Moderate front end damage to my 2020 Explorer. Repaired quickly and looks just like new. They worked easily with my insurance and all done in timely manner. Lisa in the front office was awesome. Answered all my questions and was quick to respond. Would definitely use them again

I am very pleased with the work performed. The repairs to my van took less than 10 working days. Lisa was very helpful and communicative. The repairs were quick and Lisa kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this repair shop!

Lisa was very helpful ! She helped me through the process of getting my car fixed. Before I took it to the shop it looked TERRIBLE , and when I took it out of the shop it looked BRAND NEW.They did a great job fixing my cars previous damages. I would 100% recommend bringing your car here, won t be disappointed

Everyone at the Lux Collision Center was very kind and great to work with! My advisor, Lisa was able to connect with the insurance claims team to get the inspection for my car scheduled quickly. She provided additional info like towing services and the rental car center's phone number. She also kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I recommend Lux Collision Center to my friends and family. My son took his vehicle there as well. Lisa provided the same service and experience! 5 out of 5 stars!

I was a victim of a semi truck hit and run. The semi absolutely obliterated my side mirror and passenger wheel.They made it look like nothing ever happened! Took two days to have them re-machine my wheel (which looked absolutely brand new, seriously could not believe the great work the machine shop did) and install a new passenger mirror with carbon fiber caps. Top notch work!My only complaint is the state of my car when I received it. I take a lot of pride in my car and spend a lot of time detailing my interior. It was a kick in the teeth to see how someone else took care of my interior and left it. I understand it s raining outside but it s still absolutely unacceptable to leave the interior like that, especially when it didn t come into the shop like that.EDIT: They immediately offered to have a mobile detailer come out and detail my interior back to its former glory. They took responsibility and went above and beyond for this. Highly recommend these guys, nothing but respect!

Gabriel was very helpful in getting my car looking good and new. Honestly my 2000 corvette was looking rough. When my girlfriends friend backed into it it was a blessing in disguise. Gabriel replaced the bumper and blended the surrounding surfaces so the new parts would t be so obvious against the older panels like the door and roof. As you can see my car looks like it came straight out of a new paint job. He even got me a price on replacing the corvette emblems on the front and back and I paid for those and he replaced them while my corvette was getting repaired. They had excellent service and only took about 2 weeks so they were very fast and very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody and I ll definitely be calling them if I get into another accident

I recently took my car to lux after reading the reviews. I was very pleased with the overall atmosphere. Lisa was extremely helpful with getting me in quickly. Thank you so much to the gentlemen that realigned my bumper. It was an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely return.

This body shop is undoubtedly one of the best I have had the pleasure of working with in the past 20 years. The communication is excellent, the repair work is flawless, and the staff is highly professional. If your vehicle is in need of body repairs, I highly recommend giving this place a chance.

I have been here several times for my fleet of vehicles and they never disappoint. The staff is friendly and always does good work I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else. I trust LUX with all my vehicles and use them before I take it to a dealer due to the timely fixes and response times!

This automotive body shop took care of my needs and was able to address the concerns I had for my vehicle. Lisa was very effective in her communication on relaying the information I had sought from the techs who were able to detect, fix and respond to my concerns. If I ever find myself in a situation in which I would need extensive repairs from my vehicle due to an auto accident, then I will hope my insurance will allow me to bring my vehicle here. Thank You again!

Gabriel & the employees of Lux Collision Center were able to fix my front bumper after a run-in with some wild life and restored it to a brand new condition! Through the whole process, I received friendly and fast service, consistent communication, a fair price and high quality work. Love this place! I m so thankful that a friend referred me to them, when I needed the bumper fixed on my car, along with a few other repairs. They helped fix a few body-repairs on both of our cars. After an accident, my vehicle had to be towed to a collision center and I had no clue where to go. The gentleman towing my vehicle had a list a repair shops and what insurances they accepted. He recommended Lux and I am so glad he did! They were quick with the repairs, my vehicle was given back to me spotless and they updated me regularly on the status of my vehicle. The ladies in the front were so kind and answered my questions. Always replied in a timely manner. Highly recommended!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car in to get the bumper replaced. Lisa is amazing, answered all my questions, and told me what to do and what to expect. She kept me in the loop with what was going on and how long everything would take. They are very fast and professional and I am very pleased with my experience with them.

Had a small fender bender ( I've never had a single accident since I started driving and not even a month in with a new car, and that happens ) and went here. The office is small but very clean and the staff is completely friendly and helpful. They provide bottle water or if you want they also have coffee. (And a nice choice of liquor, but I'm sure thats for display purposes ) They worked with me and had me in and out of the shop in less than an hour to pop out my blunder. I only had the spot popped back out and touched up on since the paint would be a bit more expensive. Its understandable since they would have to paint the whole bumper, so I'm holding off on that for the moment. Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend others here.

Awesome customer service, they kept me promptly up to date on the service of my vehicle and when it would be complete. They also did a great job on cleaning the exterior and interior before handing me my keys. 10 out of 10 would definitely use again.

Sub par work!They missed replacing a piece that was ripped, The bumper was not aligned properly when returned to me, they had clips that were broken on install of the new bumper, clips that were missing completely and, never replaced the mud flaps that were on backorder. The bumper would squeak while driving even after taking it back and having the missing and broken clips replaced.

My husband got his Kia fixed here after it was stolen they did great on the body work but had other issues and they told me it would take a month to fix brakes so now he s driving around a car that s not safe when I feel Like it should of been priority to fix especially when it s brakes. I wouldn t recommend this place.

I am 40 years old and have never written a review but when great service is given it must be recognized. My fiance has dealt with the owner a few times and never had any issues. Today it was my turn, and not only was I blown away at how promptly they were able to diagnose my vehicle without charge or question my car was taken back and repaired. It is always hard to find a good mechanic especially an honest one as anyone with a car can attest to that. But for them to service me without making a buck and did a minor repair that I wasn't even aware of! Well, that is how you make customers for life, anyone reading this I shopped for the best price and asked around but I can say from personal experience, just come here they are fantastic. Thank you Gabriel. Truly appreciated

Absolutely the best results, the best service and the best in efficiency!!! Wow!!! Gabriel and his staff found the parts at an amazing price and the repairs were fast and looked AMAZING!!!! We were so impressed!!!! We are going to tell everyone about Lux Collision. Gabriel is extremely professional. He explains every detail of the process and gives an accurate timeline!!! I scratched my car while pulling into my garage. And my mission was to find a reasonable shop to paint over the scratch. Lux definitely came through. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly, no appointment was needed, fast service, VERY reasonable pricing and most of all NO SCRATCH!!!
