I know the headaches when car shopping.I visited a lot of dealership in Texas to find the best deal, after being upside down on my trade. I could talk really bad about some of my experiences Ancira, Bluebonnet, Borene; stay away.I'm sure there is probably some bad experiences on the dealers feed back. But let me tell you about a team of guys that were awesome, Chris Hines, Daniel and Julian Juarez.Each of their personalities and the way they speak to you, is something that I enjoyed about my experience there. Together they worked a deal that was hard to pass on. Yes, it was a bit more than what I wanted to pay, but in the long run, it works out best.Just look for Chris Hines and he will take care of you. He might be busy due to all the people I am pushing to go meet him. Right now is the right time to visit with him due to their large 2023 models they have on the lot. They will put you in some really nice and you will walk away happy. Believe me 5 stars all the way.Chris you are on the way to a management spot, Daniel you are on the way to general manager and Julian, "Hook em" you will be somewhere on top as well.Thank you

Worst ever! Bought brand new off truck had front end collision, took to back dealership, they messed up this car and as we told them the clearcoat was peeling they wouldn't do anything. Well here's how bad its gotten. Never buy anything from them or have repaired. Car should have been totalled their comment was it's up to insurance...No it's up to owner, it cost as much to half- butt fix as was orginally paid for it. Not worth much now. How come this wasn't warranted? Getting ready to trade would get so much more if paint wasn't messed up because car is in great shape otherwise and well taken care of...

Theyve had my car for 3 months and still waiting. The last I heard was maybe Friday Monday or Tuesday. It's now Wednesday and nothing. Their excuse is right when we think your car is ready, they need a new part and it has to be ordered. I pray I never have to use them ever again.

This is the worst place to ever take your car to. Please don't do it. My car was wrecked and they failed to put all pieces back, after having my car over 3 weeks before even looking at it. Then got car back it just stops running and again they did nothing to fix the problem. Car in my driveway broke down still because Ford didn't know what the issue is with my ford.. mind you they never even attempted to try and figure it out

Took my vehicle there due to an insurance claim. My car came back worse than how they received it. I ve came out more money due to their inability to properly mount & replace things in the way it came. Zero stars & they overcharged for the service received. Go to smaller body shops people, only reason I sent vehicle here was due to insurances partnering. Never againServices: Painting, Body & Trim

We had originally taken our vehicle to another major glass replacement company. They wanted to install an inferior product because that s the only product our insurance company would cover.We decided to take it straight to the Ford collision center where Albert and Paul took care of us. Because this vehicle has safety features it needs to have an OEM product thats compatible with the safety system.They were able to get the insurance company to pay for an OEM product versus an inferior one.If you got a cracked windshield and going through your insurance check these guys out, ask for Albert and tell him Rox Roofing sent you over

I brought my vehicle here for hail repairs in 2016. Over time I began to notice the hood and the roof have an awful appearance to the paint. Fast forward to 2023 I called to inquire if the paint job was under warranty and thankfully if was! I spoke with Mr. Paul Hill and he helped me from start to finish. He and the staff there were so kind and accommodating. I am thrilled with the new paint work! Thanks Southway Ford Collision Center =)

Would put zero stars if I could thieves stole my diesel and def out of my truck.. and a pair of expensive sunglasses.. not to mention took three months to fix what was originally quoted to take less than a month .

It was hard to get ahold of my advisor, even when i would leave him voicemails/emails. Every time i did call for him, he was out. I requested updates and would have to call in to get any updated info. I was told 3 different completion dates. They kept pushing it back. It took 2 months for my vehicle to be completed, even though the parts were received on week 2. So my car sat there for about 3 weeks untouched, I m not sure why they didn t just have me drop my car off when they knew they could get to it. It wasn t until the insurance had them take over the rental car payments that they were more prompt about completing the repairs. I do not recommend this shop, especially if you are limited on rental car coverage or don t have a back up vehicle in the meantime

Scamming geico customers to pay out pocket on top of deductible. DO NOT SIGN THE FORM!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Just saying "everything" is going up ,is not a sufficient reason to try and scam out of more money. Do better FORD. You're not drivetime, stop acting like them.

My truck was vandalized while on a business trip to San Antonio. I only had two days before I was scheduled to head home and drive back to Houston. Albert was able to work quickly with my insurance and source the parts needed for my truck. The parts (two taillights and a tailgate handle assembly) came in the next day and the repairs (including painting of the tailgate handle assembly) were completed the following day. I am so glad I used Southway Ford Collision. I was super satisfied with the repairs, my Ford truck looks better than before I had the accident it s like new again. Thank you Alberto Gutierrez for being very friendly, knowledgeable about your job you providing updates often about my truck & explained everything with details. They did an excellent job with the repairs on my Escape. It was pretty extensive front end work and although it took a little over 6 weeks the end result was great and well worth the wait. My vehicle looked brand new! Been to this collision center twice and they haven t let me down. No one ever wants to need this type of service but if you do this is the place to go.Thank you Mac Haik Collision Center for the excellent work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed some body work done from a minor accident for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma. Duran welcomed me into the Collision center, was very professional and took care of everything. He gave me a quote that he honored, he called me frequently to keep me updated on the status of the fix and was just overall great to work with. I want to thank Southway Ford Collision for their fine service and excellent customer service they provided me on my 2015 Ford F150. The paint job for repairs after my truck being keyed was done so professionally I couldn't tell there were any damages. Again their service for the rental and getting me in and out were great. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again for your professional service.

I had broken window thanks to some lowlife in San Antonio and needed it replaced. Had a hard time finding a place that could replace it quickly, then I tried Mac Haik s and they said come on over. Thanks for great service, and fast too!

The Manager Paul is who makes this stressful experience a fantastic one. It is hard to be parted from a needed vehicle especially when there a backlog on parts due to COVID. Got my car back looking as good as new, one scratch was missed but Paul stepped in and got it done in one day. We were so impressed decided to have our Truck windows tinted AND repair a few scratches the car came with. Do NOT hesitate to use this collision center. A++++Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We took our F250 in for repair after being rear ended .Mr Kane Watson greeted us and was very helpful and courteous upon our arrival at Ford collision .Mr Kane called me letting me know they had to order a part for the truck , which was ordered and received on the same day and was ready on the same day as promised . Mr Kane also when I called and had to leave message he would call back immediately. We picked our truck and the work that was done was great ,back to how it was before practically new again ,awesome job , great service and friendly staff , will recommend Ford collision to family and friends .

My husband and I got into a small fender bender again. My husband has been here 4 times to get his truck fixed so with the great service we got last time it was a no brainer. We always deal with the guy name Kane and we have his phone number saved in case we need anything at all. We went in on our own time and Kane checked the truck over and told us he will call when the parts come in. The following day Kane called letting us know the parts are in. We brought the truck in the same day and was fixed way faster than expected. I recommend this place to everyone. Also keep in mind, Kane is the guy that got things done in a hurry because customer service is his number one priority.

I don't typically write reviews, but after a recent accident I spent more time than I care to admit researching collision shops in the area. I went with Mak Haik because they have a reputable name in the community, and I also drive a Ford (not purchased from there). I reasoned that the employees would have worked with Ford vehicles before, and they would likely have more parts in stock due to being near the Ford dealership. Admittedly, I was mildly terrified when dropping my car off. I had nothing to worry about though. My contact at the shop met me, went through the paperwork, and took a look at the car. He took pictures of the inside and outside for reference, and had my ride to Enterprise there before we were done. He said he would call every Tuesday and Thursday until my car was ready, and he did. My car took just over a week to be ready, despite needing to have the drivers door entirely replaced (amongst other things). They ensured I could make it to the shop in time for pick up so I wouldn't be charged an extra day for my rental car, which I appreciated. My car looked good as new, and they detailed the inside and washed the exterior. All in all, I had a seamless experience with this location.

Very pleased with the work and with the customer service at this location. From the first phone call that I had many questions to the day that I picked up my truck. The staff was great and Edgar my adjuster made sure that my vehicle was taken care of and it made the experience great. I recommend them I am sure others will be pleased.

Very helpful on the phone. I called on a Friday afternoon. Got me an appointment to take my vehicle on a day and time that was convenient for me. Helped me get a rental car. Kept me informed of what was happening with my repairs. My vehicle was completed in the time frame originally quoted. I would return to this company for collision repair if needed in the future.

June 17, 2018These guys rock!! I took my second vehicle to them for repairs and they had it looking new again within 3 days!! High Caliber work and craftsmanship. But best of all was Kane and Edgar!!! They are extremely kind and informative and very assuring that your car will receive the best care possible, and it does! I recommend them to all my friends!

wish i could give them zero stars honestly, literally only had a small dent on my back door & they ve had my car for 2 & a half months & Paul is very rude & gave me attitude. would definitely not recommend this place to anyone bc this has been the worst experience ever, they should be shut down

I had a stress free experience. Customer service was great, Cane called me at least twice a week and the work was done in a timely manner. If I ever have to deal with another collision center, this is the place to go!

DO NOT LET THEM "FIX" YOUR VEHICLE! Absolutely horrible customer service... they give you the run around and then I picked up my Explorer and there were things wrong that were in mint condition before I dropped it off. Had just purchased the month before and it was perfect. Shards of glass in seats... My leather seats are messed up... Ink on my leather seats...Scratches on my door... More than 300 miles were on my car that weren't on it before! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it won't allow any less!
