give managers SALES awards...

The employee Ef was very sweet and caring and got my issue taken care of right away. I had a blow out and couldn t get my lug nuts off and they got them off and out better ones in at no cost and then also put on my spare for me. The building was very clean and the employees were very respectable and nice. I would definitely come back here again just based on their awesome customer service alone!!! Thank you Ef

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!STAY AWAY!!!I dealt with Daniel, Ben, and Mario.Very unprofessional!I have an open case with the cooperate office for a refund of $1,000.I brought my car there the end of September was told they completed half of the work but needed the payment through PayPal in advance because it was a specialty part. That was the first red flag. I did not feel comfortable and went to the location and they made me pay for all the work upfront, but said they still were waiting for the other part.Each day I would call looking for an update, they NEVER called me to keep me informed with what was going on or an accurate wait time for the part. Each time I was told it would be there the next day and completed. EVERYTIME I called. Fast forward to them having my car for 3 WEEKS and many excuses as to why they didn't have it completed. I finally had enough and had it towed to another mechanic shop.Upon them taking apart my vehicle they said that no work had been done and the piece they supposedly replaced hadn't been.THEY ARE CROOKS AND OVER CHARGE FOR WORK THEY DONT EVEN DO.I don't know how Google has them ranked at 3.6 stars because I haven't heard a single good thing about this location. I will also be contacting the better business bureau.

Wish 0 stars was a thing here, never coming back here again, EVER. The customer service is absolutely abysmal! Ben has been the only help in the past 2 months my car has been there, but even with Ben having good updates for me and the engine part needed coming in last week I still was met with vague dismissive answers by Daniel as to why my car isn't done yet as well as what needs to be done on it still. I have put myself over 3k in the hole just on the payment they required me to secure to even start on my car and 2 months later i still have no car, no money due to paying for transportation and the payday loan payments, and no specifics concerning what is left. I was promised my car would be prioritized and that if it couldn't be it'd be sent to another store where it could be. This store is a stain on Midas's reputation and I demand compensation for the sheer amount of money I've lost waiting on this mess. Even with the auto workers strike supposedly causing the bulk of the waiting time, that still doesn't excuse the lack of communication and dismissal (or even rude in some cases) customer service from half the crew there. The estimated date of completion keeps getting pushed back even with the part there now and the promise of prioritization, and if my car isn't ready by the end of tomorrow I'm raising hell. The service manager at the front desk had non existent customer service. And a could not be bothered attitude. I've been to other midas locations other times and they have been great with customer service. This one dropped the ball and I and I will not be back to this location.

Rick and the Midas Team provided great customer service! Came in for an oil change and notified me of other issues that may cause a problem. Rick wasn't pushy and didn't price gouge. Allowed me to view my options and advised me on what was more serious and what could wait. I appreciate the heads up on my vehicle! Thanks Rick and the Midas Team!

I been calling this location for few weeks now but the wait time is kinda crazy for oil change. I finally woke up early and arrived when they open 730am. Daniel was awesome, hes done a different car for me in the past, the store is always neat and the workers were all busy and lively. I told Daniel that I have work in an hour and he didnt hesitate to take my car asap for oil change. It was pretty quick, I will definitely be back for other services.Service: Oil change

Horrible experience. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change, but this location no longer honors them. They instead process it as a price match, but you still pay for it out right and are stuck with a Groupon. Then they basically say deal with Groupon about a refund. They should let the customers know this from the beginning. I would have gone to a different Midas. Perhaps if the receptionist and the other managers weren t too busy looking at their phones and sharing pictures then they might ve had time to actually explain this to customers beforehand.Service: Oil change

Ray from Midas was so understanding and helpful. He really saved the day by coming to me and putting a new rim and tire that was stolen from my car the night before. I highly recommend this place!!
