I came in for the oil change special. Edward and Jason got me in within 5 minutes and gave me a free courtesy check list on my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Today (27/01) between 10:15 am and 10:30 am, I made a phone call for a simple oil change. The person who got the phone was extremely rude, barely talking and hanging the phone in the middle of me asking a question. This is how you loose costumers. I was happy to go but now forget it.

Came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in and out really quickly and the new guy at the front desk was very nice and attentive. Once they called my name I was shocked it was already done. This was my first time coming to this location and I d definitely come back!

Experienced techs did a thorough job. Maintenance work was done quickly. Techs did work only after asking, there was no bait and switch. Honest assessments and price matching ensure affordability. Military discounts and good personality put this store above most chains.

They did a great job fixing my car. Efrain did a wonderful job communicating with me and even stayed later when I was running late to pick up my car. I would definitely recommend this place.

I would 10/10 recommend this Midas. I was having issues with my front left wheel and couldn't figure out what it was for about a week. The tech here gave a recommendation before even getting under my truck and ended up being right and more. My whole hub assembly was wrecked from my calipers being seized and these guys stayed late to fix my truck. I really appreciate their help and now my truck runs great!

I had an excellent experience at this location. They got me in right away, took a look at my vehicle, explained what was wrong, fixed it for a fraction of what I was expecting, and had me on my way immediately. I feel like an idiot for not going here sooner, could have saved a ton of time and money. Will definitely go again.

This is the second year in a row that I have gone by to get my car inspected and was told they don t have any inspectors. Not sure if the male in charge(same guy as last year) is the owner or manager but each time I have gone by he is completely arrogant about the situation stating he can t help it if his inspectors quit on him. Why advertise you do inspections if you have no one available? Also at least be helpful and recommend an alternative as well as allow someone to finish their inquiry before walking away from them. Horrible attitude and service, best that I did not have my vehicle inspected here. Kudos to Firestone for getting it done pain free

Came in for oil change when time to pick up vehicle I asked for envelope with diagnostic of car Edward said they no longer give those out and when I further asked about condition of tires and care Edward was frustrated and told me to leave establishment poor customer service will not be back

Avoid! They lack professionalism and simple courtesy to complete customers request for appointments online. They just ignore!! I'll stay in the comfort of my car while getting an oil change and stick with Jiffy Lube

My son has taken my car to this location to get oil changes on my 2009 Nissan Altima and we usually have no complaints until we took it there for a tune up. They called to tell us that our power steering was leaking and that it had eroded some other parts and that our shocks were out. We allowed them to repair those things as well which totalled over a thousand dollars to repair. The problem is, once they so-called completed the repairs on my vehicle, they couldn't start the car back up to even check to see if the repairs were sufficient. They tried everything, we tried everything including getting Triple A to come tow my car to the dealership to have my key fob reprogrammed. Long story short, once the car started, we found that my car is running worse than it did before taking it to Midas on Broadway and there's still a power steering issue which I assume there's still a leak, the shocks are still out and my car still hesitates like it still needs a tune up. Smh I feel like my son gave these people over a thousand dollars for absolutely NOTHING!!! I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET!!!! I will NEVER allow my son to take my car there ever again!!! I've always taken my car to Sparks at the Perrin Beitel location or the Bandera location so I'll be only dealing with them for now on. I absolutely do NOT trust the mechanics at Midas on Broadway anymore! We would be idiots to give more money to this business after what we've endured. I am beyond very disappointed!

I was there to get details on some suspension and brake system issues. Robert was fantastic about setting up the inspections (at no charge!) so I could know what was wrong even though I couldn't afford to have any repairs made that day. The mechanic on duty was also very friendly and was extremely thorough with his assessment. I was in and out in less than an hour, complete with estimate in hand.I've been to this Midas many times over the years but it's been a long time between. No matter who the manager is- or the crew - I am always treated well. I've never felt cheated by Midas for any of the services they offer, and this visit was no exception.The location is easy to spot, but has limited parking so I definitely recommend parking in the SIDE lot, not in front of the bays which face the busy street Broadway.And extra kudos to them for keeping the waiting area super clean. It doesn't smell of grease or tires. I was quite comfortable while waiting.

My service advisor did an excellent job at making me feel valued. No hard up sales or trying to make me fix things not needed but I can tell she wanted a return customer. I was using a Groupon it and never have been here before and they did not treated me like a second-rate customer as I have seen in the pass in some other places. I really appreciate the respect and will be returning here to get service because they are very professional and honest so far.

I was told I needed my filters changed and wish I took a picture of my filters when he showed them to me. He said it's like a filter in your home and I was thinking to myself well if that was the filter in my home I wouldn't change it yet. When i got home I did some research and according to Google and images of other filters, mine were still good. I also learned I can buy them myself online and it's easy to change yourself. I looked at the prices of filters online and for what they charge it must mean the quality of the filter wasn't good. 22 for one and 25 for the other. You KNOW they making money so to make money off that price the filter HAD to have been cheap! My other filters were OEM, which didn't need to be changed, and now I'm stuck with something cheap. I'm sooooo upset over this!!! Especially since I'm on a fixed income!!! I just felt like because I'm a woman I was taken advantage of. Several people have since told me, "yeah you got took." My advice, get the oil change but don't let yourself be upsold. Save your money. And buy your filters online and do it yourself. It's easy and inexpensive.

If you value your time and hard earned money, DO NOT GO HERE. I had my oil sending unit replaced here 2 days ago and was overcharged as you can see. They charged me $245.00 for a $70.00 part and $241.00 for labor, which should have taken them no longer than 1.5 hours.Later that same day, my low oil pressure light came back on...6-8 hours after getting it "Fixed" by Midas. I returned there today and was told by the staff that there wasn't an issue with my sending unit. They explained to me that my oil pressure valve/sensor in my oil pan was now bad and needed to be replaced. They stated this required dropping the oil pan (3 hours of labor) and would cost me $230.00 at minimum.After them telling me they didn't replace my oil pressure switch screen (Should be standard for all mechanics), I asked them to do so ($8.00 part). They stated this process still included dropping the oil pan (which it does not). You have to remove the sending unit, put the filter on, and putting it back in.By far the worst experience I've had with any given mechanic. The gentleman that worked the front desk was by far the most professional. One of the technicians reeked of alcohol and was extremely rude behind closed doors (Yes I could hear every word you said).Happy I was able to waste over 6 hours of my life to receive "The Midas touch."

Message on my dash stating key still in ignition when key removed. Dropped my vehicle off to have ignition switch examined. Upon returning to pick vehicle up I was charged for a crank sensor amd reboot of the ECU. Immediately brought vehicle back due to same message of key in ignition when key is removed.They installed a new ignition switch and the problem has been resolved. Had they properly checked the ignition switch when vehicle was initially dropped off everything would have been okay. Now Iam stuck with poor customer service and one service charge that should not have been performed.Go elsewhere for car maintenance if you want quality and competent work done on your vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They messed up my headlights didn't know what they were doing when I went in headlights were working when I left none of them was working got home got the high beam to work myself don't go 2 Midas on Broadway unexperienced

They slowly increased the price of my oil changes over the course of about a year. Started around $50 and the last time I went, they charged $92 for a synthetic blend. My fault for not asking the price every single time, but almost $100 seems excessive, especially when they advertise $19.99 oil changes.

Back in October/November, I hit a curb with my tire and took it to Midas since it was the closest place to where I was. They were really nice, customer service was great, however, whoever fixed my tire did something wrong and left the brake reservoir hose backwards which caused friction between the hose and the tire. My husband was driving on 35 a couple weeks ago and the brakes stopped working. We had to take it to Jiffy Lube and luckily they were able to fix the problem. Again, customer service was great but if you want your car fixed right I would recommend to stay as far away from this place as you can.

The folks at Midas have always taken amazing care of me and my car.They are honest, affordable friendly and fair.I can count on them not to lie or tell me that I need repairs that I don't need or over charging me.This is my go to place for me and my cars as an Uber driver.

Had an amazing salesman and they were absolutely generous. Helped me with all my vehicle needs and even walked me out to see what was wrong with my vehicle and why they recommended the parts they did! They gave me a lower price than other stores. I ll definitely be back!!
