I went to other quick oil change providers to get my state inspections and they can never provide the service they advertise. Jiffy Lube was fast and easy. I found a new service provider. Thank you for honoring what you advertise. Friendly staff and great service.

Customer service is great all around but I went in for a tune up, tune up was done and I had a leak (Gasket) got that fixed now my car is shaking I need something replaced, its $97 a unit, the guy told me they would put it on as long as I buy the part. I'm going to buy that and hopefully they are true to their word. I fully recommended this place they are reasonable, very professional and fixed my car in a timely manner. Amy ( hope that's her name) has GREAT customer service thank you all...be blessed and see you soon. HAPPY CUSTOMER

I was waited on very quickly, my car was repaired in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and they honored the coupon that they had listed online. The prices were very competitive as well. I had a break job done which can be pretty expensive and I called several places and they had the best prices. Good experience!!!

The customer service was outstanding by both the gentleman and the front desk receptionist! All of the employees were very informative and helpful I was visiting my family in San Antonio from Houston and they took great care of me! I'm extremely grateful! Jiffy Lube has a forever customer with me!

Went to the Walzem location for an inspection and an oil change about two weeks ago. Because I'd gone to the same location last year for an inspection and oil change, my car was in their system. Bottom line, the honesty from the tech inspecting my car saved me over $100.00 because, I didn't need an oil change after all. With me, honesty from a business goes a long way and, I tend to recommend businesses like that to my family and friends. Hopefully, I've sent some business your way.

I went here because the dealership charged too much...so I thought. Jiffy lubes prices are higher.... I think they added a higher priced oil than I needed and I did see additional service charges for idk what. Jiffy lube used to be affordable. Only saving grace was that it took around 30 min. Will not be servicing here again

Usually I don t have a problem with this location but today is not the case. Nobody greeted me correctly, no Welcome to Jiffy Lupe. Instead I got met with someone with a nonchalant attitude. Then they didn t ask what oil I wanted because I wanted to change the oil type but nope they already put the oil in that I didn t want.

Jiffy Lube used to provide a detailed report showing everything that they inspected and the condition of the item, including vacuuming the interior, and washing the exterior windows. They stopped doing that shortly after I held them accountable for items clearly not complete. I belive that they need to provide the inspection reports again.

Horrible scammers working here. I go to get inspection and they fail my car saying the brake pads and rotors are completely shot and need to be replaced immediately. Car only has 19k miles. I look at brakes. Rotors are in perfect condition and pads have more than 50% friction material left. The employees here are scammers trying to steal your hard earned money. Never go to this location. I have had good experiences at other Jiffy Lubes but this location is scamming its customers. This place should be investigated by the police the scamming is so blatant. NEVER GO HERE! SCAMMERS! BEWARE!

I got some great deals but I have had some poor customer service here one of the workers came out and asked how do you open the the trunk and I told him and I saw that one of the other workers was having a hard time getting the tires off ( because they needed the tire key) so I told him dose he need the key? no he fine just take a seat and don t worry about it the worker came in ( the one messing the tires for the rotation) came in and asked ( do you have the key) and I said it was in the glove compartment let me- I was cut off with him saying nah I got it waving his had to dismiss me. I offered to get it because my glove box was broken by jiffy lube when I got my 1st oil change long ago. And he shut the door on me. Now of course I m upset one mishap is one thing but this is like the 4th one. Before I even got out of my car the same worker that was dealing with my tires was rude in telling me to step out of the care and head inside. I responded with what was that because I m half deaf and he says it again in a rude manner. I come here because it s close to my house but I think imma stop coming here. I didn t have a good experience here a month ago when I got my car inspected either. I spoke with the manager about my experience here and she was like yeah that not cool we don t act that way I was will in pay full quoted price but she was willing to give me 15 off of my oil for the inconvenience of the rude behavior. So manager saved the day.

The customer service here does not exist. I only came here for an inspection. They tried to get me to buy other things but I declined. Then when I checked out with the same big guy(think hes a manager) that tried to sell me other services, I simply asked if my car was going to be pulled around because it was still in the work station with the door open. I thought they were still finishing with it. He gave a lot of sarcasm explaining how to get into my car. Bro, you are not funny. And the keys were in the car with the door open.I have never been to a car auto place and had them act like this. This guy was very unprofessional and seemed very unhappy with his job.

Went last week for inspection...failed because of brake pad...said it was metal on metal...entered into system as failed. Changed the pads...they are fine! Not even close to the clip. Go back today to finish inspection...I showed him the old pads and asked if they should have failed...no, he didn't think so. So ..out 90 bucks. Thanks

Came in for inspection, wanted to get an oil change. But did not get a good service. Was waiting for somebody to greet me and to be with me in a few. But no, had to speak up and had to ask if somebody was going to help. And other vehicle came up and was helped 1st. Very disappointed. This why I do not bring my bring here. Should have taken my business to the guys down the street.

Got an Oil change and inspection, took them maybe 45 minutes once they got started, half that time was probably spent vacuuming my car. The guys that work there are all super nice!!! Went back for another oil change, everyone is so nice and it only took them 10 minutes, and they filled up my empty washer fluid reservoir, so yay!

I have taken my car In to get an inspection and to get an oils change on the 11th around early noon. The jiffy lube at walzem was very informative than the one on pat booker. Thank you for looking out for my car by not just getting an oil change. My filter(s) most definitely needed some changes when there s so much mold build up and my oil brake has so much copper that I wasn t even told in the first place. Thank you walzem team. I appreciate you guys very much.

They told me to go buy specific rotors and break pads from Autozone down the street. When I bring them in they say they don t have equipment to perform job. Went to Pepboys down the street and they did the job for $54 less in 30 minutes.

I visited this location for annual inspection and was greeted rudely by racist staff. Unprofessional staff and lack luster customer service is reason why I stopped getting my vehicles serviced at jiffy lube.

Great customer service- quick, professional, honest, and thorough. They even told me I didn't really need an oil change yet (oil still full and clean) and made sure I still wanted to go ahead with it. I've tried other places when trying to save $, but the peace of mind I get from coming here, combined with the great experience every time, makes it worth the extra money.

Although the timeliness and professional was exceptional your prices for extraneous issues like brake pad replacement is ludicrous. I was quoted 450.00 for rear brake pad replacement. My mechanic charged me 130 plus parts. Yku are too expensive.
