I was thankful for Ralph and his shop doing their job ! while I was with my rental and basically surviving while my poor car was in the shop just wanted my car in good hands and it really was I was so amazed by outcome and appreciated the communication to getting things done for my car again greatly appreciated greatly recommend.. you will not be disappointed!! recommending my family and friends first !Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve gotten into a car accident and had my car fixed by Ralph and his team. During the whole process Ralph and his team where super professional and made sure he met my every need of getting my car fixed to how it looked before! When I went to pick up my car I was super shocked of the outcome of my car I could cry, seeing the finished outcome made me scream! I appreciate all of the hard work from you, and your team! I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any work done on their car.

Went to this place by a recommendation from someone and left as a person who will recommend to someone else!!! They were very polite and helped with getting a rental,they spoke with my insurance,kept communication with me through out the process. Everyone was so respectful!!! Not only were they fast with fixing my truck it looked amazing when I came to pick it up. They also cleaned my truck and made it look amazing and smell great! That was unexpected but very much appreciated!! I would for sure recommend them.

I am so thankful for marathon collision, they really knocked the ball out of the park and got my Mustang fixed ASAP! the work was nicely done and looks brand new. If you ever are looking for a repair shop- come here. They will get you squared away and at a good price! Also big thank you to Rafael- great customer service! I have never been happier.

Ralph & his team at Marathon Collison LLC treated me like family. This was my very 1st vehicle collison and he helped walk me through the process with the insurance company so I could properly file my claim a week later my truck was ready for pick-up...and bonus they cleaned and washed my vehicle...I love this place!!! This small family business deserves a huge shoutout, because telling them thank you just doesn t seem like enough.This year I purchased a brand new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer, I had it all of 3 months until a deer decided to run into it while I was commuting to work an overnight shift. (My daily commute is 1 hour and 30 min).The next morning I filed a claim with my insurance, they tried to get me to use a certain body/collision shop. But I wanted to look around. After receiving good recommendations I selected Marathon Collision. They responded very quickly, made me feel like a priority, and fixed my car EXTREMELY fast because they knew I needed it to get to work, and that I hadn t even had it very long.While my insurance, and lean holder on my vehicle were giving me the run around. Marathon Collision worked hard and fixed my vehicle in less than a month before I got my insurance check, or was even given a rental car. Needless to say I will be switching insurances, and plan on refinancing my vehicle somewhere else.But I could not be happier with choosing Marathon Collision to make the repairs on my vehicle. They are definitely my go to from now on & I highly recommend them 10/10%. Rafael and Corina the owners truly went out of their way to communicate with me and keep me in the loop even if the shop was closed, they worked with me regarding my deductible, and even washed and vacuumed my vehicle before I picked it up. I m so happy I brought my car here! I was involved in a collision and expected my car to be in the shop for months but they made the entire process so easy and kept me updated along the way. My car was ready in 2 weeks and looks like new again! They even helped me with my deductible from the insurance company. Ralph and Carina were so helpful and professional, I will definitely come back if I ever need service and highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their car. By far the best experience I ve had!

These guys did a great job on my girlfriend's car. 50% off the deductible and got the job done in a week. Other shops were estimating 6 weeks. The car looks great.

I took my truck in to get front bumper repaired I spoke to Ralph and he was extremely helpful and made the process simple and easy. On May 30, 2021 I was in a car accident. During my accident the tow truck guy had a list of shops where he can take my car. I did NOT feel comfortable leaving my car wherever so I called Ralph at Marathon Collision and asked if I can leave my car there. Ralph had NO hesitation on allowing my car to be towed to the shop. This was my first car accident so I was unsure on how the process worked but Ralph helped me every step of the way. He guided me in the process on who to contact and for what reason. What I also loved about Marathon Collision was that they also refunded my tow fee within 2-3 days. I was expecting to wait weeks. Unfortunately my car was totaled but the customer service Ralph provided was amazing. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Beyond happy, got it done in 3 freaking days I was surprised after other shops were telling me 1 to 2 weeks. Told the owner I needed my truck for work asap, him and his crew took care of me and got me rolling in 3 days. They also washed my truck they didn't have to, but they did great customer service will def send anyone who needs body work in the future there direction.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wouldn t recommend going to this place to fix your car because my truck was there and it isn t fully fixed. He is cheated with people he is tell lie his behavior is rude

Definitely hands down best collision choice i ever made to get my daughter's car done at a very good price, service time and quality outcome! If I could give no stars I would.Ralph was very unprofessional and inconsistent with timelines as to when my car would be ready which was a complete inconvenience to me and my kids.My car broke down on the side of the road after having it back for 2 weeks. And when I got it back it was returned damaged.I sent pictures and tried calling multiple times only to then speak to him and get an attitude from him.He accused me of "trying to get one over on him" when all I wanted for my car to fixed the way it should have been in the first place.He talked to me with complete disrespect, accusing me, and from the sounds of it he does not want to fix the problem the shop created.So who's really trying to get one over on who???His customer service is horrible and he was unapologetic.I don't recommend at all. Absolutely recommend Marathon Collision!! After going by very many auto shops in San Antonio and being treated like an inconvenience I called Marathon Collision they assured me they can get me in same day! We swung by and dropped off and my car was back to me in less then a week! They kept us updated and made everything so effortless! The body work is amazing and it comes with a lifetime warranty! We went to 4 other places before coming to marathon & thank god we did! We had significant front bumper damage and it was not covered by insurance so every where we went were charging $4,000 & that s just an estimate because according to them once they removed the front damage, there s usually damage behind it.. adding another $1,000-2,000.. we felt hopeless but when Ralph saw it he was honest and didn t try to take us for all we had. Our total came out to $2,700 and only took 3 days to complete. The work was amazing and his wife even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car for service. They definitely get 1 million stars from us!! Thanks marathon

My 2021 F250 was broken into and they broke the drivers side door handle. Went to ford and they quoted me over $500. I bought the part from the dealership and contemplated doing it myself but started having 2nd thoughts so I started looking for quotes elsewhere. I used yelp to get quotes and Rafael was the first person to respond with the best price. I checked Google to see their reviews and they were great so I gave this shop a try! They performed everything that was needed at a very reasonable price. They were professional and courteous. I would go back for if I needed anything else done.Service: Body & Trim

Professional quality work that s done on time.
