All I have to say is ....... WOW!!!I've been trying to find a good, honest and trustworthy shop that I can take my car in to. I've found it.Customer Service - AwesomePrice - Very reasonableI went in late after they were closed but their lobby still open, I explained my issue to the lady at the counter she said to drop my vehicle off the next day. Some of the customers there at the time told me "Don't worry, if they say they'll get it done tomorrow they will" this reafirmation from this fellow customer made me feel really good.I dropped off my vehicle early morning and had it back by End of Day. They kept me up to date. They found what was wrong and gave me pricing for new tires and for old used tires. I opted for the used tires and an alignment. Total was less than $150. First of, the "Used" Tires Don't even look used, They look full of life and for only about $40/ tire it was a great deal. I am extremely happy with their service and prices. I will defenitely be coming to this shop for all my Vehicle needs... (well at least the ones that they can take care of there). Thank you Jaimes Tire and Muffler.

Usually don t have a problem here BUT on this visit they didn t put all the parts I purchased from AutoZone for a tune up. Jose told me my vehicle needed this work based on the code from my car TWO of the FOUR spark plugs I purchased were replaced all the coils were replaced consequently my car performed roughly Jose told me everything was fine but about two hours later car loss power. Jose Jaime and Vanessa became rude and disconnected because now my car needs an engine.

Went here last minute because of all the Good reviews and wasn t disappointed!! I m pretty sure they were closing in 5min and still took my car in..Quick fix! Great Price and got this single mom back on the road..Pleased with the customer service at front desk and grateful they were there when I needed them.I will definitely be back! Thanks Guys! Well done!

Will never go back here again had a screw in my tire weeks ago did not have a wheel lock they charged me damn near 50 dollars for a wheel lock that looked like it was a 100 years old. Just looked at my tire guess what missing a factory lug nut. Nobody checks to see if they put all your lug nuts back on. Wow. From now on will deal with the dealer. Spend a little extra money but everything will be put back on your car. Never again.

I was in San Antonio picking up a truck today and I didn't realize that it has a muffler problem. I went to a place that googled, the gentleman was nonchalant. I went to Jaime's and he took care of me without problems and the price was fair.

At the end of the day, I spent twice as much money for the same service that I presumed was done. If you're having mechanical issues, do not come here it will save you thousands.

WARNING DO NOT, I REPEAT DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNRELIABLE, SLOPPY CAR MAINTENANCE, POOR TIME MANAGEMENT. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!

I wish I could give more stars but Vanessa is amazing they close at 5 o clock I pulled up at 5:02 with a huge nail in my tire. She informed me that it wasn t really much that they could do because they was already closed but just leave it and she will take care of it in the morning. Not even five minutes later she came back out and said that she can get it fixed! I appreciate her so much I appreciate her staying over I appreciate her working overtime to get the car fixed so we could get out of this heat! THANK YOU VANESSA You rock & so do the other guy but I forgot his name

First time going worked directly with mechanic Daniel, great service. Second time, had to go with front office young guys, made promises that were not kept, and brought the vehicle back due to having issues with was supposedly fixed. Dropped vehicle at 9am, promised to be ready by 2pm. 5pm came around truck never worked on, front office guy very unprofessional and very rude. Had to take my vehicle elsewhere to have corrected. Never going back.

Took a car for an ac vacuum and charge. The receptionist seemed fine but the worker seemed like he didn t want to work on the car. He hooked the car to the machine and walked away and came back 30 min later and said it was done. Left the shop and the ac did not work; the compressor began to make loud clicking sounds as the car began to surge forward and the engine ran rough. Took the car home and checked the refrigerant and it was way over filled. Released the refrigerant pressure and the engine began to run smoother and the ac started to blow cold. They could have caused serious damage to the ac system. Went back to the shop and explained the situation to the receptionist and he said its not their fault its the machines fault, no apology or sympathy. The ac should have been double checked before letting me take it. He should have said sorry I will look into this and make sure it doesn t happen again. But that takes leadership and managerial experience. While waiting during the ac service I saw one of workers change out a cv axle and he didn t replace the seals which I believe should have been done. They might do good work I don t know but from my experience and what I saw it seems like they cut corners.

Had some savages cut out my cat converter and went here for the fix. Sometimes just be glad you're lucky with the repair shop you are close to. Gave me a fair price and same day service. Clearly a family business that wants to do the job right. I highly recommend them!

This place is great. They are friendly, honest, hard working people you can trust to get you back on the road for a fair price. I've been here numerous times with flats, slow leaks, etc and they've never tried to push a new tire on me just because they can... if a patch will repair it, that's what they do. I highly recommend them.

I had a nail in my tire and I went to this repair shop. The guy said they were closed on my first visit, around 6:45. I came back early the next day and they fixed my tire within 20 minutes. There were 3 cars being worked on in the tire area. The worker did a good job and tipped him even though it's not required. Their price is good for the service. But 2 days later I discovered the air to be much higher than it was suppose to be. Lucky my car detected it.

***STOP*STOP*STOP***BAD SHOP***BAD SHOP***BAD SHOP*** BROUGHT A CAR 4 MONTHS BEFORE I BROUGHT IT HERE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE (being proactive on maintenance) I DROVE AWAY AND DIDNT MAKE IT 2 MILES MY CAR SHUT DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD!!!! I CALLED THE SHOP BACK AND TOLD THEM SOMETHING WAS WRONG THEY SAID WE ONLY DID AN OIL CHANGE ITS NOT OUR FAULT SO I SAID IM GOING TO GET THE CAR TOWED BACK TO YOU AND THE GUY SAID NO WE ARE BUSY WE CANT HELP YOU!!!(I was just there they weren t busy) I GET THE CAR TOWED TO ANOTHER SHOP WHERE THEY FIND THAT THE OIL DIP STICK WAS BROKEN OFF AND THE CAP WAS NOT PUT ON ALL THE WAS SO THERE WAS OIL ALL OVER THE ENGINE.... THEN ONCE THEY GET THE CAR STARTED AGAIN ( i tried starting it too much so I burnt out the starter) THEY SAID THE ENGINE WAS NO GOOD BECAUSE IT DIDNT HAVE ANY OIL SO I CALLED THE SHOP BACK AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER HE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD TWO MECHANICS LOOK AT MY CAR IN THE 20 MINUTES IT TOOK TO DO THE OIL CHANGE AND THEY BOTH SAID IT WAS MISS FIRING VERY BAD.... SO THEN I ASK HIM WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THIS WHEN I GOT THE OIL CHANGE HE SAID WE DONT TELL CUSTOMERS THAT KIND OF INFORMATION YOU CAME FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THATS WHAT WE DID.... THEN I ASKED HIM WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THIS WHEN I CALLED BACK AND TOLD YOU THE CAR BROKE DOWN? HE SAID AGAIN YOU JUST CAME FOR AN OIL CHANGE SO THATS WHAT WE DID..... I THEN TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE PROOF FROM THE MECHANIC THAT HAS THE CAR NOW THAT THEY DIDNT PUT ENOUGH OIL IN THE CAR (truth) HE THEN SAID WE PUT 7 QUARTS IN (they drained the car it had less than 3 AND NO OIL HAD FALLEN FROM THE ENGINE YET) SO I THEN TOLD HIM IM NOT TRYING TO SAY THEY DO BAD WORK BUT WE ARE ALL HIMAN AND MAKE MISTAKES HE THEN TOLD ME THEY DONT MAKE MISTAKES THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME.... SO I TOLD HIM I WAS PREPARED TO SUE AND I AM GOING TO REPORT HIM TO THE LICENSING COMMISSIONER AND THE BBB HIS EXACT WORDS WHERE I DONT CARE GO AHEAD DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY THEY ARE CARLESS AND SLOPPY AND DONT FINISH THE JOB CORRECTLY REMEMBER I ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 4 MONTHS NOW I HAVE NO CAR AND ITS BECAUSE OF THIS SHOP!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Excellent service had a led headlight installed for my car Friendly service technicians know their stuff very reasonable arrive early for any type of repair service they open at 8:00 am highly recommend this place

Very unprofessional. Sat here for 3 hours when they told me to come at a certain time. They argue with paying customers. Then I had to wait for man to come back from lunch another hour. Now I remember why I hadn t came back. No customer service skills

Such an amazing place. I was helped right away even though they had a dozen projects going at the same time. We had a puncture in a tire. They fixed it all in 20 minutes. Staff were super nice and prices are fantastic. I highly recommend this place. They are obviously trusted as dozens of people were coming and going getting work done and the team worked on them all with kindness and efficiency. We had only arrived in San Antonio for an hour from our trip from Oregon and they made us feel like home.

Daniel was my mechanic and did an excellent job! They put the aftermarket header on perfect and the price paid is what was quoted. I will be back.

Horrible service!! Tried to get me to fix something that wasn't even broke to try and squeeze money out of me. I left my vehicle their two days and they didn't even diagnose the issue then try and say it was something that wasn't broken. I'm a black man so maybe that has something to do with it. Don't ever go their and if you have no choice make sure they don't try and say something is broke and it's not just to get money out of you

The first time I did business with them was great. However, today I drop my vehicle off after they told me $45, however once I returned I didnt see my vehicle in the front of the shop. They had it all the way in the back like its been there for months or something. Anyway to make the story short. They changed the price and added $45 more, yes they wanted $90. I will no longer do business with this man!!!!

Good people. always busy so you have to be there soon as they open or be prepared to wait. Worth waiting for the work getting done. The wait is from so many people coming to this place . Not from the work getting done cuz that's fast and efficient

I took my car here recently to get a wheel alignment done, after being advised by the cashier, due to an issue of my wheel violently shaking at certain speeds. The job was done, but the problem hasn't been fixed at all. I went back to ask why the problem is still there while showing him the video of what it is doing. I was given "well, it could be other parts, we need to look at it more to see what it could be."His matter-of-fact attitude was disrespectful and unnecessary. I am not coming back. Since I am going to be dishing out money finding out the problem, I'm just going to my make's dealership where I'll be treated with more respect and the problem will be fixed with warranty.

I've used Jaime's Tire & Muffler many times. The process are very reasonable. The repairs have always been professional and correct. The owner personally over sees work through out each day. I've always been pleased with service and the repairs that have been performed.

Their time estimation is a little off. If they say 30 minutes it's really like 45 minutes. But other than that, excellent service, great quality work and good price. I would definitely recommend this shop
