If I could rate this place a 0 I would!!! I went in for a DOT inspection and Dante flunkd my tractor for a leaking brake chamber and my reverse light was not working, he was so rude that he was gonna send me on my way, but since I was there already, I asked him to please fix them. He proceeded to fix my brake chamber, then he guessed about why my reverse light wasn t working, he said it s normally a sensor on the transmission, he did NOT even try to diagnose it. He then passed my inspection. He charged me for 2hrs in labor. When I left, I decided to recheck everything, he left the brake chamber leaking and my reverse light was not working. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, Dante was very dishonest and rude! I will NEVER stop there again.

Full time RVer and veteran here. Rolled into town for the winter and stopped at Laurels for state inspections for my truck and 5th wheel. They were quite busy but made the time to get me in and out in record time. I appreciate Hector for his top notch service! See you next year!

Looks can be deceiving.Busy place. Rough looking.But customer service was top notch.Professional and courteous.I only needed an inspection for my personal vehicle and he stopped what he was doing and got me out in less than 25 minutes.I d definitely recommend for inspection

David and his mechanics did a HORRIBLE job on my Freightliner. They kept my truck for months and still did not complete it. My truck was returned to me with the wireharness cut, excessive white smoke and it wouldn t drive over 30-35 mph. I had to spend thousands for repairs in addition to the thousands I paid this shop. I took David to COURT where I was granted a judgment in which David has yet to pay. Full of workers that lack knowledge and integrity.

Been stopping at laurel s for years. Good work and very informative. I take all our fleet/personal vehicles here for yearly inspections. They get us in and out in no time!

With what seems like fewer places doing RV inspections, it was nice to find a place relatively near by to get this done and out of the way. Job was thorough, well done and didn't take nearly as long as I've waited for in the past. I appreciate it.

Poor service and bad attitude very rude people,they kept my truck for 3 days but made problem worst,then I had to take it to another tech TA guys,Please don't waste your money

The Laurel family has been through a lot. As I type this, David Jr is who I still expect to answer when I call. David Jr isn t here, on this planet, anymore. That said, Dante has stepped up while the rest of the family is dealing with arrangements, and he is holding the business together very well. He s able to diagnose and decipher mechanical messages, and his hands can fix the broken bits on our trucks very well. David Sr is a great man to handle a lot of spinning plates at one time, and I am sure he will teach his son Dante the finesse items as time goes on. I look forward to seeing them for my truck maintenance very soon.

They kept our truck there for three days for check engine light and then charged us $1440 but one day later the check light came back on,They don't know nothing.Please don't go there

Always a great experience. Everybody that works here is very knowledgeable about what they are doing, respectful to the customers, and the prices are very reasonable.Thank you guys for a job well done

Don't knew why it takes 4ever 2pull my truck I love daven And His dad David Not now. David is greatly working hard specific WITH INSPECTIONS and knows what to do. stil need help same way with z mechanics @THE SHOP THOUGH.

This place is amazing. The reviews do not lie. Extremely professional, friendly, and time efficient. I came in for an inspection and I was serviced immediately. I even invited the staff to my own restaurant and they came out and supported. Thank you so much for taking care of my car and supporting you all are awesome!!!!

This place was great , they waited on us right away . They had a good attitude. The price was reasonable and the staff friendly and helpful. We got an inspection and they gave us extra copies to have on hand. I appreciate that they were prompt and informative. I recommend them.

The reviews on this place are spot on. The guy who helped me here was great. He was friendly, gave me good advice, had me in and out super quick for inspection, and even made a cool connection to my job and his family. It was a nice way for me to wrap up a long day before heading home.

Great service and prices! I was in and out very quickly. Like the previous review said, they only work on big rigs, but they do inspect vehicles. I'm new to San Antonio and they even talked to me about the city and gave recommendations. Super nice people, great service, cheap pricing, and fast! Will definitely use these guys again!

Called ahead to ensure they did state inspections. This is primarily a big rig rep;air shop. Missed the shop because of the 18-wheelers parked out front. Once I went in the office, David immediately came out and completed my inspection quickly. He even helped to change one of my headlights at no extra charge. Great service once you find their shop.

I had two places look at my box truck (international 4700). The quotes i got to repair it was from $6000 to $8000. I took it to this company and they did a clutch adjustment and charged me under a $100. They save me thousands already. This guys are honest and very straight forward. highly recommend.

I went in for a DOT inspection for my f250 and had no wait. Service was very fast, friendly, and great attitude. I highly recommend this place for a commercial inspection. I will definitely be back.
