I took my 82 300sd here and I simply could not be happier with the results. The car needed some major engine work. Low on power, some leaks, and general maintenance items. These folks brought this car back to life and I am amazed at what they did to the car to improve the performance. Excellent an trustworthy shop! The car will never go anywhere else.

This family really cares about great cars. In times of recycled cars, they are so professional to keep your Mercedes-Benz going for life. They are like family. If your not taking your Benz to German Auto you are missing out. Your car is jealous of mine!!

My experience is completely unlike Justin Shepard's. I've used the shop for years and had nothing but completely professional service and advice. I recommend it to anyone interested in maintaining an older model German car. If they prefer not to deal with it (Trabants are frankly trash) the'll say so honestly and politely.

The owners know mercedes inside and out, every problem I have had they have fixed and they dont charge outrageous prices like some places. The service and their knowledge of the cars is very much worth their prices.

The closest thing to talk in the God is to talk to Eric a German auto center if they can't fix it nobody can bring a Mercedes I feel very comfortable knowing that you are in great hands Don't take my word for it Give them a call and hear a angel's voice on the other line

Poor customer service. Failed to communicate effectively and talked to us in a condescending tone. Do not appreciate the employees not wearing masks inside the store and coming into close contact with us.

These guys used to be great and get work done in a timely manner and at a fair price. Lately they ve expanded so much that they ve lost their touch. Unprofessional and rude at times
