I swung by Midas yesterday for an oil change and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The desk person, Danielle, greeted me with a smile and efficiently got me checked in.Best part? The service itself was fantastic. They were incredibly quick I was in and out in under 30 minutes but that didn't mean they skimped on thoroughness. They did a full oil change, filter replacement, and even topped off all my fluids. They also did a complimentary courtesy check of my tires, lights, and air filters, which gave me peace of mind.No pressure to upsell on unnecessary services either, which I really appreciate. Overall, a fantastic experience! I'll definitely be back to Midas Perrin beitelf or all my future oil changes.

I go to this location to have my oil changed. They have a great price on full synthetic oil changes. The customer service is fantastic and they do very good work. Easy to make an appointment. Recommend for anyone looking for a good value on oil change and maintenance.

Great service! One of the employees named Danniele is amazing! She went above and beyond my expectations of customer service and consistently communicated with me on updates regarding the parts and services of my car and gave me the best deal possible!!!She makes everyone feel comfortable while they're waiting, and she's very friendly and hospitable, all while managing several phone calls and helping walk-in customers. She puts others' needs before her own. Great job, Danniele! Keep up the great work.Midas, she's a keeper!

So I went to Jiffy Lube on Perrin Beitel , the guy turned me away for the second time without a quote in an oil change. He told me to go up the street. So I did and thanks to him I found great customer service, fast service and better pricing. ONLY AT MIDAS!!!

My husband and I can not say enough good things about this shop!!! We have taken our truck there for ac work and they figured the problem out and that cost us less! When they easily could have overcharged as most places seem to do these days! As well as we took our charger there to have ac looked over and engine which they checked for free and told us that everything looked good in it. When again they could have charged for something. And then had them get the lug nuts off the charger that seemed to have been welded on and striped. They got them off and new ones on for a great price!!! We definitely will be taking out cars in there from now on! Good honest, super nice people, hard working and very helpful!! Strongly recommend them for all your cars needs!! The girl who works there and runs the front desk and Matthew are amazing and very helpful as well as won t break your bank! Took my car in for a full check up. Matt L. Was doing the diagnostic. Once he finished, he took me to see what he found. Which I really liked. Compared to places that tell you and don't show you. He explained things in a manner which I understood & made perfect sense. He gave me a list of parts & maintenance that my car needed. He also listed them by priority. Went home after an oil change & air filters were done. Came back a week later and had all that work done. From CVAxle, spark plugs, brakes, rotors, flushes, tires, alignment. He had my car ready at the end of the day. Great customer service & knowledge.

Thanks to Danielle for helping to get us in and out so quickly. We had a Houston trip planned this morning and our original appt (another location) was cancelled. The team helped us to get in and out quickly and ready to hit the road within 45 mins.

I only come to this Midas they do great job and they always work with you and your schedule. Isaiah, the front desk was so awesome. He really helped me out a lot with understanding my car and getting everything that I need done!

Had an appointment at 9am on Saturday March 20, 2021. It is now 11:15am and they have still not pulled my car back to start the work. It is just me and one other customer sitting in the waiting room, and one car in the bay. Do not come here, do not be fooled by the Groupon deal, I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to coming here.Service: Wheel alignment

The service was great with the counter person. I learned later that the oil drainage cap was tightened so much that it had to be chiseled off. I now had to pay double. Be aware before you drive off their property that it doesn't happen to you. Very costly.

Went to take 5 twice before coming here and was being what I felt overcharged so I went to Groupon and found out I could get a discounted price here, called and set an appointment with a friendly guy over the phone, got here and was greeted with a smile and welcome (never happened at the Midas I live 5 minutes from) and was able to get my car right in. And can t forget to mention how clean and refreshing the waiting area was and the complimentary cold bottles of water on this hot winter day.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change because we had a coupon and they only do appt made appt went back next day and waited over an hour so manager said since we waited so long it would be free so thank you so much manager and Matt great job

Our catalytic converter was stolen. The insurance company could not get us in for almost 40 days. These guys got us in within three days. On top of that after working with very stubborn insurance adjusters. They also were one of the few companies that could install the cage so that we did not have to continue going through the trauma of having it stolen over and over again. As you probably know this is rampant crime occurring all over right now. The cost was very reasonable. And they had both the repair, and the cage installed in under two weeks. That is amazing turnaround and time considering how hard it is to get parts right now, and wait times. They were amazing communicators, consistently reaching out to us to update us. I highly recommend using this location for maintenance and repairs. Thank you again for making a horrible experience super easy, and we will definitely be back!Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you re using a Groupon I wouldn t recommend this place. I went in to get an oil change recently and they said I needed extra oil and a filter which resulted in me paying full price on an oil change. They didn t even use the Groupon. I ve always used Groupon and Midas for my oil changes and this was the first time I ve visited this location. This was the first time I ever heard that I needed extra oil. The other locations have never told me I required more for my vehicle.

Go to this location for fast & friendly service! Blown away by how knowledgeable their crew is; they got me in & out in a flash & my engine sounds good as new! This Midas is my go to location. They took care of my engine swap & all my oil changes. The staff is excellent as well. The manager Matt is always respectful and does his best to ensure things run smooth. The lady in the front is amazing as well, (so sorry I forget her name) she s super patient & always helpful. Really appreciate her patience and help when I had my 5yr old with me & he was just all over the place.

They know how to poke your eyes and mess with your car to get money out of you went for brakes and for some reason my car started misfiring and all of a sudden I need a tune up..so I paid then to find out it still the same misfiring tried to get me to pay more but to find out for some reason my egr was loose so i really did need that tune up so yeah they know how to get you so watch out and my brakes still not fixed
