Mostly got nothing but good to say... until now. They charged me a premium to check my car out just to tell me they can't fix it. So... Why do I have to pay y'all again?

Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady who met me at the door was rude, Talked to me like I was stupid, and tried to reschedule my appointment without reason. I will not be returning to this body shop.
