Strongly recommend this place! Phillip and Mike took great care of my vehicle and dealt with a pain of an Insurance company to get my car repaired. I m very satisfied with the services and professionalism provided here. Outstanding customer service and incredible work completed on my vehicle. Glad I chose this place.

Yes! There are still honest people in this world. I went to see Mike today at Master Match. He was so kind and honest. Not trying to take someone s money just because. He had some magic solution in a bottle and cleaned my damaged area. I never even thought to clean it. You can barely tell there is some damage now. Saved me a lot of money. I went to another shop and they were trying to charge me $2500 dollars. So glad I went to see Mike. I will be sending customers his way.

I was looking for a reliable body shop who provides quality work at a fair price and I found exactly what I was looking for with MasterMatch Collision. Most of my interactions were with Roland and he was professional, prompt, courteous, and provided an assessment of what needed to be repaired at a great price. Although I had to take the vehicle back once, Roland promptly corrected the issue and returned the vehicle back. It s difficult to find shops that provide great quality work and customer service and MasterMatch Collision fit the bill. Keep up the great work Roland and team! 5 out of 5 and would be happy to take my auto body service needs to them in the future.

I was recently rear ended and stuck trying to deal with the insurance company of the person that hit me. They were giving me the run-around and I was sure they were going to attempt to total out my car because it was older. Phillip and Michael at Master Match went above and beyond to put my troubles at ease and work with the insurance company in order to complete all of the repairs necessary to get me back on the road. My car looks even better than it did before the accident. I can't recommend these guys enough!

They were very kind, professional and attentive. I went in as a walk in and they still assisted me right away. They could tell my mini van was in a bad condition because of the loud noise it was doing (the skid plate was dragging) so came to my rescue right away. The man that worked on my vehicle explained different options I could do but also offered a quick temporary fix (which is what I went for).I wish I could had gotten the name of him (especially because he didn't even charge me ) so from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I had a great experience doing business with Master Match. The whole process of getting my Honda SUV fixed was smooth and easy ! I went, got an estimate and a couple of days later my SUV was getting fixed. They did a great job and the price was fantastic. It looks amazing !!! This place was amazing!! I was devastated to be in an accident, and have my truck hit on the side. I had just bought the truck last June. But Mike, the manager was courteous and super friendly. He helped me with the whole process, and kept me updated with everything. He and his crew got my truck looking better than new!! Highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs!!!

This place is amazing! I found them through the great reviews on google and am so glad I stopped by for a quote. My wife had a small dent in her Tesla model S and we got quotes from the approved Tesla collision center in town. The quote was for almost $5k! I knew there would be a Tesla tax but that was outrageous. Micheal and team provided an amazing service and spent the time to discuss the process with me and made me feel like a very valued customer, rather than a number. Their pricing was a fraction of the others and the work was outstanding. I ve used other shops for various other paint and body work and have never been fully satisfied. With Master Match, I was completely satisfied by the workmanship. Great job, guys, I will be back! (Not planning for more damage but hopefully for a fun project)

We brought our car here after being rear ended with minor damage due to all of the good reviews it had on Google and Facebook. They did not disappoint. They did a quote for us to give to the insurance and once we had everything sorted with the insurance, we dropped it off on Monday and had it back in our possession on Wednesday afternoon. They caught everything that was damaged on the original estimate, and were very professional and quick. Now the car looks like new again and you would never know that it was damaged. We are very please and will use Master Match again in the event we ever have something happen again. Thank you guys for your quick and professional work.Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend this place to everyone who is needing repairs on their vehicle. Fender and driver door were damaged to where the driver door didn't open. Master Match did a awesome job with the repairs. Im happy with the outcome. I was told the color of my vehicle would be a little difficult to match but they nailed it!! I'm definitely coming back if I ever need future repairs.

I am so glad I found Master Match! Mike and his team were incredible to work with. The bodywork was so well done, my car looks brand new. They paid attention to every detail. They kept in touch every step of the way so I wasn't left waiting and wondering. Pricing was great and Mike was so helpful in working with my timeline to get the car shipped overseas. My experience with Master Match Collision Center started when I took my company car for repair several years ago. What a blessing. I have since taken all our personal vehicles, including two luxury cars to them for any body work or cosmetic repairs. Phillip and Roland are so customer friendly and attentive. They deliver on all their promises and are always on time when it comes to returning your car. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else in town and highly recommended anyone else do the same.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

No job too small! Took it in for some loose molding. Wasn t sure they wanted to mess with that. Mike took a look at it & asked me if I had a few minutes. I had the car back within fifteen minutes if not sooner. These guys know their business & provide excellent customer service! I have used them multiple times & have never been disappointed. Master Match was amazing from the start and to also mention very affordable. I contacted them based on reviews and they didn't disappoint. Very helpful informative from the beginning with what I needed done. Took me in right away changed out my battery for me and my vehicle is driving great!!! Very satisfied with customer service they take care of there customers all around a 5 star. Will be back & recommend to all my family and friends.

Master match provided great and friendly service. I needed a headlight replaced and they were able to give me a quote, order the part and help me out right away, they even replaced the second headlight! I will definitely be back to bring my other car, thanks Mike!

I looked for over a week to find a body shop that would take care of my Tesla. My car had gotten dinged by a careless employee and some rogue shopping carts in the Walmart parking lot. Seems most shops don't even work on them. When I did find one, the reviews were always abysmal. The ones with decent ratings I did find told me it would be almost two months before they could get me in just for the ESTIMATE!!! By the time I found Master Match, I was super bummed and on the verge of getting rid of all technology and embracing a hermit lifestyle. My hopes were low when I found Master Match online, but, the reviews were good. I called and talked to Mike and he told me they do most estimates through walk-ins and took about 30 mins, and that they might even be able to give the estimate with some pictures and an email. I took the pics, shot him the email, and I had the estimate back by the end of the day. Off to a good start. I decided to let them work on it. He needed me to bring the car in to make sure the "real life" damage matched the pictures, this was on Thursday. Everything was good and said I could bring it in Monday...only two working days later!!!! I dropped it off Monday morning and got the call it was done and ready to pick up Wednesday morning! I couldn't believe it. The work was perfect! I can't tell there was ever damage.They were super nice. Great to work with. Quick communication. What I paid was exactly the estimate. No up-charges for anything extra, etc. I'll absolutely recommend them to anyone in the future and this is where I'll take any/all of my repair work from now on. They're almost an hour from my house...still worth it.Service: Painting

100% customer service oriented and professionalism was what we received from Master Match. They stayed in contact with us constantly and helped us navigate through the "way" estimates and repairs are handled by insurance companies these days. Without these folks this would have been a very stressful time but they made sure we were taken care of and all questions answered. Our truck means a lot to us and they handled it as if was their own.

I was hit by a dumpster truck on a Friday, master match was able to do an estimate for me the following Monday and started work on my car the very next day. It took them a little less than two weeks to fix significant damage and my car looks great. Mike was very professional, polite and kept me updated the entire time. From beginning to end the experience was amazing. They called with updates and even spoke to insurance on my behalf on issues that would come up. This shop was highly recommended by a successful businessman as Top Notch! They certainly are!! Hope I never hit a deer again but if I need repairs Master Match has me as a customer for life!

Great experience with Master Match! Fast, friendly service. Really examined the car carefully, listened to my safety concerns, and provided honest feedback that the damage was only cosmetic. Estimate was also $300 less than a competitor's price. Hopefully, I won't need collision repair in the future, but if I do, I won't go anywhere else now.

I backed into things twice with my 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 doing some pretty serious damage to the back of my truck. I also had them replace my windshield due to a rock strike on the highway. So I have been here 3 times for issues. Master Match was able to fix my truck quickly and had it looking like brand new again in addition to making sure that all the sensors worked on the back of the truck and my windshield which had a heads up display technology that they made sure was working just like it came from the factory. They worked easily with my insurance company and turned 3 nightmares into minor inconveniences. I don't plan on ever going to any other shop.

Absolutely % professional jobMy truck looks brand new. After having the passenger side damaged at a grocery store, they repaired it so well you can't tell it was ever damaged. The staff is very professional. They helped me through the whole process and worked with my insurance company. They even gave me updates along the way.

Mike(owner) is a nice and honest guy. Better than fair prices, had them paint my hood with no body work and it turned out great. Turn around time was even better than I expected. I had another hood so I told them to take 2 weeks or as long as they needed and they had it out in just a few days. All the other employees were also professional and polite. I'm the kinda guy that likes to watch when people do work on my car, and I'll help when they need it, I used to be a manager at a diesel mechanic shop, so I like to think I know my way around. They didn't mind at all, even let me into the shop when they were fitting my hood back on, as long as you stay out of thier way and be polite.

Roland and his team do great work. I have had two vehicles through their shop in the last six months and both came out looking great. Communication is good and they live up to their promises.
