My wife and I stopped after spotting a 2020 Ford Raptor. We ended up buying two (2) vehicles. My wife got a 2019 Lexus SUV. I got a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. Under $70,000 for both. Anthony, our salesman is a blessing.

Took my 2019 mustang in for diagnostics and took them a whole MONTH to tell me they need to rebuild my engine. When i just bought the car from THEM about 7 months ago and did nothing to it. I still have not got my vehicle back and they still havent gave me a price for parts and labor. To top it off they originally told me my vehicle had warranty and it would be no cost. They then informed me the warranty was on the previous owners name and i would have to pay for everything. I am now STILL waiting to get a price from them so they can start working on my car a whole month after i took it in!!!! This place has costed me hundreds of dollars keeping my car and are going to charge me in the thousands just for me to get it back. This has caused a major disruption in my everyday life and i was just about to trade in my truck for a new mustang but have to wait and put more miles on my truck which brings down the value because i have nothing for transportation. Nobody there thinks of the customer. I will not be returning to this place for service ever again.

After my oil change I noticed oil drips in my drive. Crawled under the truck and found fresh drips hanging from the oil pan bolt. I called the manager and he took my phone number and said he would transfer me then the phone hung up and I never heard back from them. I am pretty sure my oil pan bolt is cross threaded now and will leak forever.

Went for an oil change. Of course you have a 3-4 hour wait. Good service but slowww.

Okay service, they have a quick lane but sometimes they take too long for simple services. I recommend you leave your car there and pick it up once they are done.Went for a second oil change and the place is under remodelation.

My Ford has had several recalls and i have taken it to get fixed. With a warrenty you still have a deductible (even on a recall) but ok. When I give the service people a run down of everything that is wrong with my car i get told we will make sure we look at that while the car is here. One of my concerns was my transmission. I tell them this is the third time i have brought my car for this same recall. He States is not a recall it's more of a service. I tell him the letter i got says recall but ok nonetheless this is the third time. He States well sometimes it gets fixed once and the car is good and sometimes it takes several times. Hmm that means that when my warrenty on my car runs out in going to have to pay in full for this service/recall. I'm told yes. When my car is ready i go to pick it up and as we are inspecting the car i asked about one of my concerns that i had which was the child safety lock that should be on the car. I get told they forgot to) look at it so i can schedule to bring it back and pay another deductible. So i have to schedule to bring it back, pay another deductible for a feature my car should have but there may have been a malfunction as well as pay another deductible for something i asked to be looked at while my car was there. So not only am i worried about recalls/services now my child safety as well. This was an inconvenience i could do without. I could go on and on but I'm sure you understand the welcoming people are not worth the headache or Hassel.

VERY THANKFUL for the great service and flexibility to take me in and make repairs to my truck that had been broken into the night before. We were passing through with our RV and were in a real pickle but these folks made helping me out a top priority. Can't thank them all enough!

Service it's usually fast but thus time it took 4 hours to get a routine oil change or the works like they called that includes top off fluids and rotation. I had better experience there maybe an off day

I called ahead to see if they had what I need, I was spasific, they told me it was in stock and had a few. Got there 20 min later and they lied, they don't have it, tried to sell me something else.Lying and dishonest pieces of trash. No wonder you people have such bad reviews. Don't bother contacting me with your coupons and discounts . This place is a joke don't come here .

The only reason I go to this place is because of my car warranty...so so service! Manager is worthless, he never returns any calls!

When you go to Mac Haik Southway Ford be ready to leave your vehicle for 3 to 5 days before they can look at it and pay a 100+ just to get a diagnosis.
