My new shop! The beautiful ladies in the front are amazing!! I had some major work done very quickly and professionally. I will definitely be coming back since I have a bit more work to be done I was already given a quote which most places won t do. Thank you Midas on N. Foster Road . Still pleased. I just couldn t find a better place and it s even better now because the new waiting area. I will be coming back for years to come!

I ALWAYS receive GREAT customer service when I am here! I come for oil changes normally, but I like the fact that if other services are needed, they let you know. I love the remodel btw! Thank you to all employees of this establishment!

Went in for an oil change and it was great service. Both employees at the front were personable and friendly. Efficient , was in and out of there pretty quickly. Let me know some things I should get checked out in the future without the usual pressure at other auto shops. Thank you

It's a in and out job. Went in for a full synthetic oil change and was done very fast. They do quality work for an affordable price without disturbing the integrity of the company. Will always bring my car here for an oil change.

I always love the customer service here. I needed an oil change and front brake replacement. They got on it quickly and I was on my way. The other customers who were waiting were pleasant as well.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Did not have an appointment. Mary S. Got me right in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. The service tech was super friendly, smiling and clean. Thank ya for the great service experience.

Traveled To Tx back in December 2023 from GA , and I was really in need of an oil change, while driving I pulled in and Mary assisted my wife and I with so much knowledgeable help , and we will Be back in the future. Early morning Bird got the Best worm.

Mary S. is a delightful, insightful, and respectful manager. She is tremendous asset to the company and took care of everything that I needed for my vehicle and provided excellent hospitality towards my kids and I. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and took care of my car, as well as provided excellent customer service.

This location provides the highest level of customer service I've experienced at any auto/mechanic shop. Mary is always so upbeat and welcoming no matter the time of day and the mechanics do what's necessary to have you in and out in the appropriate amount of time.

Had my oil change today by Ed, he always does a great job in a quick and efficient manner. Dealing with Mary at the front desk is like talking to family. Very knowledgeable, but most importantly friendly and personable. Great folks to do business with.

This was my 1st time getting my car repaired at Midas on Foster Rd. Everything Was GREAT, from the receptionists, to the mechanics. They are kind, and knowledgeable. I definitely will be coming back to keep my car in shape! They even test drove my vehicle to make sure everything was in good shape! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK MIDAS! :)

Since December 2023 till April 1, 2024 I had the worst experience of my life with Midas off of Foster Road. I had taken my car in to get an oil change. They told me I had a leak so I had them fix it come to find out after driving it around for a week it s still had an oil issue. I took it back in and was charged again to get it fixed and some other issues they said I need it fixed first time was $444.93 and the second time was $2443.72( 977.00$ was the fix for the second leak plus plug) other things that was needed done so I drove it around the second time for another week. Come to find out there is still a leak so the third time I took it back to get it fixed. They called me to go pick it up and I Uber down there again. They told me when I arrive. My car doesn t want to start well I ll be damn I said so I left my car in the shop for two months and a half because they couldn t figure out what happened? They obviously now had it towed to a different shop so after three months exactly I went to go pick up my car and there was an engine top with some sort of metal stick and a bunch of screws in the backseat. I took it into mitis and the manager came out with me to figure out what it was from. We open the hood up and try to put the engine top back on the my car. Guess what it didn t belong to my car so now I m missing engine top. I looked around and noticed. I m also missing a cap to where the windshield fluid goes, my engine hose also had duck tape taped around it. I directed it to the manager and she called the District Manager which whom I have been dealing with for the last four months. They said I came in with the tape on the hose which I know I didn t I bought that car brand, new and Midas has been the only one that has worked on my car back to my bad report I turn my car on and when I start the engine. It s starter stuttered then turn on sometimes doesn t start at all. Engine light is on and another light is on. I directed the issue to them and they said we only was supposed to get it started for you and cannot fix all the other issues for you. I was like I didn t have any issues with my car when it went in now my car is worse than ever so please please don t take your car in the shop. I went as far as calling the corporation department. I want to post this review with a negative star, but I have to choose one. If the owner does read this I have spoken to the assistant manager., manager, district manager and the direct number that you have provided and all these other reviews I m so disappointed in the situation.

Would rate 0 if possible. They charged over $1000 just to keep the vehicle for over 2 weeks without resolving the actual issue. Lazy when running diagnostics and won't take the time to find the real problem but will take the time to play back and forth with you and waste your time and money. Hung up on us and then ignored our other attempts to reach them so we had to come in person and have our car towed back home so that we can find someone else actually capable of fixing our car. A grand wasted on horrible service.

Walked in. Wife checked me in and asked if I had any questions or concerns about my vehicle. Then had just a real conversation. Her husband and crew were quick and checked out everything and mentioned things that were going to have to be looked at and things that I should pay attention to that were wearing out. No pressure. Just professional as things were explained in regular verbiage. Just good people!

Man I m so glad I didn t get my brakes done here because I know the most miserable, disgusting, downright depressing manager/employee would ve sent me off into the abyss with no brakes. Do you want to find one hell of a woman with one hell of an attitude? come on down to foster road and shoot your shot but, I d say call first. As an almost potential customer of this miserable establishment, I was calling to inquire about pricing for a full brake service for my 2016 Camry. Anyways, this morning at about 10:12AM I called and a woman answered, didn t seem to happy to have me asking these normal and totally basic questions for wanting service done on my car, so she proceeded to act like she couldn t hear me on the phone, made me repeat myself more than I could count, and then never chirped up to even give me the quote for the service I wanted, why? Because she said I should call back later when she didn t have to many customers, well damn i didn t realize I was just a random drifter calling on the phone or was I a potential customer? Maybe an almost customer? I just wanted pricing, I mean after all the questions she asked me about my car and the amount of times she made me repeat myself I would ve thought she had the math or estimate in her head by then, shoot even a guesstimate, who am I kidding though it clearly sounded like this baby boomer couldn t multitask in this understaffed establishment. Don t like you re job? Nobody s asking you to stick around sweetheart, find another job, hell work at a funeral home. I think an area manager should check in on her, and this establishment it sounds like it needs more experienced employees with better customer service etiquette,& whom also know how to place a customer on hold instead of having them call back because they can t multitask.

****Update****I love them! Mary was so accommodating and I really appreciated them! I had to change my alternator, starter, pulleys, belts and they really worked with meDO NOT GO HERE! I had all this worked on in December and come February my belt popped off. Come March the starter went out! Then they said it was my fuse box and I feel like because I didn t have to pay for the starter or pulley they made us pay for the ONLY FUSE BOX FOR MY DODGE IN SAN ANTONIO! NEVER AGAIN!
