I called Jon after the first mobile mechanic flaked, and Jon picked up right away on a Sunday. He had a Patrick come out within an hour to change my alternator. They charged $120 for the labor (I already had the new alternator) and Patrick even cleaned the engine for me! He waited until we both knew my car was up and running before he left. They are honest, affordable, kind and know what they re doing! I will definitely use them again!Service: Electrical

BEWARE!!! Truck wouldn t start. Was told it was fuel pump. Then told fuel pump control. Had me purchase $1400 in parts and $350 in labor to still have vehicle not run. After stealing his last $100 from me, Patrick ignored all attempted contact. Had to tow to the dealer to be told $4,300 to repair damages he did while working on my truck. That and another $250 in tow fees to take to the dealer then to a real mechanic with integrity. This is current as of December 2022. I ll let you know a real mechanic when I get my truck finished. BEWARE!!!

Buyer Beware! Patrick worked on my box truck and several hundred of dollars later on parts and labor, my truck is still not running properly. I ve had to actually take it to another mechanic who pointed out things he left unplugged, loose, etc. Talks a great game and sounds knowledgeable about repair work, however the follow through and the work done is less than mediocre. Several no shows, incorrect diagnoses and honestly a complete waste of time and monies! I sincerely would have respected him more if he would have just said hey I have no idea what the hell is wrong with your truck, but no he kept guessing and taking money until he just stopped responding altogether. Had I had did my research before hand, and saw these reviews I could have saved myself the grief. 110% DO NOT recommend!

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, fairly priced, actually cares about his relationship with his clients. Had tools and small parts with him, fixed everything I asked, came to my house very convenient, he stays busy so call him a few days in advance to book. But then the good ones are always busy..Thanks again hopefully this works out, my other mech that I have been using for years moved and is no longer available. Only Jon is dependable do not use anyone else from this company...first person did not know anything and would leave to get a tool and never return........

Jon was very professional when I 1st spoke with him. He sent his partner over to my home Patrick who 1st started out well helping fix my vehicles, after money was sent there was no work or service provided. I called a million times to get service or help from John and they both dodged me. 6 months later my truck is stuck in my garage a mess. This is terrible customer service and unprofessional. Be aware of using these people

Wow! I'm absolutely amazed at the great service I received from Jon and his business partners. He gave me a great price, came to my house right on time and didn't leave until the job was finished. They changed my oil, spark plugs, motor mounts and valve cover gasket. A decent mechanic with integrity is hard to come by, especially as a female that doesn't know squat about cars. I highly recommend him.

Very pleasurable experience Jon was able to help fix my A/c and he didnt even have to come ou! He was able to diagnose my issue over the phone and direct me on what I needed to do without having to spend money on anything besides the parts. Im new down here so this experience was very pleasurable and I will definitely be coming back to Jon for any of my other needs

Scheduled an appointment as usual. The interaction was polite and reassuring. The next day i left work early and cleared my plans, all for a no call no show by the mechanic. After attempting to contact them several times I gave up. I assume that a late Friday appointment was too much of an inconvenience and the mechanic decided to ghost me. If I was called for a reschedule or cancelation, that would have been understandable, but it was very unprofessional.

What to thank's Jon's mobile mechanic For Fixing My 2011Dodge challenge . I definitely will be getting more work from Y'all Guys ..I am Very Satisfied With The Work Y'all Did on my Car..Thank and and Y'all Mechanic Patrick was Great Guy definitely
