Not good. I came here to get some wheel studs installed for my lug nuts. Had over 10 new studs installed. They over torqued them SO badly that I could not even take my lug nuts off. After attempting everything, an air impact gun actually broke the stud off at the base. I had to take it somewhere else and have them drill through my studs to get them off. On top of that, I had Macias put in new front brakes. My brakes were sticking before I even got home. Very dangerous. And I couldn't fix my brakes because I couldn't take my wheels off due to the other problem above. Months later, and several hundred dollars more in the hole, I am still trying to fix all this.

DO NOT COME HERE!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Tried getting my vehicle repaired here for engine issues. They charged me $507.00 for diagnosis and repair. I went back in and they had "no record" of me buying services. I showed them the receipt and they told me it was voided. I WILL BE SUING.

Took My 2012mazda cx9, had a Bad transmisi�n bougth a used transmisi�n took it to them and i was on My way the following day great work and super fast and affordable... Defenetly recomend this shop

My grandpa took the truck there with a certain issue. They fixed that issue but caused him another issue that was never there. Charged him 500 and wanted to fix anothet issue they caused! Shame on these guys they are scummy do not bring your business here im warning you!

Carlos the owner is a straight up and cool guy and his shop is my go to when i need any automotive repairs. When my muffler was about to fall off my car he got my vehicle in right away and also gave me an awesome price. I highy recommend him for any auto repairs. Five Stars

Thought I had a flat. I didn't. They checked my tires and added air to them. I would have given 5 stars, but the young man inflated one tire WAY too much. Should be 33, inflated it to 44. Had it corrected someplace else.

this place shouldn't be open. with this type of people who scam you with your money so you want one of those places. You take your car to be repaired and they break it down for you. They lose screws, parts of the car and they have the Zionism of saying bring it to me later and I'll give you a discount. in life I take a car with them again. Besides, they don't deliver when they are left. They take up to 2 months to deliver the cars. They tell you in 3 days it is ready and so they bring you back and forth. So I don't recommend it at all.

Update 7/11/2022The tire issue eventually got really bad. I took it back and the manager, who speaks English, was working. He took it off the rim and ran in through water like the rest. No bubbles at all. Then he put it on some kind of machine that spun it or something - like simulating it traveling. When he pulled it off, the entire inside was full of tiny rubber shavings.Turns out, the tire had a couple of cuts in them that were fine until the tire was spinning. I remembered I'd hit something on the road about two months before. It was dark, and I pulled over, but everything seemed fine. I had completely forgotten about it until that very moment because it seemed like no big deal and I couldn't find what I'd run over.I've seen nothing like it in almost 30 years of driving and dealing with mechanics. If the tire was positioned where the cut was on top, it leaked. But if the tire was parked where the cut was on the bottom, the ground acted as a seal and prevented it from leaking. Craziest thing! Replaced the tire and now all four of my air pressure sensors have been completely stable ever since. Thank you Macias staff for helping me solve this baffling mystery and preventing a tragic outcome in the process! I can't imagine what would have happened if that tire blew on the highway at 65-75 miles per hour. I shudder to think of it.Increased rating to 5 stars for their patience, diligence, and hard work from me visiting their store five times over one stupid tire. They've earned it for sure! LOL***This place is super fast. I needed a tire patched and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, one of my tires has a leak they can't identify. Been back twice and told there was no leak even though I am certain there is. Next time I will take it to them before filling it. They mostly are Spanish speaking, so be prepared. Altogether a great place for quick, minor repairs.

Quick and very convenient, We Had a nail in the tire yet still we pulled in drove out in less than 20 minutes which is Perfect for me.

DISHONEST!Took advantage of my nephew! He s a hard working young man that trusted the owner, Carlos, with his car. This kid is one of the hardest working 20 year olds I know. And it s not right that he got taken advantage of! They tried to cover up the outrageous bill by saying there was multiple diagnostic fees! When we were only told of one and that it would be applied to the total. This isn t right!! Taking advantage of our youth !! Or anyone for that matter! But a young adult trying to earn a living and do things right , should be given appreciation! And not victimized!DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS here !!

DO NOT GO HERE!Will rob you and tell you lies about the work preformed. Told us there was only one diagnostic fee. Then charged us for two. Did an unauthorized repair and said that it was needed. The owner Carlos tried to cover this up. Takes advantage of people!

THIS PLACE IS FULL OF CROOKS TOOK MY CHEVY SILVERADO AND THE GUY SAID I NEED TO REPLACE A LIFTER BUT ITS BETTER TO REPLACE ALL OF THEM AND THEY CHARGED ME 3500.00 YES 3500.00 AND MY TRUCK RUNS WORSE NOW ...THEY ARE SHADY I DON'T EVEN THINK THE SO CALLED MECHANIC IS QUALIFIED I AM SERIOUSLY THINKING OF HIRING AN ATTORNEY SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I give this shop 1 star, but only because I can't give them a zero. <y car was making a rattling noise, and I dropped by their shop. It took them three whole days to tell me that the motor was bad, and that they needed to order parts, and that it was going to cost me north of three grand. I got a second opinion at a different mechanic, and the guy just tightened a loose nut. Rattling noise was gone and never had another problem with the vehicle.A year later, my fianc� couldn't start her car. We put a new battery in and it still wouldn't start. She had it towed to Macias Automotive without telling me. By the time I found out which shop she'd taken it to, it was too late. I warned her that they'd tried to screw me, but we didn't want to tow it again, so we decided to give them another chance. After all, maybe they had just genuinely made a mistake with my car.Nope.They tried to tell her it was a dead battery, not knowing we'd just put a new one in. In fact, if they'd have opened the hood, they'd have seen how good the battery looked. They didn't even try. Never take your car to these crooks, and don't let anyone you know take their car there either. You'd have better luck trying to youtube it and fix it yourself.

Today I got my truck lifted, new tires and an alignment. Great and fast work, no more vibrations as I had before for years, dealer was not able to fix. I will be back soon with my other vehicle. Strongly recommend the place for their great work and very reasonable prices. Thanks Macias and team.

Went in for a rear brake job, 45 minutes later, I was back on the road. The only thing was I didn't know you had to buy your parts for them to install. No biggie, the owner gave me a loaner to go buy the parts that I needed. Great job, very fair prices. I do recommend them.

I always come here for good prices and (so far) quality work. I was quoted 1,100 for an AC job on my honda odyssey , I came here to Macias and got the same job with new parts for 790$...quite a bit of savings. I will be back if I have any issues with anything else. The warranty covers just the parts for a year. My AC is blowing cold and working great now but if anything changes soon I'll update this.**Fresh edit 1yr later**okay so now I brought it in for an alternator and new battery after the van just died picking the kids up. So far I know I got a pretty decent price for everything but I'll update how the work went as soon as I get my car back.

Manager decided to play the he said she said run around and claim that the work reported for my vehicle could not have been messed up from his shop, accused me of lying despite the photos he asked for and claimed we had someone else tamper with the work. Highly advise caution between what the manager is tracking and what work is completed!

Great team staff. And even if they are busy at times, they won't ignore you like "Cordova" does which is why I've considered this shop as my new auto tire connection team where I feel my vehicle is taken care of for over a year now.

Brought vehicle to get repaired and was told one thing was wrong with vehicle. Upon them completing the job it did not fix the issue and was in fact another issue wrong. I was forced to pay for the job and my vehicle was not driveable or repaired. Then brought vehicle back and now they want to charge me again stating it was two diff jobs when it wasn t b

I ve been coming here for a while here and there when I need my tires fixed. They are very nice and respectful. Good prices and have never messed anything up. So far my experience has been good. Definitely recommend.

They over charged me on a slave cylinder job. Got charged 700 for a 550 dollar job. Never going back again. Don't let it happen to you. Rogelio is cool but the other mechanic us a rip off. Another thing, after I picked up my truck and noticed the ABS light on dash. I took it back and said they didn't move anything from the ABS and they aren't going to honor the warranty on labor. To me it doesn't make sense that right after they "fixed" my truck the ABS light came on. It wasn't on before. Never going back to that shop not even for a flat to be fixed.
