The gentleman was professional and Honest. Excellent job on replacing a tire and studs. He told me only 2 studs needs to be replaced instead of all 24 of them. I like Honest and politeness of the Owner and crew. I would most definitely be back for other services. 10 stars

Jay took great care of me. I showed up and left with a brand new tire on my car within 15 minutes at a great price. We spoke about some other services he offers and I will absolutely be back for them. He came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him to y'all!

on a friday, I told Jay the owner it was the back right tire that needed to be changed.. he changed the back left tire instead. i was on the phone in front of him with my partner asking her if it was the back right, he was listening to my whole conversations i had with her. i said it multiple times it was the back right. i was next to him while he was changing it but i was on my phone & that s not my job to pay attention to what a mechanic is doing he should know his right from left. the tire pressure came on & we realized he didn t change the right one. i called him when we noticed & he laughs the whole conversation & blames me for not paying attention to what he was doing because i was close to the car. he took no accountability & didn t even try to see what he can do for the miscommunication. went to a different tire shop, they said if there was a miscommunication like that, they would ve put the old tire back on & replaced the correct one. don t come here, owner don t know his left from his right. that s a red flag.

This place was very fast and helpful..good prices they re respectful and love that family is there taking my girls car next..highly recommend ..my truck runs so smooth now ty guys

Jay tires came through and helped me change my brakes , very chill spot and everyone friendly . He came through with a great price for my brakes and rotor . Recommend for all your tires and wheels need here at jays . Best service I got! Definitely will be coming here now .

Best local tire shop around!Had some older tires and one blew out on my truck.Ordered all 4 tires and Mike had me back on the road the next day!

Best tire shop in town! if you want to be treated like family and not wait hours to be treated like just a number please visit this shop. We are from El Paso 8 hours away and the guys here not only got us back on the road in time for our beach trip. they checked all our other tires so we could make it safely home. greatest thing they have a second location in my hometown! will be a customer for life and will be back soon to get a full set of tiresThe skill these guys showed in patching up the tire was impressive took less than 30 minutes and was extremely affordableThis is a picture of the patch after 500 miles on it

I got a flat on 410 in the 100+ degree summer heat. My insurance roadside assistance was going to be an hour wait. I quickly looked up nearby tire shops and found Jay s. Michael came out right away and put the spare on my car so I could follow him back to the shop. He replaced my tire and I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. And his price for all that was SO reasonable, I asked him twice if it was right. He has a new customer for life. :)

Great experience with Jay s. Got a 4 inch lift done on my f150. Great work and great pricing. Mike was super helpful in recommendations for what I needed done and super down to earth. Definitely cared about what I needed rather than trying to sell me on something I didn t just to make money like some of the other shops that quoted me. I wont hesitate to come back for anything I need and neither should you! They also have financing options if needed.

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. THE GUY MIKE REPLACED MY FLAT TIRE WITH A NEW TIRE THAT WAS THE WRONG SIZE TIRE OF MY VEHICLE. WHEN I CALLED THE VERY NEXT DAY HE LIED AND SAID THAT IT WAS THE RIGHT TIRE WHICH WAS CLEARLY WRONG. WON'T GIVE ME NO CREDIT TO REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE AT THE RIGHT SIZE. WON'T TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND ONLY OFFERED TO REPLACE IF I BOUGHT A NEW ONE FOR THE RIGHT SIZE AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE CLEARLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME (A WOMAN) NOT KNOWING ANYTHING OF TIRES AND AUTO WORK.1 Pic is what it should be per my vehicle and the other is the tire he put on my vehicle.

Hands down best customer service and pricing with Jay. He installed my leveling kit, wheels and tires for my GMC Sierra and gave me a great deal on everything. I ll be definitely be coming back when I need new tires.

Mike and Don Luis were a pleasure to work with.Had a Roadside emergency that Firestone was not able to help with but these guy's came in clutch and helped out to get me back on the road to continue working.Thank you guys! Y'all got a new customer with us.
