Been going here for many years... the guys there are always busy. That's no surprise, it's a tire shop that offers multiple automotive services and are very up to date with what's trending. I've never had an issue. Peoples need to be patient or fix whatever they need on their own.

Went for a service at 6:30 pm .all the men there starred like they didn t want to do anything And waited for us to leave but well yup very true. They were lazy and didn t want to do anything even when they closed at 7:30. I know it was a Saturday night but they didn t close for almost another hour. Very disappointed in this shop because I would go there often for services since they always did a good job but if they wanted to do it they would. Don t recommend coming here because they are lazy people working. Also they sold a faulty tire and had to go to another place to waste my money to fix it, again! Go somewhere else and save your money!!

Been here since before 830.....alignment guy doesn't show up till 9:30 and still has no sense of urgency. It's past 1010 and still waiting!!! Don't come here unless you have all day to waste!!! Very poor work ethic!!! Hope it's at least worth the wait. Update: decided to leave ..... they took too long. Went a block over to S&S tire and auto and they took me right in!!!

The guys here are great Always super attentive and really know their stuff. I should be more careful with my tires but when I'm not these are my go to guys

Went to get my spare tire put together, they let me know that the tire (16 ) I brought was too small for the wheel (17 ) I brought. The man came to let me know that they have 17 tire options that were good quality and a good brand to put on for me for $60 (price for installation and tire). He went and brought me a Good Year Wrangler tire manufactured 2022 with about 6/32-5/32 tread depths and no visible holes or patches on the inside so I gave the go ahead to install for the price $60. When I got my wheel back, there was a completely different tire on it, a Bridgestone Dueler H/T manufactured 2018 with 6/32-7/32-6/32. I asked why and the man said that the wrangler they showed me had a hole in the sidewall so they legally couldn t sell it to me. So, from a 2022 Good Year tire to a 5 year old tire for the same price without showing me the 5 year old tire or letting me know about the wrangler tire being un-sellable, they just went ahead and installed it. If you re coming here make sure to check what you re getting and it s what you agreed to.

This place is a scam. They will keep your new tires and replace them with used ones. Keep an eye on your tires. Do not let the young mechanics work on your vehicles either, this is a very poor excuse for a tire shop.

Went to get a brake service and Cesar explained to me and to my dad what he would do. We told him to give us the estimate first after he checked the brakes. Gave us a call and gave us the quote and told him to do the job. I m very happy that he did a great job and very professional. I will tell my family and friends about this place. The price is very reasonable and very professional, friendly, and polite.

After a long drive into San Antonio I experienced tire and alignment problems. I was recommended to The Hernandez team/family for their expertise to assist with my repair. Showed up an hour early (7:30am) before the store opened (8:30am) and they quickly got to working on my truck (8:31am). I was blessed to have their service, hospitality, and professionalism to help me with tires (24 ) mount and balance, upper and lower control arm bushings, and aligning my truck to protect the investment my family and I value! Overall a five and half star rating for pricing and service from an outstanding service company Thank you Hernandez family and May God continue to bless your hard work!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've been coming here for years and never had any issues. Recently I brought my Durango for alignment- out of their recommendation, I had the upper and lower arms/ joints replaced beforehand. Same day I had it done it was leaning to the right. So I brought it back a coupel of days later and so I was told they just needed a little adjustment. Well, the issue persisted and this time there was a vibration and really pulls right. I brought it back and it was someone different. He test drove it and said all needed was a tire rotation and balancing, had it done,drove off and issue was not resolved yet.

Third time bring it to this shop for different issues. Every time I bring it in, they fix it sameday. Of course, I have to drop it off first thing in the morning. Great service overall.

these guys went far and beyond to put me back on the road affordable and best service had a flat. they closed but still made the time to fix my tire.highly recommended is want your tire done right

I was there waiting for 15 minutes with a flat tire and nobody told me they were closed. I don't mind them closing earlier and not giving me the service. The disappointment was that I waited in there 15 minutes and they didn't say anything. Luckily we were able to get service at another shop.

Matters on who you talk to when you get your tires done to get the best priceOne guy Quoted me $70 And another Guy quoted 45$ So just go to the older guy
