Yvonne was great to work with! What would normally take 3-5 days at the dealership took just a few hours to complete at JP Automotive. She kept me informed throughout the process and there were no hidden fees or surprises waiting for me when I picked up the vehicle. My husband was stranded on highway we had our vehicle towed here. Right when the vehicle arrived we received a call letting us know the truck was received they would be doing a diagnostic evaluation on car. Shortly after we received an email with repair cost. Once we agreed and approved they got to work on our truck. The radiator was repaired and a few hose were replaced. They more fluids and the truck is running smooth according to my husband this morning. Very professional and prompt. Yvonne and Javier run a professional business and even went above and beyond for me and my family. God bless them and this company. All, I had and awesome honest visit. I had my vehicle looked at by two other locations and they could not fix my issue and quoted me high on some other work. Well, JP fixed everything and the cost was the best around. They were open and honest about the entire process. Great group of professionals to take great care of your vehicles and you. Yvonne and Javi have a well equipped, well run shop. I have taken a few BMWs to them over past few years and have been treated fairly and gotten good work completed for a fraction of dealer cost. If you have a BMW , I recommend this shop. The have all the diagnostic equipment needed and alot of experience.

I was referred to JP Automotive by a dear friend of mine, I needed someone whom was knowledgeable and on point when it comes to German Engineering, they did the diagnostic and no one could figure it out for weeks , but as soon as I put my Audi A6 in the care of JP Automotive, I got a call that my car was ready the next day, I was dumbfounded and in awe, I normally don t leave reviews but in this state of a successful emergency , I have to give credit where credit is due and I am more than grateful. Just an fyi, there are still good people in this world , JP Automotive not only took care of my problem, they cut the price tag bill in half had I taken it to the Audi Dealership, not cutting corners just making a Family decision to save where we can. I brought my 2014 BMW 53d to JP Automotive because it wouldn t start, they diagnosed the issue to be a faulty fuel pump and repaired the issue quickly at a very fair price. They were extremely professional and communicated very well though out the process, I will be bringing all my vehicles here for any future maintenance and repairs. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for great honest quality service, thanks again JP Automotive!

We have used JP Automotive Repair on numerous occasions. On our recent visit we called to have AC work done. Everyone was very professional. Our car was scheduled for the AC work & the work was done in a timely manner. We then decided we wanted a couples of other things checked & fixed. Without any hesitation, Javier handled this additional work.

This place is a scam! I would NEVER recommend this place to any friend .They did air-conditioning repair that led to lights popping up on the dash. I had to return my vehicle and then Javier took the lights off the dash. The shop was closing and he did everything quickly and on the way home another light pops up and had to take the vehicle back the following day and he charged $120 just to check and another $120 because he said a light burned-out and he repaired it. The lights were brand new and one simple issue led to an almost $800 bill. Once I questioned all of this him and his wife were upset and returned my vehicle scratched up and I'm guessing from all the mess they have there.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. If you want to get ripped off and keep returning for issues they tweak in your vehicle good luck! These people act nice and will make money off of you.***In response to your reply ma'am you are a complete scam. WOW". Can't believe you responded with such lies defending yourself. Hope God helps you and you learn some work ethics and honesty because people like you should be shut down. I feel sorry for the people who truly trust they are getting honest diagnostics. Be a little more professional for your sake.

Best and most outgoing mechanic I have been to. Had to take my car late but didn't even flinch to help me out. I really appreciate everything he did and up and over the top to help in whatever he could do, took my car for fuel pump issues got to it quick and even fixed my power steering problem I had also. This is an excellent place for all your automotive repair needs! Yvonne and Xavier are very nice and welcoming. They provide valuable assessment and solution to customers. I bought an used car from a dealership nearby that they did a complete pre-purchase inspection of it which helped me make the purchasing decision. I have also done some minor maintenance work that Xavier did very well and my car so far has been running great. Yvonne is very friendly and an excellent businesswoman! Overall, my experience with JP Automotive has been wonderful and I encourage others to check them out for their auto care.

JP the Owner was very professional and let me know how the process worked. He did an awesome job fixing my car. I'll definitely use this service and JP again. I would definitely recommend JP Automotive. I ve actually recommended them to several of my friends. Just the convenience of the whole aspect where you can go about your life and get your work done and you don t need to take the car anywhere or deal with your car not being available when you need it is great.

This place is great. I met Javier and Yvonne in 2005 through a friend that recommended me and I've been going to them for my auto repairs ever since. They are honest, very friendly and always accommodating. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work that is performed. I'm a loyal customer and appreciate their business. If you are in need of any auto repairs or have any questions I would definitely recommend stopping by or calling before going anywhere else.

I've worked with Yvonne and Javier at JP Automotive Repair many times over the past 7 months. They are a great team that provides outstanding customer service. As we all know car repairs can be very expensive. The dealership wanted a crazy amount for some repairs. I took my vehicle to JP Automotive and they by far had the best price with warranty for the work. Customer service is amazing. They are the best auto shop in San Antonio.

JP Automotive Repair Shop is a great place in San Antonio for repairing any kind of cars. I met first time with Javier and his wife Yvonne in 2009 through a friend that recommended me and I've been going to them for my auto (Lexus, BMW, Prius and Cayenne Porsche) repairs ever since. Specially Javier is technically very expert in any kind of cars. His other staffs are also very expert and polite.They are honest, very friendly and always accommodating. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the quality of work that is performed. I'm a regular customer and appreciate their business. If you are in need of any auto repairs or have any questions I would definitely recommend stopping by or calling before going anywhere else.Mahfoz

I rarely write reviews; I am part of that population that reads them though. I am a college student with meager means. I bought myself a BMW for graduating and getting into law school. When my car broke down, I was incredibly stressed out about it, anyone who owns a BMW unless it s under warranty, it s like okay how much is this going to cost me. The amazing guy I bought my BMW from gave me a card with JP Automotive and said if anything goes wrong call them. I was weary at first, the prices I was getting for the work I needed done over $2,000.00 almost $3,000 on the high end. Side note: What ended up being the problem was a sprocket connected to the timing chain had broken. My serpentine belt needed to be replaced, I had them change the pulley and idler, they also changed the manifold gasket and did an oil change and air filter change and some other work for around $1800.00 total ! Now ladies and gentleman, when I tell you that was low from what I was getting priced on I MEAN LOW ! The whole process from start to finish went smoothly Ivonne and her husband JP are a true gem The entire team at JP automotive where GREAT ! I was so nervous about certain things, meaning, when fixing the original issue some other stuff came up. Now not having a lot of extra money, I was scared when Ivonne told me, but she reassured me no work would be done without consulting me. She stood true to that I was able to get the other work done for a fair price that didn t add to much to the original bill. I did bring in some of my OEM and OE parts I had gotten the other parts where replaced by JP Automotive with OE and OEM parts as well. That is definitely a plus for me. All in all, I m glad I went to JP automotive and will continue to take my BMW to them. I was very pleased with my experience here, my dad referred me because my car was having trouble starting up I went to multiple mechanics with no luck and finally they towed my car to their shop and within a day they fixed the car and left my car detailed spotless. The Best Customer Service Ever!! Immediate attention and scheduling to diagnose the problem and once they had a look they provided the most comprehensive A/C repair work and warranty I have ever received. If you ve ever been to an auto repair business in the past, you can sometimes leave with doubts about having paid too much or if the quality of work is acceptable. JP Automotive is one of those places that will leave no doubt in your mind you made the right choice! I ve been there twice and both times I left with nothing short of a great experience! Though the repairs were relatively minor, the staff showed me their professionalism drop off to pick up. You will not be disappointed!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Our truck got broken into while staying at a hotel in San Antonio. They messed with the ignition system as the thieves were trying to steal the truck. Not knowing anyone in town. we looked up auto repair places on Google and gave these guys a try. They were fast, friendly, Professional and had our truck fixed in no time. They even worked on Saturday just so that we could have our truck ready to go back home. I will recommend to anyone who is looking for great service at a reasonable price.

Javier (the owner and mechanic) is the best, and so is his wife, Yvonne, at the front. The work is done well, quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I drive 30 minutes to get from my house to the shop, and it's well worth it. I highly recommend JP.

Yvonne kept me up to date about when my van would be ready. They fixed my A/C in my van and also found a leak in my radiator. They didn t charge me anything for installing a new radiator. These guys are trustworthy and dependable. My van is working great now. Thank you

JP Automotive has been my go-to place for all our vehicles (BMW, Kia, Mercedes, Nissan, Toyota) for over ten years and I highly recommend them without any reservations. Their professionalism, honesty and attention to detail meets and exceeds expectations every single time --whether it's a quick oil change or a major repair.The owners are very dedicated, knowledgeable and kind. And although Mr. Pineda is the chief mechanic, I suspect it's really Mrs. Pineda who runs the shop and makes your experience absolutely wonderful.

Great customer service. Yvonne, always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle repairs. When I went to pick up my Mercedes SUV. Javier explained in detail what was serviced and repaired. I will be back again. Great customer service and better labor rates than the dealer for my SUV repairs.

JP Automotive is awesome!! We took our vehicle to several shops and no one could figure out the issue even after having the vehicle for 2 weeks.We take it to JP Automotive and have our vehicle back in 2 days! That s only because the part took an extra day to arrive. These guys are great thank you Javier and Yvonne you guys are the best!!

I have been taking my car to JP Automotive for over 3 years now, and they have become like a family to me. They went out of their way to repair and bring my car home to my wife because I had to travel for business. They even made me select a cheaper option for an AC repairs which could have cost me more money with the same results.i will recommend this business to all.
