Mister Lorenzo is a true life saver. This noble man arrived at m vehicle the same day I called not to mention it was during freezing weather at night time. He gave me a ride home and had my car ready to be picked up the next day. Best work I ve had done on my car everything worked better than new. Local mechanic shops can t compare to the service Lorenzo provides.Great prices and grand service. I will definitely be reaching out the next time my car needs some work done.

No communication. Came on Easter to do a diagnostic, but was 3 hours late. Once we were ready to make an apt for service, it took multiple messages and over a day for a response. Had it booked for a Friday after work. As soon as i got off work (mind you i messaged hours in advance to confirm with no response) he bailed last minute and said he would come the next day after 2pm, and Said he would message in the morning with an exact time. I never received a response and he never showed up. I had to find a different mechanic to come last minute. So unprofessional!

Lorenzo was great!! Called him he responded right away, very helpful he saw something else was wrong with my truck he didn t over charge and just helped me out. You can definitely count on him! 10/10 best mobile mechanic!

Need my starter replaced and after reading reviews on different mobile mechanics service I figured I d put his to the test I called got a quote and a eta of how long it would take and I have to say the job that he did it was worth it. He was thorough and very timely I was estimated up to 3 hours but it only to an hour and 15 minutes my truck is running great. My new personal mechanic in San Antonio.

Lorenzo did a great job on our truck. He changed brakes and shock absorbers in our house. He helped us get the parts we needed. He is a very honest and kind person. You can trust him to do a great job fixing your truck. Many thanks to Lorenzo for his help. He is a great mechanic.

Really good, honest guy. He missed our scheduled meeting time due to a close loss, and I had to tow my car to a shop. But not only did he apologize, he also paid for most of my repair at the shop no questions asked. Would definitely recommend him, he stands behind what he does.

Awesome and quick service. Very friendly and easy to work with. He had my best interest at heart and was compassionate to the situation at hand. Lorenzo did an outstanding job and replaced my alternator in a timely fashion. He ensured everything was working correctly after the job was finished and even filled my coolant free of charge. Great service. Will definitely use again!

Lorenzo is the Man! I had a Minor issue with my headlight prior to another guy who tried to fix it but ended up making more issues to my vehicle and end not turning on at all! And that's when I called Lorenzo! He came out at 6am in the morning. Let me tell you, this guy is honest, reliable, and very affordable! He got my running and ready to go! He told me exactly what I needed for my head lights. The next day he came out to work place and worked on my head lights. And Lord let there be light! Don't hesitate! He's Worth it. He's honest and trustworthy. Ty. Once again Lorenzo!

Using Lorenzo was a very good experience. This was my first time using a mobile mechanic. Lorenzo was very professional and honest. Broke down while on a random trip to the Alamo Lorenzo got me home safe! Did tremendous work for a very reasonable price. He treated me like family. I definitely recommend you call Lorenzo if you need a mechanic in San Antonio! 10 Stars!

I called for a diagnosis on my car he came out hours after the time he said he'd be there. He crawled under the car gave me a diagnosis charged me 93 dollars and NEVER came back to do the work. After numerous attempts at trying to contact him because I've seen good reviews I thought he'd be the one to call. He kept giving me the runaround and never contacting me always me having to reach out multiple times, even after letting him know I had cash in my hands to do the work he turned out to be a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Don't waste your time.

Called him after normal hours on a Tuesday and he was there inside of 30 minutes and had diagnosed the problem. A quick trip to an auto parts store and he had the part and had the problem fixed. Appreciate the fast and fairly priced service while we were 5 hours from home on vacation.

READ REVIEWS! Same issue I encountered. You expect since you pay for a diagnosis that the same mechanic who gave you that diagnostic would help repair the issue . But he just did the diagnostic and never got back to me to help fix the problem. Which is the whole point of looking for a mobile Mechanic . Do not recommend! Seems like he s just out to make a quick $100 and never do physical work

The most frustrating experience I ever had with a mechanic. My dad recommended him when I started experiencing car troubles and said nothing but good things about him so it was a pretty big let down to experience a severe lack of communication, would show up hours late from agreed time or not at all (I was also taking days off of work just for him not to show), sent me to get parts that turned out to be not what we needed, and to experience the same car troubles not even a week later after he "fixed" the issue. Based on these other reviews, he is either a hit or miss but I certainly would not recommend. Waste of time and money!

Incredible service and absolute life saver! He diagnosed over the phone, picked up the part and was to our hotel within the hour. And this was at 10:30pm!! We are from out of town and needing to leave early next morning. He replaced our starter and we are on our way! :) thank you thank you!

The alternator went out on my ford explorer. Called around to other places that gave me ridiculous prices on labor. I then spoke with Lorenzo and let him know of my situation. The pricing he offered was perfect to fit my budget. He was able to make it out that same day to make the repair. This man is punctual and got the job done quick in order to get me back on the road. I will definitely be using his services in the future and highly recommend him if you re looking for quality affordable service that doesn t break the bank. Thank you Lorenzo. Called yesterday and asked if he could help with something and he answered right away and told me he could no problem. Double checked he could get with me yesterday by the end of the day and he said yes. So I waited all day and nothing still nothing this morning ! If you cant do something that s totally okay but to reassure someone you will be there so I don t even call anyone else and then not even let me know anything yea not my kind of service !

My experience could not have gone better.Not only did he know his stuff, he was very clear with what the issue was, how he could resolve it and the walk through to achieve the goal.He also did the job on site and in a comfortable time frame.He also a very approachable, made me laugh a few times and educated me as he was doing the job.I definitely reccomend him 10/10
