Not even one star. They let me test drive the van and it drove well. The same day, I gave 2,500.00 and drove off the lot. The same day, when I turned the wheel, the car just stopped. I told the sales guy and he tried to reccomend a car shop down the street that he doesn t even go to. I tried to switch cars since the one I chose was already broke, he said I would have to pay another 2500 for down payment. 100% rip off please don t buy her unless you like wasting money with a broken car.

My sister went in to purchase a vehicle. All documentation was submitted for verification and a sales contract was signed on 10/13/23. 5 days later she gets a call that the bank was unable to fund the loan. The dealership was unable to fulfill their end of the contract therefore I needed to confirm how I would get my downpayment back. I went into the office and there "salesperson" Joel verbaly and almost physically attacked her outside yelling that she needed to leave and even went as far as blocking the vehicle she purchased and almost blocking her husband vehicle as well which did not belong to that dealership. I was informed by the finance lady demanded to speak to the owner Mr. Jackson and we were told he was not in until Saturday. She denied me his phone number his email or any contact possibility with him. Lee in finance and the salesperson Joel provided no documentation on the loan being denied nor any paperwork on a refund of the downpayment. I called Western Funding and there is no record of my application even being sent to them for review. I called SAPD and filed a formal complaint against Joel and the filed a complaint with the DMV and utilized other avenues since the owner is unwilling to contact me on my downpayment. I just called Western Funding and they informed me the deal was not funded because the dealer Jackson Motors requested the deal back and they were unable to approve it since it got sent back and S Lee. Hunter told me that Western Funding didnt approve it. She lied!! #ksatnews

Terrible service they charged me $845 for over heating and $500 of it was just for labor, they didnt even ask my permission to start working on my car and they wouldn't let me leave in my car until I paid half up front. A few days later the over heating and the leaking came back. Now that it's been a little over a month since I couldnt bring it in and how they dont wanna fix it anymore saying they have to talk with the owner knowing the owner is basically non-existent . As soon as my car is paid off I will NEVER come back to this place nor reccomend this place to ANYONE

I would rate a zero but not an option. I wouldn't suggest anyone purchase a vehicle here unless you really don't care about the condition. These low car salesman owner sold my mother a vehicle and next day it burned to frame from catching fire while driving. Contacted them and was told there vehicles are not made for travel. Well then why sell them. Don't buy unless you want to be shorted. They have no care for their customer just the cash they want.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The owner is a complete scammer and they held my car for almost 2 months for "repairs" that I could have taken to on my own time and money. And Steve and their people will ride your coattails until they get what they want. Anyone reading this are better off saving their money and going some place else. Still surprised that this place is still around considering how much people they ripped off...

Used car lot that provides decent prices to people that dont have good credit. Took a friend to get a car today was $1,000 down and $300 a month for payments car was only 3,500. Not bad if you need a car. Basically $150 every 2 weeks.

Super fast n easy process. They Don't ask for too much. The cars are cheap you just have to be careful which car you choose. Some good some bad don't expect a brand new nice car from here. Good for a starter vehicle.

These guys are all terrific! From towing our damaged travel trailer to repairs that included MAKING an axle, buying new tires and rims, and letting me and my kitties stay in trailer while repairs were being made, it couldn t have been a more perfect experience. And the following day, the service manager called just to make sure everything was going well!!! Everyone knew their job and did it well!!!

This place sucks, I've only had my vehicle for 2 months and started leaking coolant from everywhere. These vehicles are horrible, these people are scammers, save your time and money and do not go there. These people are rude and have horrible customer service. All the work i put into this vehicle and they didn't even attempt to help other than to try to overcharge me for what needed to be done, when was already over paying on the vehicle. Will be reporting them too BBB!

Very nice and worked with me. Great variety and no credit check (really) been to lot others where they say no credit check but that is the first thing the other dealers do. This place was honest with me. Thanks Jackson Motors! Love my car

They will tell you they are giving you a great deal but will charge you double the price it's worth!! Even if you're paying with cash! I bought a car cash it starting having problems the next day. Only to find out I played way more than it was worth. Do your researesearch before buying a car. Rip offs

Bought a truck paid 2k down 3 weeks later his truck was stolen. Reported to the police. When the company found da truck they told my friend he broke his agreement kept the truck and the downpaymrnt. Bad Business practice.

I was robbed. Not only am I pregnant and was hospitalized after it breaking down but they never replaced the car. They promised me a.2nd car, claimed it had too many issues. Promised me a third card and now I call and no one knows what I am talking about. I really thought I'd be in a car today. Lie after lie I don't know how long its been anymore.. over it.

These guys are awesome they made it almost too easy to get me in a good car. The lot manager Steve actually can all the way out to my house and picked me up took me back to his lot and put me in a killer car. Like I said. AWESOME!

One of the worst places I've dealt with in years charged 1800 dollars to fix a fuel filter and fuel pump truck broke down 92 miles from the shop was given a warranty on parts that was never honored. Truck currently in shop getting another filter and pump. As a deputy this company is a injustice future customers do yourself a favor and do business with a company who truly wants to help and not run up a bill....... Will be reporting to the BBB

Customer service in the beginning is great seem very helpful and caring my car didn't even make it to it's first payment they got it towed to their dealership supposedly got it fixed but now I had to flip a switch to turn on and off my car not even a week of having my car back it didn't work again not to even speak of them promising to fix the front driver tire and could never even get that scheduled kept telling me they where gonna calle back I was without a car another week just got my car back yesterday from the repairing the switch cause my car wouldn't start not even a day and today my car don't work again I've been promised that the owner will call me and still haven't heard from them now I'm being told I will hear from him Monday we'll see how that goes if things don't get resolved I will never ever do business here again beware people

So first of all I have to give thanks to God for putting these people in our lives. Jackson Motors so far I love the fact that they help people who are just trying to get a second chance to do things right. Mr. Lewis P. Thanks for yr help. If you want to pay for rigged, or flood recovered vehicles shop here. The owner cares about nothing but HIS next dollar. He is VERY prejudice, and would rather lie cheat and steal than make an honest buck.

The customer service there is great everybody's very nice I got my Car a while back there and I've been late a couple of times and they've worked with me when I get my next car which will be soon I'll get it from there and I recommend them highly

THIS COMPANY HAS AN EXCELLENT WAY OF STEALING, OFFERING TOWING SERVICE AND AT THE SAME TIME MECHANICAL SERVICE , THAT IN REALITY DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING OF MECHANICAL TO US. THEY CHARGED US $ 2800 FOR ALLEGEDLY TO FIX A TRUCK OF THE WATER PUMP, THING THAT WAS NOT THE DEFECT AND I ARRIVED THE TRUCK IN A TOWING AND WE HAD TO GET IT OUT IN A TOWING BECAUSE THE TRUCK WAS ALMOST A WEEK IN THE SHOP IT WAS NEVER FIXED IT , BUT WITHOUT SOMETHING THEY CHARGED IT $ 2800 PRACTICALLY FOR NOTHING. IN REALITY THE SERVICE THAT THEY OFFER IS VERY BAD AND THEY ARE NOT ANYTHING RESPONSIBLE MUCH LESS HONEST.

This is my 2nd vehicle I have bought from them and the reason I went back was a wonderful lady named Lee she was so helpful and treated me like a person even when I had a banking problem and had to make a payment wait she was kind courteous and so good to me that I came back and bought another truck thanks Lee from Jackson motors you are the very BEST.

I bought a 2005 ford escape xlt 3 months ago I brought it back 3 days later because it needed a valve job it was in the shop for two weeks Joel the told me too bring it back and fix it now it runs like a champ the owner is cool give him a chance and the finance lady is real nice with the payments I was late for a few days she said it was okay so in the end I give them 5 stars because they fix my truck for me thanks Joel and the staff.

They sold me 2 broken cars, the first one I didnt even make it home, it overheated as soon as I left the parking lot, took it back they gave me another car, but the guy Chris chose the car for me, I wasnt even able to chose what I wanted so he chose me the oldest car they had, and a week later the same thing happened, my car overheated and I wasnt able to drive, so I told then I wasn't a payment till I fixed my car, I wasnt gonna pay for something I wasnt using, they didn't even want to help me fix it I had to do it on my own, and the day I fixed it I was gonna make a payment the after then they come and tow my car, I wasn't even a week late from my payment, and also my brother got a car from them that's why I did cause they sold him a nice looking car but the engine light was on, so yes DONT GO HERE, ALL THEY SELL IS BROKEN CARS

!!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE OWNER IS NEVER AVAILABLE THEY STEAL PARTS FROM YOUR VEHICLE WHILE THEYRE WORKING ON THEM THEY NEVER COMMUNICATE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ANY SERVICES AND THEY LIE! The staff is amazing for sales person I would recommend Steve and Lee is an awesome lady got me out in 2 hours instead of being in another car dealership for two days thanks guys love the service!!!!

At point of sale they are very helpful and courteous however I financed my car with them march 13th never missed a payment my account was bought by Mid Atlantic finance in August Jackson motors didn t transfer the correct payment history which automatically made me delinquent Mid Atlantic caught this and made me aware of it so I emailed every receipt to them meanwhile LEE AND BECKY were both leaving me threatening messages to repose my vehicle if I didn t call them back by 5pm 10/30/18 i never got the message until after they towed my car!!! I called them immediately i was told that Mid Atlantic reported to them I hadn t paid them since the transfer so i emailed them every receipt of payment and then was told we made a mistake however the owner is requesting that you pay the towing fee $350 I literally jus paid 2mnths in advance 10/5 $730 my car was towed 10/31 ... i told them i wasnt paying the tow my vehicle should ve never been reposed and still til this day i dnt have tht car nd i had paid over half of the vehicle off DO NOT FINANCE WITH THESE PPL
