Loved everything except that I was told the price for two used tires mounted and balanced was $60 and the bill was $105 due to a language barrier. Please get a second quote from an English speaking manager or employee before you agree to a deal so, there are no double digit surprises.

I went here because I live close by and I needed a tire. It was a great place to stop. Because I was able to get really good used tires for my trailer and a rim. I ll definitely return

I just right now 4-10-2024 @1:24 bought a tire . It's 2:52 and the tire is flat. They won't answer the phone. Don't come here they sell bad tires

Fast fast fast. Pulled in after noticing I had low pressure and wasn t surprised since I m in construction that I had a nail in my tire. I was in and out less than 15 minutes. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. No issues here! Friday 10:52am. Location also easily accessible off highway. Thank you!

Very helpful. I had a screw in my tire but it was a good tire. They just added air and they said I was good .excellent customer service thanks again guys

My usual tire shop was closed so I came here and the used tire I purchased was $70 for a small tire so they were a bit overpriced, they also took like 20 minutes to help me.

Tires is about all they do good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I had two different occasions where they worked on my engine first time was years ago, they did more damage than good. The second time, a few months ago, I paid them to change a sensor and idiots changed the wrong sensor, took my money, and left me with the same bad sensor. My most recent experience with them was today, we went to get our rotors cut as we were changing our breaks at home. Upon picking them up, we left the tire shop and noticed an oil plug screw which cause our tire to flatten immediacy. We went back and explained the situation. They offered to fix it then demanded a $20 payment, the owner began to tell us oh well, it s not my problem The owner, some Spanish female with funky looking eye brows, was very rude, lacked customer service skills and basically said pay me or screw off. I suggested she periodically sweep or check her very small parking lot for screws to avoid situations like these and she said I don t have time for that . While getting our tire fixed she just stood there singing, watching all the men work. Looked like she has a lot of time to spare. NEVER AGAIN!

I would never take my car here for engine work again especially it being a infiniti parts ain't cheap on my car . Manager made it seem like my fault that my car wasn't working after they work on it . Like they always say you get what you pay for cheap prices cheap work !

I arrived at the tire shop and waited in my car for over five minutes, nobody came to assist me. Two cars pulled up five minutes after I did and two workers instantly assisted the two other cars. I politely informed one worker I arrived before the other two cars did. The worker informed me he would assist me after he assist the other car although I arrived first. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Went to have my spare tire taken off and replaced with a new tire. They did that part but sliced my expensive spare tire and didn t tell me. I read other reviews and this shop definitely lacks integrity. On top of hiding and damaging my tire, the man who took care of my car was making comments about my dark skin.If you re a POC I high don t recommend.

The young guys they have working there don t care about taking care of your rims and tires. Damage and loose lug nuts. So else were before coming here.

Went in for a quick tire repair. A huge screw had embedded itself in one rear tire. Anyway, the wait time was short and tire was good to go after 10-12 minutes.. and the fee was better than everyone else nearby... i will be back for future tire needs.

I noticed a nail in one of my tires. I brought it to a major tire dealer and he couldn t tell me if it was fixable or not and then said it was over an hour to get to me. I looked on Google and read the reviews from Hector s and figured I would give it a try. I am glad i did! They repaired it in less than 20 minutes and were very reasonable as far as price goes. Will go back again if in this area.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I go here often but I needed a new tire and I asked them how much and they are expensive, even the ones at a used condition!!! So instead I went to Wal-Mart, a new tire for $67 (unlike here $90 for a USED TIRE!).. I found out that one of my tires on the front driver side most of the LUG NUTS were stripped!!!! I came to hectors last week and they said nothing about the lug nuts!! NOTHING!!! They put my life and my family's life in danger so if I were you I would not go here!! unless you want to have a car accident because of these idiots not letting you know your lug nuts are STRIPPED. Their lucky I didn't have a car accident would have sued their asses. Btw here's a picture of what my lug nuts looked like when walmart took them off. Go to Wal-Mart not these places. Thank you walmart for caring for my safety unlike HECTORS!!!!

Thank you for being open on a Sunday! Had a flat. Everything was closed. Hector's tire shop was open, quick, and professional. It was only $10 for a repair too. It was far from where I live but I'll come here again for flats if I need to.

Love this place. In 2021 I ran over a nail and I was told by other places it couldn t be fixed, so I went to hectors tires to get a new tire & THEY were able to take out the nail and patch my tire, instead of making me pay for a whole new tire!! I really appreciate that they helped instead of trying to say whatever to take my money. I was also serviced while I was able to sit in the car with my kids so that was a bonus. I have since been 2 more times for replacement tires and I always get fast and efficient service. No issues , great pricing and The tires work amazing. I highly recommend this place

I came in with a tire with a leak on my Silverado. They started to work on it quickly and finished quickly. Great service and low cost!

Straight garbage, went on Friday to remove a screw and my girl friend to get 2 new tires. On Sunday same tire they fixed was flat. I should have just left screw in tire. They ripped tire hose and when I pushed it leaked air. Also they ordered wrong tires for my girls car. And they don t answer the phone zero Stars do not come here. Very unorganized!!!!

I have been to Hector s twice now and they did a great job. They fixed a tire on my utility trailer and later my pick-up truck. I recommend working with this shop for your tire needs.
