I bought a jeep here a month ago and everything went smoothly thanks to the staff. Luna Car Center is a great place with great customer service and a very friendly staff. Roy and Andy were patient with me, and were there for all my needs and questions. They ll go out of their way to tend all your needs and make sure that you leave a happy & satisfied customer. Definitely will recommend to others!

My husband and I worked with Carlos at Luna Car Center and our experience was wonderful. He was informative, but not pushy and very friendly. I purchased a Beetle from them and the process was painless. Super grateful to find a dealership with such nice staff.

Angel was the sales man and was very professional. The financing department was also so helpful. We went with my mother in law to purchase her vehicle because she was worried she didn t know much about vehicles but it was such a great atmosphere. They took care of all her concerns and made it to where she could actually afford her mortgage and her vehicle without causing her any added stress.

Saw a vehicle a really liked online. Entered my information online and received a call from Chris Cannon to set up a test drive. Couldn't make it down at the original time selected but Chris met with me the following morning. I figured out the best route to take for my financing needs due to the year of the vehicle I wanted (hard to get bank financing with the year I wanted 2011), Cannon set it up and I am driving away a happy man. Thanks for your assistance Cannon.

Just purchased my first EV and I love it. Nick took excellent care of me and walked me through the entire process and really made it easy. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The purchase price was right and he made the financing an easy process. They have an excellent selection of really nice cars , trucks and SUV's. You owe it to yourself to go check out this dealership.

I would give this less than 1 star if I could. I walked into their dealership, obviously a single mom, and I told them I needed a truck for work. I did a test drive and it seemed fine. However, when I wanted a independent inspection, the finance guy there tried manipulate me into not getting one. He kept saying, well, if you get an independent inspection, we won't give you any warranty. But if you don't get an inspection, we will give you a warranty because your service department checked it out already and it runs great. I decided to get an independent inspector anyway, but I really think the inspector was either inept or dishonest, because here is what happened.I ended up getting it, because according to the inspector, it was good. Three weeks later to the day of getting it, my kids and I were stranded on the side of 1604 because the battery, alternator, timing belt, serpentine belt, and water pump all went out. I tried calling Luna, but they ignored me until my boyfriend called them and they realized they'd be in trouble. But by that time, I didn't even want their service department to look at it at all for obvious reasons.I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm sure they scrape by by selling a few decent cars here and there, but anyone who would sell a car to a single mom that breaks down that badly and then be absolute losers about making reparation do not deserve to be in business. They are the reason car salesman get a bad reputation.

Well from the get go when I made the call Mr. Andy sounds awesome. Had an appt at 3pm today and I sent all information that he asked me to start the process. I was kind of scared to apply since before I was denied even with kind of good credit. He walked me through everything step by step. Was honest, knowledgeable and tentative of the customers needs and wants. Never, ever have I purchased or financed a car before maybe like since 2012. Usually bought them cash cause was afraid of car payments. Now this year I decided to and this place at Luna Car Center are just excellent all the way and Andy made it even better. 10/10!! Thank you all for your help!!

From the moment we walked into the Luna dealership, Sam Munoz was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle for my needs. Him and his team at Luna Car Center patiently answered all of our questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I left the dealership with my Chrysler 300 and a big smile on my wifes face, all thanks to this exceptional salesman's dedication and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience!

spoke to rob to try to find out about the price of a truck. said he would get back to me and did not. had to follow up and when I did, truck was sold. was probably sold a while back but site isnt up to date. when there is no commission to be made, courtesy goes out the window

Worked with Sam at Luna car center and he exceeded my expectations. He drove the car I was buying to get a PPI at a Euro shop and he also sent an Uber to the airport to pickup my Son and I. Overall I m very happy with the experience and would recommend Sam and Luna Car Center!
