Had my oil changed today. These guys are great. They never tried to persuade me to have unnecessary work done. Clean waiting area, friendly atmosphere. This is definitely my new car care center. I'm not good with names, but Thank You so much for making me feel very comfortable.

Went for an oil change. Friendly staff. Offered somethings that i need but stuff i can do myself. Was cut in line, employee pushed me ahead when he noticed. My only complaint is better signs for oil changes n inspections.

I told the technician NO filters and the front desk person NO air or cabin filters were needed because I already had filters and would replace myself. Went to replace the filters and Jiffy swapped them out after being told not to. Deducting 2 stars as I was extremely clear about the filters. Jiffy also left contents from my glovebox on my floorboard.Service: Oil change

Went in for oil change and the smell of sewage was overwhelming . Employee apologize and explained there is a sew line problem. . Poor employees are walking around with sewage on there pant legs and shoes and then supposed to get in my car? Don't think so! That store should of been shut down today. Will be sending complaint to OSHA about those conditions. If it smells that bad outside I can only imagine inside... Took my business across the street. Shame on you Jiffy lube.!!

So far have been here about 15-20 minutes no one has greeted us or even acknowledged us I am currently now in the store waiting for a state inspection. I know they don t make much off of them but do not offer them if you re not going to treat us like high dollar paying customers!!!

It s a 5 for my Oil Change and Air Filter Service for my KIA 2011. I am very impressed how the employees work together very polite, organize, friendly, quick and professional. I like the way that they advise you everything what they re working on. Justin was awesome!!! His knowledgeable and I asked questions hit the bullet points... Kudos and Great job guys!!!

Pulled in about 10 minutes before opening time, saw a bearded guy frantically opening the place. Brief smile waved me in while continuing his efforts. Checked the computer, welcomed me back, got my key and went to work. Suggested me an AirFilter change, a few more things that will be soon necessary. Another guy was vacuuming the interior during the OilChange. I waved and let him know that I dropped a fully loaded 9mm magazine between front seats. He founded and waved at me. OilChange, AirFilter, CabineFilter, and State Annual Inspection, all done in about 20 minutes, and my missing magazine found. I would call this a good way to start my day! Thanks!

Went in for an oil change and to get my air filter replaced. I always go to Jiffy Lube for routine maintenance work on my vehicle. Usually, I have a great experience, but this time was a bit of a bumpy ride (pun intended). After the service was finished, I drove off and almost immediately noticed white plumes of smoke coming from my muffler. Thankfully, I was able to pull into a nearby parking lot, call the shop, and explain the situation. The manager on the other end of that phone call was very apologetic, and explained that likely the oil was filled too high and spilled over onto the (hot) engine. After I got my car towed back to the Jiffy, my car was re-serviced at no additional charge - this time without error. I'm knocking a star off for the initial error, but a mistake is a mistake, we're all human, and no harm was done. Shoutout to the lady mechanic that re-did the service (I'm sorry I don't remember her name)! Thank you!

Joshua is the best mechanic I have ever met. And now for part 2! Two years later My fuel pump goes out and unfortunately Joshua is no longer at this location but THATS OK! There is a great mechanic here named Mason. He took care of my fuel pump like it was a toy. It was nothing to him. Super smart and knowledgeable. It doesn't matter how many years goes by, the people at this jiffy lube have treated myself and my wife well and have always taken care of us for years. I strongly recommend this jiffy lube over any others because the people here make it a great, reliable, and fairly priced experience. Trust your car troubles here!Services: Transmission, Battery, Oil change
