I purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick in January of 2024 and the entire experience was frustrating! I found a small dent on the driver side door literally the morning after purchasing the truck and the sales team advised there was nothing they could do.I spoke with Ford themselves and they said I should be covered and even pointed to the page 2 of my user manual where if I see any issues including dents, I can let my dealership know within a week and I may be covered. This was not the case at all even after speaking with multiple people at the dealership.I then spoke with the service side of the dealership and they were less helpful. When I called, they had a huge wait and said they would call me back when later that day when a service rep was free, I did not get a call back. I went IN PERSON and they advised they cannot help and that I speak to a sales manager for any chance to get this fixed.In the end, I was thrown around like a problem nobody wanted to deal with and the experience really left a sour taste in my mouth. Everytime I look at this truck, I am reminded of the horrible lack of customer service from McCombs. This dealership really gives Ford a bad name.

Worst experience ever at this location and definitely not use their service. Will never buy a truck from them again, to the point I will never buy a Ford again. License plate holder fell off, no damage whatsoever to the holder, not even a dent or scratch to it or the bumper. The plastic brackets behind the holder were broke, which was likely caused during the assembly of the vehicle. Apparently Ford tough cannot take mosquito impact. Anyhow. No such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty here. Even purchased extended warranty, no help. These guys take your money and do not own up to what they say. I would advise anyone to take their money and their business elsewhere. Oh and by the way, according to them, they are booked up in the service department until July, and it s only mid March, not a good look for Ford or the product they are selling. If you don t believe me try calling and scheduling a warranty service appointment.

Took my Honda in for a trade in and got a 2024 mustang with 0 miles. Thanks to Gus R. He was awesome. It s our second vehicle that he has sold us and the process was so easy and fast. He s always clear about everything. Definitely recommend him. Am so happy with my new ride!

Had a very pleasant buying experience yesterday! I worked with Angel Campos on a regular cab F150. While he is new at sales, I see a fantastic salesman in the making with some time and the right guidance. He was friendly, connected with me very well and made sure I was comfortable. While the buying experience took a little longer than I would have liked, I still had a great time and felt like my time was valued. When the time comes, I am going to do business with this dealership again!

JD did an amazing job on being up front about what I wanted and took the time to show me everything no matter how long it took. I have had Tre for financial almost every time and is outstanding! My service advisor Andres was very professional after I dropped off my truck that we just purchased mid January with engine light turning on. Holly the telephone operator was so helpful with excellent customer service. Thank you JD for helping me and checking me on my vehicle as it was being worked on. If anyone looking for a vehicle, ask for JD! He remembers you after you purchase and is there for his customers!!!! Andres best service advisor

Went in to have my vehicle serviced at the quick lane area. For my oil change and check up. This is usually done for free. Do they got me in within 20 minutes. That was great. Never that fast before. I m my son and I waited out front. The service man came out and quickly told us that we needed about 5 different things done to the car. Never did he say this was going to cost me. Them about an hour later he came out to say they needed to do something else. Asked would this cost anything and he said yes about 299.00. I said ok. When they finished with my car the bill ended up being 800. Plus. I was shocked. Asked why he didn t say anything about the cost earlier like he did for the 299.00. He had no answer.Bad way to do business. Just wanted someone else to know how they are doing business. Not good. Very unhappy. Unsatisfied customer

I drove out of my way 5 hours to buy my pre owned Ford F150. (19k miles)The deal was great, the GM Henry Finley was awesome and you can tell he gets the job done.My sales person Stevin Simon on the other hand was absolutely horrible. When picking up my truck (that wasn t bought yet) I noticed 3-4 scratches on the truck.. I was iffy, but he told me not worry that he would have all those buffed out(which they weren t). I then mentioned I m not from the area, so he offered me a detail and we agreed on a full tank of gas because of my 5 hour drive. During the same conversation I asked him for a email stating all these things he was promising me, he continued to blow off my request and never wanted to put it in writing.I now know why, 3months later I make another 5 hour drive to McCombs Ford West and he didn t want to fill up my gas tank (because his boss said so) which is ok I guess, but why promise me that and then wait for me to drive 5 hours to tell me it can t be done? He then said I thought they didn t give you a full tank of gas when buying the truck that s why I offered it . Even after his mistake he still refused to fill my gas tank.The detail was half fast, it was whiped down. My rims and tires were still dirty as well as my back window. Steven Simon then said it was going to be a 2.5 hour job it was 4 hours. That s cause I was the first customer there at 8:45AM.Before going to the dealership I asked for a loaner, and of course he said no.So the Director of New cars sales saw me and my wife with my newborn baby patiently waiting and asked why I m waiting so long and I explained my situation so he loaned me a truck so that I can go have lunch and meet some family while in town and apologized for any inconvenience.Stevin Simon was the most dishonest, unprofessional sales person I have EVER came across off. Saying he didn t say things, and lying straight to my face. He knew what he promised me, and refused to admit he was in the wrong.All while calling me the customer a liar and saying I m trying to take advantage of the dealership and wanting free things. More things to this, but I think I ve said enough.Basically, McCombs Ford West over all was great, but do not do Buisness with Stevin Simon.

Excellent service from my salesperson Ken. Very personable and explained and showed us everything about the vehicles features in great detail. Excellent services from Jason, financial. His voice was very calming and he also was very thorough. Now the service department wasn t such a great experience. The reason I was in the dealership was because my truck was in the shop needing a motor and they did not communicate or help me try and get a loaner or rental. One thing I always appreciate a response to a phone call or text with. 24 hours and I didn t.

Putting your car in the shop to get anything done can be so stressful, but the dealership made it such a smooth process and Rachelle was amazing and so attentive. I had a million questions and she was so patient and kind the whole way. I love the fact that you can text them anytime because I have such a crazy schedule that I d text asking questions in the middle of the night and wake up to all the answers I needed. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my car!!

We had an excellent car buying experience at McCombs Ford West! I can t say enough good things about it. My husband and I were anxious since we haven t bought a new vehicle in a while. All that melted away as soon as we talked to someone on the phone from McCombs! From scheduling an appointment to driving the car off the lot the whole process was seamless. We needed to buy a bigger vehicle in preparation for our daughter s birth that weekend and we were able to meet that deadline! Our salesman Marwan was able to show us the exact Ford Expedition Stealth Edition we had researched and walked us through everything we needed to know about the vehicle. He along with the finance manager Tre made sure we got the best possible rate. When it s time to replace our other vehicle we absolutely will be back! Thank you again Marwan and Tre!

So much for reliability. Purchased a brand new 2023 Bronco Sport started to have electrical and mechanical issues six months down the road. Scheduled service and when I arrived on the scheduled date I was told it would probably take two weeks before they could even get to it. What is the purpose of the appointment if you have to wait so long? Very disappointed with this company. I guess there is no hurry since the sale was already made. I left it for three days and picked it up.

The Service department is fantastic! I was in San Antonio when my truck needed repairs. I dropped it off in the evening requesting that repairs be completed by EOD the next day. My Service Advisor, Rachelle Ytuarte, marshaled the service department resources to get all the parts (some from other locations) and complete the repair by mid-morning. She recommended a place to stay overnight, and regularly checked up with me and other customers to ensure we were comfortable while on-site. Rachelle rocks! I have never had better Customer Service.

I was very please with the service I got at McCombs Ford Quick Lane! The staff was courteous and gave me an accurate estimate of wait time and time for services to be completed. They didn t try to oversell me on things but have laid out a plan of service to keep my car in great condition. I ll be back and highly recommend!

I left 2 voice-mails for the service department and received no response. Had same experience at their north location. I would never buy a car from this dealer with such horrible service. They have a great marketing department but don t live up to their commercials.

Worst experience I ve ever had. Just to shorten up this review. I would not recommend for anyone to bring their vehicle to this shop. My truck was here for 2 and a half months. It probably would have been longer if I hadn t continuously kept contacting them on the status of my truck. I had to even go to someone higher up that wasn t even aware of the situation. I could go on and on of what exactly happened here but it s way too much. I am not just writing this horrible review because of the bad service/experience I had but so that this doesn t happen to anyone else. Red McCombs Ford West you need to get better! It doesn t allow me to post without giving it 1 star but it doesn t even deserve that.

Met with Sales Representative Ruben Hernandez at McCombs West, and from our initial conversation found him to be cordial, congenial. and extremely professional.Ruben was helpful in answering each of my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He respectfully did what appeared to me to be everything he could to satisfy my request.At the end of the day, I was satisfied with the outcome! Ruben was an Outstanding representation I m sure for your company and I truly feel he will go above and beyond to keep me a satisfied customer.
