A Very Satisfied Customer! Great Staff that's very focused on customer satisfaction. This was my second experience with Joel's Collision unfortunately. Unfortunately because my vehicle needed significant repair after a major collision ($15K+ work). I didn't hesitate in selecting Joel's Collision to repair my vehicle due to a previous repair job. The Staff at Joel's exceeded my expectations as they did a super job of keeping me informed of the work progress throughout the repair process and are true professionals. My primary contact (Alex) was great to work with and did a great job of ensuring every detail of the repair work on my vehicle was covered. The repair team in the back performed 'high quality' body and paint work. When I got my vehicle back, it actually looked better than the day I bought it!!! If you're looking for great customer service, high quality workmanship, and want to be kept informed throughout the repair process, then Joel's Collision is the place where you want to take your vehicle. ~jrp

Joel s did a great job repairing my truck after it was broken into. Looks as good as new. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is the communication could ve been a little bit better regarding slowdowns. Overall a great experience and would recommend anyone to use this shop.

Great shop to work with. Glad USAA sent me here. My car is my baby, and I really worry when it is sent for repairs. I had a small collision with a curb and my right rear wheel had some mechanical issues. Bent links, broken wheel.. It was bad.Communication was excellent through the whole repair process. Aubrey updated me many times through the time my car was there. They used all the right parts and got everything re-aligned and the time frame was better than I expected. Even detailed at the end. Looks and feels great.Big thanks to the whole team at Joel's.

My experience with Joel s Collision was ok. Was the car ready on time: no. Did they make up for it : yes. I had to keep calling to get updates and return phone calls are not as good as they should be. The work done on the vehicle was impeccable! It looks better than it did before the accident. Because the work done was this good I would recommend them to others.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommended!Works hand in hand with the insurance company and you don t need to be the middle man. Alex had great updates and always available when needed, allowed me to ask questions and explained the process. Will definitely take my vehicle back if it s ever needed in the future.

Joel's staff treated me like an old friend as soon as I walked in the door. I was in an accident and reached out to a big name collision center and was treated like an inconvenience at 3 different locations. The staff at Joel's got me a same day estimate and were incredibly compassionate and concerned about my well-being considering I had recently been hit. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and looks like new. I highly recommend Joel's Collision Repair!!

I have nothing but praise for this place.Simple, quick, painless, & effortless. I have had to require their services unfortunately twice, and both times have been very pleasant.Ask them questions and clarify, they ll happily explain which makes the process even easier and faster. When you call, they already know who s calling and regarding what ready to answer (if you are a client).They are military friendly and very kind. The lobby is comfortable and their prices are very reasonable. Coming from a skeptic, raised in Miami who s been ripped off a couple of times by mechanics and bodyshops.This place definitely earned my trust, respect, and gratitude. I tell everyone about them! They even cleaned my car. The basic wipe down but STILL! That s awesome and they did not have to do that.Ask for Alex, my text msg says that s my estimator s name - but I can t remember. The guy is straight to the point and seems to know what he s doing based on how easy he can give estimates as well as explain the work to you.Little tip: If you have work being done through an insurance claim, it s easier to hold onto the check they send you and just give it to the shop - don t cash it. I had to learn my first time around.

No respect to customer and their car at all.My car came back with more minor scratches from them taking parts off and interior with stains I had to scrub off by my self.Repair was poor quality which I had to return to make them fix it and I still have to go back again. They even forgot to put emblems back on.So difficult to communicate and get update as well. So hard to believe they are Tesla certified collision place.I am so reglet I took my car there after rear ended.

A young man accidentally ran his truck in the back of my truck while I was waiting for the light to change. Right away Caliber stated they would not work with his insurance, Pronto. Alex at Joel's Collison was up for the challenge. He contacted them, worked with the young lady there, and kept me updated. I finally got my truck fixed and Joel's collision work was spot on. I'm very happy. Hats off to the entire crew.

I had an amazing experience all the way around. Front office customer service is always at its best. My estimator Alex is absolutely great. He always kept me in the loop and followed up with me on repairs, details and yes even the hiccups we had along the way. Repairs on my Mercedes were not easy to get approved but with Alex's experience we did it and I have my car back. I'm 150% happy with Joel's Collision, I will definitely use them again if needed and will absolutely recommend them to family and friends. Tesla owners beware. Our experience at this collision shop was nothing short of disappointing. The customer service was horrific, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied. The work quality was subpar, reflecting a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Unfortunately, accountability seemed non-existent and management's shortcomings further exacerbated the overall negative experience. This place is a colossal disappointment for Tesla owners seeking reliable and professional service.

Joel's collision has been nothing less than helpful! In our first few days of being here we had our truck broken into TWICE and we were referred to joel's collision. After working with them for the past week I am very happy with the service we received. Pics below to show the damages they had to fix. They have done a wonderful job!

After being involved in car accident, Joel's collision repair team has been the best. I love the great communication and transparency from the Ladies in the front office to the team behind the scenes repairs personnel, technicians /adjustors (Alex especially) he understood everything I was going through, very respectful for my time and was very great at getting the information to the insurance company. I highly recommend Joel's Collision Repair to anyone needing a repair. You get real people that want to help you get back on the road. The customer service here is top notch. I will definitely be back for all of my automotive needs after this experience.

The team over a Joel s was great and they were able to get everything fixed on my car in a pretty short amount of time after I told them I would need it to travel for work. Aubrey was absolutely fantastic and kept me updated every step of the way, and would answer all of my questions within a few minutes of me reaching out. I first used Joels Collision after having an accident when I first moved to San Antonio. I was very happy that I chose them because they were top notch. Since then they are the only Collision Pl. that I will use. It s family-owned and everyone is very friendly. They communicate well with my and the insurance company. They complete the work in a timely matter, and they have gone above and beyond for me this last time. have referred many people to them already and if you re looking to have collision work done, hands-down, I would tell you to use Joels.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding
