For almost 10 years Enrique have been taking care of our cars,I have taken my cars to some other 5 auto car shops, around the same area, then I regret of that, because "the fix" they did won't last, and I will have to spend again and take it back to some mechanic that have the knowledge, be honest and have fair prices and believe me Enrique is the best.Enrique and his family will always receive you very kindly and will listen the symptoms, the failures, perhaps he will have the answer at the moment, and if not he will call you to tell you which parts are damaged and must be replaced, ASAP.Give him an opportunity to serve you and let yourself judge his quality work like: tune ups, brakes, suspension, transmission etc.So this is my most sincere opinion for you guys.Keep the good work and quality, so here are my well deserved golden stars *Update*My daughter sent me her broken car (MINI Cooper)to: Ibarra Auto Repairs, Enrique told me: I got you, we'll fix it for you, no worries

This place is fantastic! Had to get my starter replaced & the whole experience was incredibly smooth and very fast. I have to say that the mechanic went above and beyond to provide the best service I have experienced at an auto shop. The prices are also very reasonable and tents quality of work is awesome. This will be the only place I will be servicing my car from now on.

I had a great experience with Ibarra auto repairs! My cars needs were handled in a timely and precise manner where all the work I needed done, ordered parts and all, had my car finished in less than a week!! Whereas other places I called ahead forecasted a few months at the least. thankyou for getting me back on then road, and back to work ! Will def be referring you to my friends and family !!!

Great service, they replaced my front brake pads with no problems. I was able to bring in my own pads. Staff was friendly and very attentive!

I had a horrible experience here, they installed brake pads and they have been squeaky from day one. They not only blamed me but the lady inside decided to escalate the situation by being extremely unprofessional and rude. She claims she s the owner. She interrupted me several times and patronized me. She will gaslight you over and over. I came in speaking in a professional and calm manner and she s extremely disrespectful towards customers. She refused to even let me speak with the mechanic Mr Ibarra. While I was in mid conversation with Mr Ibarra, she decided to interrupt, raising her voice and yelling over me. The business response to this review is a complete lie, the only one being disrespectful was the lady working inside. I would NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS hole in the wall place. Their service ends after they have your money. They refused to look at my brakes to see what they did wrong. Go somewhere else, trust me.

Awesome customer service. Quick, efficient, and reliable work, and the best part is they have very affordable pricing! Will be coming back if I get any more problems with my car, very humble and honest family owned business. What s not to love? Had my compressor replaced had my car back within just a couple of hours w my a/c running better than it ever has.Service: Air conditioning

I know very little about cars & my brakes were messing up bad & I had no clue to do but the guys at the shop were able to help me out without draining my wallet & had me set up straight in no time at all, nice job guys!

I recently visited this tire shop to have my brakes serviced and I am beyond impressed with their work. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and concerns. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, leaving me with a smooth and reliable braking system. I love this place they are amazing at what they do. Nice people work there and they are reasonable on the prices. The service is fast and reliable. One downside is the cats!! They have cats inside the waiting area. Just wow! These guys are so extremely helpful and don't make you feel inferior for not knowing everything about your vehicle!! I had been hearing a pretty loud grinding sound for a little while, turns out my brakes were absolutely done for. They assured me that everything was going to be okay and worked diligently to fix everything up for me! 10/10 recommend if you're in the area. I'll never go anywhere else again!!!

I am very impressed by Ibarra s professionalism, fast service, and reasonable price. My Honda Civic s air conditioning was running warm. A lot of places would have tried to stick me with unnecessary parts, but Ibarra simply recharged my a/c and now it s blowing ice cold. Total price was $140, and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Whenever I go to auto repair shops the employees always make me feel inferior because I don t know what is wrong with my car. Enrique and Jacobo were so caring to explain to me what was wrong with my car and even gave me some tips to make sure the issue didn t happen again. I am so grateful that I stopped by with them. On my way to San Antonio from El Paso I notice my brakes weren t stopping my car as good as I liked/remembered I was hesitant to drive back to El Paso this way so luckily I found this shop.
