Eduardo and his team are simply amazing! He is very passionate about his business and takes great pride in producing quality work. If you need anything done on your vehicle: body, paint, glass etc come here! You will get the absolute best service in San Antonio.

Trash Customer Service!! Just as trashy as the place looks!! Promise after promise and nothing was done!! Set an appointment at 9 with they lady and we get there on time and the guy there says no one ever gets here early, we open at 10:30 so we leave. Get a call later on the day and they ask if we re still bring into the car. Let her know what happened, so we schedule again, car dropped off for more than 8 hrs and nothing was done. Excuses after excuses, then they say, we will go to you and guess what happens? Nothing at all, no call, no I m sorry we re running late. Nothing! Garbage customer service, I don t recommend at all.

This place is great! Eduardo is super professional and really cares about his clients. I say clients because he makes you feel at home , not like your just spending your money! I highly recommend everyone to come here, even if it s a drive. Thanks for bringing my 2000 explorer back to life!

I called to have a windshield replaced. Eduardo, the owner, called back personally and have me the best price in San Antonio. Gave me a time frame for ordering and installing which none of the other companies would do. Extraordinary place with exceptional people.

Owner was very helpful and politeAs soon as I arrived he help me I gave him my keys n he got his employees to start working on my broken window. They were quick as well I thought it was gonna take hours when it actually took an hour. I been a customer since 2010 & n will continue

Very Unprofessional. No communication. Owner does not care about his clients. Did not fix my vehicle as he had promised and still charged me original price. My car was left outside the shop unlocked. His staff was talking about me in Spanish because they assumed I did not know Spanish or they just did not care, which is worse. Owner did not care to hear my reasons of Me being upset got VERY defensive and walked always slamming the door right behind me while my 5 year old being present. WORST EXPERIENCE & HUMILIATION I have been thru in my life. I did tell him I hate feeling that the only reason I was treated as so was because I am a woman. all did was laughed in my face. Ladies, if your are not to care about reviews just make sure you go with a Male when taking your vehicle to this shop.

The owner of the company is more than willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of its customers. Brought my 2014 mazda here for body work and the results were amazing. Brought my 2007 Subaru here for some engine repairs and my car runs better than before. I recommend this shop for all your car needs. Thank you Eduardo and team.

I just drove in and asked if they could replace my hood supports. He got right to it on the spot and charged a very very reasonable price and was done in 5 min. Thank you.

I was referred to Jefes a few years ago by Les from Houston, I was the family nanny here in 2010. He started taking his BMW back then because of great rates compared if he took it to the dealership. I never needed car repairs then but Jefes was always on the back of my mind for future reference and would refer other people. Well the time came recently when my 2007 Dodge Durango needed a tie-rod/control arm replaced. Excellent job, which I already was promised from Les and satisfied with how pleasant owner and employees are. JEFES ROCKS!!

These guys did an excellent job on my vehicle. Communication was excellent in keeping me updated with what was required, cost, etc. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional service and repair.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! VERY RUDE STAFF. JOB NOT WELL DONE AT ALL. OWNER WILL BE SO NICE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE BUT IN REALITY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS.*DO NOT PAY CASH!!!!* SHOW PROOF YOU PAID THEM, IF NOT THEY WILL DO A HORRIBLE JOB AND NOT WANT TO FIX IT WHEN YOU GO BACK TO COMPLAIN. IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO FIX A SMALL PROBLEM. & OWNER WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS ALWAYS SO DEFENSIVE AND QUICK TO CUT YOU OFF.

DID NOT ALINE MY HOOD THE RIGHT WAY IT LOOKS ALL WRINKLED. TOLD GEICO I HAD THE RIGHT SIDE DAMANGED WHEN IT WAS THE BOTTOM LEFT SIDE. GEICO DID NOT TAKE CARE OF THAT. SINCE THE THE RIGHT SIDE AREA WAS REPAIRED MISTAKENLY .HE SAID NO THE THE LEFT SIDE REPAIRS.. JEFE FAULT. HE WS IN VEGAS NOT LOOKING AFTER HIS DRUNKEN MECHANICS.
