!!BUYER BEWARE!!Audi North Park is the worst dealer I ve come across!! The start of my uphill struggles began on the evening of 10/6/23 after purchasing a car, the undercarriage plate half fell off while driving on the hwy and was flapping against the car and the road, at this point I d driven less than 150 miles. I looked under the car and to my surprise there are zip ties holding up the front of the guard With a lot of prior damage. I took pictures at this time. I first emailed Audi North Park to inform them the morning of 10/7/23 which i received no response! Then sent a txt that evening, they replied with they would look into it Monday morning 10/9/23. Monday i had no correspondence! I had to call that evening (apparently the receptionist claims 8 called informing i damaged the vehicle, which never happened, this is not only ridiculous but insulting as I m being accused a liar at this point). I had to call again Tuesday 10/10/23 to get the car in. I spent the all day waiting. Eventually i had to find used Car manager JD. at this point he took us into his office and informed us that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected prior to purchase and that there was no damage found, he blamed us for the damage under the car saying that we bottomed out the vehicle. We went over and over with him trying to explain we had not caused any damage and trying to get an explanation on the zip ties under the vehicle. The manager JD refused to do anything further (he was highly insulting and extremely rude with a demeaning attitude towards us!) I then went to the general manager Todd, where we explained the situation to him, we even went into the service garage with Todd to look under the vehicle together. Todd then admitted that most of the damage doesn t look fresh but kept pointing to one scratch that looked fresh which was covered by the panel that had fallen off. We left the car there overnight and the next day they call us to tell us that we caused the damage was outside influence and they weren t going to fix the issue and $11k! In repairs. (They kept noting we had driven over 800 miles even though we had driven less than 200 when we had initially informed them) We found out that that car had recently been sold as a certified pre owned vehicle and flat bedded to California where it was driven 3 miles during a service by pacific audi California, the new owner didn t like the car so it was repurchased by North park and apparently flat bedded back and listed for sale on 9/19/23 with 53,695 which is also when the dealership acknowledged it was last inspected and confirmed by Audi NA for warranty purposes. We then bought the vehicle at 54,899 which is a difference of 1,204 miles. They also sold us Audi pure protection (certified pre owned vehicles only), Audi North park signed the dealer portion of the Audi pure protection CPO vehicles only document stating the vehicle had a full inspection on or about the miles/date sold. The car had prior damage of paint peeling due to damage on the front left fender this was acknowledged at the time of purchase, a work order is signed in our documents as a condition to the purchase, general manager Todd even said himself you can tell the paint has been painted over prior . Audi pacific said there was no damage to the car or paint when it was serviced 53,695 8/30/23. No damage was found during a thorough certified inspection performed in July. So the fender damage was caused after the car was back at north park, during the 1204 miles that were driven in a mere 2 weeks. The car wasn t inspected again after the 1204 miles. In our documents the mileage was written down correctly except one document, coincidentally the cpo pure Audi pure warranty form. This deceitful and falsifying a document for a car not eligible for the coverage. We ve also been shorted 1204 miles worth of warranty. It not sold certified pre owned but as-is and not eligible for any dealer warranty but sold a cpo warranty.

Had an appointment for Recall Service work at 2:30pm on Thursday. Made the appointment that Monday. They scheduled it for Thursday so they could get the part ordered. No fault of there own, GPS link from the Google search of North Park Lexus took me to a different location. Needless to say, I was 20 minutes late. They didn't even notice because they took long to finally check us in and then we sat in the service drive for another 30 minutes before they asked us to move forward to the end of the service drive when they finally said our service tech was on lunch after over 45 minutes of waiting. Cars came and went while we sat there. Finally someone came to check us in, and offered us the loaner car while they serviced our car. Loaner car was an older 2021 model with maintenance light on and BSM engine light. Cruise Control was inoperable. And it was almost empty on gas. Overall a terrible experience from a Lexus Dealership. Lexus of the Dominion was Amazing even if it was briefly because the GPS took us there first by accident. Then North Park Lexus called me Friday afternoon saying the airbag was not in stock and they have to order it and it should be in by Wednesday. Now I'll probably be in the loaner until Thursday. Ok, rant off! I Expect better from Lexus

North Park Lincoln and related businesses are consistently excellent. I purchase and service my cars there and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vehicle or vehicle service. My experience has been with the Lincoln side and my sister's with the Subaru side. I recommend salesperson Walter Guzman with Lincoln as the most professional person I have worked with in my many years buying cars for myself, 2 sons and 2 daughters.

My Lincoln MKC was scheduled for an oil change @9:30 9/13/23It is now 11:17 & the service mgr Mike just informed me it will be another 45 minutes.I was also told the only thing an appointment means is how many cars they can take in (so it means nothing for the consideration of your time. He said the service department was like a doctors appointment you have to wait).I will admit today was like a root canal or a proctologist appointment. ( therefore the service mgr was correct about the service department being like a doctors office.)The time was bad enough but the waiting area is outside (remember Texas weather) with nats.I ve purchased 6 cars from this auto group (Lincoln & Jeep).I don t think the business is appreciated.

Made an appointment to have a factory-installed computer problem (car has less than 1600 miles). The appointment was set for 8/9/23 and was told it would be done in 1 - 2 hours. Idropped off the car and have been waiting more than 28 hours for a "1-2 hour" repair. The car was supposedly done 1 hour and 15 minutes ago, and I was told 3 times that somebody was on the way to pick me up; STILL WAITING. My next call will be to Mr. Kahlig.

Turned in my Navigator for warranty work. Service department was swamped..however, my usual service provider, Mark, quickly checked me in...quized me on vehicle condition...arranged to get me a rental when there were no dealer courtesy cars available . The on-site Hertz was all over it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Northpark Lincoln is THE go-to for me!!

Terrible service and experience with the General Manager of Subaru Dominion he promised a discount and in the final steps of the purchase he didn t honor his promise and after I complain about it he was very upset and invited me to leave the dealershipBad experience! Great dealership to find deals. The cars and SUV purchased over the years have been priced right. The dealership is clean, and the employees are happy and focused on you.They'll take you to work and then pick you up for free while your vehicle is being serviced. They even picked up my wife's vehicle from work, put new tires, and then brought it back!

I took my Lexus ES 350 to Kahlig to diagnose an electrical problem on a vehicle with 42,900. MILES on the odometer since new. I was charged $925.00 in diagnostic with no solution to the problem. What was worse, the Lexus was recently washed when taken in and returned in filthy condition inside and out. Despite the fact I asked my service rep., Carley, on three occasions to see that it was returned cleaned. She assured me it would be. NEVER HAPPENED!

This is for North Park Subaru. North Park Subaru is hands down the best dealership that I have ever done business with. In fact, my family and I have now purchased no less than four vehicles. Everyone is a gem at this location. The new facility is also amazing and well deserved. I recommend North Park Subaru to everyone that asks where to purchase a new Subie.

There is no better luxury car dealership in the city, period. This dealership truly exemplifies what the experience should be like when you purchase a vehicle. You are treated well and the waiting room is truly a nice place to be. The only negative I've experienced have been less than communicative service reps but I'm going to chalk that up to their inexperience.

We bought a used 2019 Subaru Ascent here. It was a dealer certified vehicle with approximately 35,000 miles! After 3 or 4 days of driving the vehicle, we noticed hesitation in acceleration and transmission shift issues. I took it back to the service dept. to have it checked. They said that there was nothing wrong. We sold the vehicle to Carmax because of these issues. 2 months later, we received a recall from Subaru about the very issues we complained. My wife was very upset with North Park Subaru.

The people there are very Friendly, and very helpful. they answer any question you ask, don't get upset with you. You don't feel like they are ripping you off. Although I kind of expected a little more for my trade in. All in all it was a very good experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

After going back-and-forth with several Kahlig Auto Stores. I came across the best sales person ever "Nancy Galyon" at Bluebonnet Jeep. I had my eyes on a particular type of truck and reached out to 2 other Kahlig stores both of which gave me the run around, didn't call meback, I had to reach back out to them.Plain and simple they don't make them like they used to. I reached out to Nancy and she got back with me within the hour with sales details. The following morning I was in their store making a purchase. She is great and emulates what every sales person out there should strive to be.The other folks at the Blubonnet Jeep store were also incredible, very welcoming and courteous! Next time your in the business of looking for a vehicle reach out to Nancy Galyon you won't be disappointed.
