After my mechanic Eric passed away I found out the Nesloney family sold thier shop to Meineke. They kept the old historic structure and just retrofitted it which is awesome! They even have a greeter dog named Sana now. Looks like I'm back to getting oil changes here.

I went to get my brakes & battery checked on my SUV. I spoke with Belinda-Mgr. She was very professional & knowledgeable. She explained everything that was done in detail and said everything checked out. No maintenance was required at this time. Never did she attempt to sell or encourage me to do anything that didn't need to be done. I left feeling respected and left knowing I would feel at ease giving them my business when needed. They office was clean and well kept.Thanks for everything and kudos to Belinda and her staff.

I had a great experience I will highly recommend and refer customers to them. Belinda was so helpful and pleasant on the phone.I was on lunch took my car there and they were so courteous to provide me a ride home. When you re having a bad situation things like that helps to brighten your day . Thanks they all worked well together to make our experience pleasant!!!!!

I had been experiencing an a/c condenser issue on my GMC pickup since summer 2023 and decided to get a quote from Meineke after being quoted very high on the replacement job by other local shops. Belinda and Joe at Meineke walked me through a thorough 50 point inspection, including my a/c issue, quoted the repair work at a lower cost than all other shops, and were able to get the parts and repair my truck in a day (including picking me up and dropping me off at my house). Belinda, Joe, and the rest of the team at Meineke are knowledgeable and professional. I am very satisfied with the work they completed and would recommend Meineke for future work for myself and others.

The team at Meineke were great! I took my mom s beat up Rogue that I was working on getting the oil change in when I got stuck trying to remove the oil filter. That dang thing was seized on and I could not get it off after puncturing it. I decided to wrap it in duck tape and drive it to meineke cause it was the closest shop. They were not phased by the mangled filter and just helped me out a great deal. I was very pleased and happy with the service and plan to use them again.

First time visitor, getting car ready for a long trip. Staff were honest, friendly, and incredibly helpful, including giving me a ride home when it became clear it was going to take awhile. Then came and picked me up when it was done. Nice dog in the shop was just a bonus!

Dan and Belinda are the best at customer service. They are knowledgeable and honest. This has been the best auto care business I've been to in San Antonio. Please know both of you are greatly appreciated. I'll be coming back here for any of my auto care needs.

The experience at this Meineke Car Care Center was amazing the staff took their time to explain and review every possible option for positive outcomes on my vehicle. The Auto technician Joe was very efficient and took care of my vehicle as if it was the the only vehicle in the shop. Thank you Meineke!

Trustworthy, professional, friendly, and prompt service. A great shop with awesome customer service. Great communication and thorough investigation. They identified and fixed my vehicle problem. Also maintenance prices, brakes and oil changes, are more than fair. Highly recommend.

Let's just say we all got to have a shared learning experience. Ford Transit vans have interesting Brake idiosyncrasies that Ford didn't tell us about. Mainly, that a regular Brake Pad and Rotor replacement is no longer simple or inexpensive. You have to replace JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING in the brakes area, and the cost is no longer just a couple of hundred bucks per axle... it's unimaginably HIGH. This was not Meineke's doing, IT WAS FORDS "BETTER IDEA"... At any rate, Meineke took the van in and did the brake job famously, and the price came in at about the same Ford would have charged, and I didn't have to wait for a week's appointment to get in... They also do great oil changes...(Meineke on Vance Jackson) Good folks. Easy to do business with.

Very nice and friendly. Easy to set up an appointment and the service was quick and efficient. No unnecessary maintenance if you don't need it.They also have a loyalty program where you get points for every service you get, and eventually get free oil changes and the like.

The Meineke team is professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Starting from the top to the bottom. They make you feel comfortable & that they will take care of your vehicles needs. I have gone a few times since this new location has been opened for different issues with my vehicle. Each time I have been pleased and have suggested them to my friends.

Stopped in to get an oil change today. Met Dan (the owner) and one of his technicians Jack. They were able to get my car in that morning! There is a cool app they use that shows things that are good and things they recommend for my car, WITH PICTURES! Terrific manager, Dan. Thoughtful & thorough. We discussed possible future work with my specific truck, milage and driving habits. He didn t push me for items that could wait a bit. Great value. I was able to talk to Joe, the mechanic and discuss my concerns. Both listen and are honest. I will be going back. Love the Grand Opening Specials.

Honesty is very important when it comes to repair work. I was told by dealship place I need to have my brakes replaced soon. I drove to Meineke on Vance Jackson , they checked the brakes and they did not need to be replaced. They were still go condition. I am going to change the dealship garage and give my business to Meineke. Thank you

Service was great. The mechanic noticed that the belts were making sqeeky noises and realized that the belts tensioner were bad. So we made an appointment for the work to be done. I will highly recommend this place for mechanical work.

They tried, kept my vehicle for a week but they could not get it to start. I didn't get charged. Before them, it was owned by Nesloney and Nesloney did the same thing. If they could not fix it, they did not charge, Meineke did the same thing. I did not receive a charge for their attempt to fix my Honda and they did try for more than a week. I appreciate their assistance.

The new Meineke on VJ did me a solid. One too many topes in MX = my front slid plate was hanging and dragging. So much noise. I zip tied it up. The new Meineke on VJ put new bolts on for me. Both quickly and for more than a reasonable price. I give them 5 and my gratitude. It's good to have nice neighborhood businesses.

I am from North Carolina and I just took my Durango to these polite people today and they did an awesome job changing my sparks and more. I don t a ride any where for I m new to these parts and they made sure I had my vehicle to go home with. Thanks again!!

Dan and Belinda were wonderful! Checked my truck completely and fixed my truck even though I was told by another mechanic shop that I needed a new engine. Truck is running like a champ! Thank you meineke!

Customer service was great and loved that they text you with details of your vehicle along with photos of what your vehicle is needing at the time or in the near future. Mostly will be going again!

As a Military Veteran, I strongly suggest you don't do business here!While I do appreciate the free inspection, the overall customer service from the employee was very disappointing.The guy looked like he wanted to start a fight.Bad body language and vibes.Vibes don't lie.Never returning!
