They did an awesome hail repair , Helped by repainting my hood within the insurance quote , But a Big But they failed to match the paint and will not fix the issue with out paying another big Bill

First, Chris greeted me at my home and did an assessment on if my vehicle meets the repair for his team. My truck qualified for the repairs. It took 3 weeks almost a month for my insurance company to get out to them to inspect a vehicle. That was probably the worst about this review EVEN though it WAS NOT HAIL CESAR FAULT AT ALL. The reason I had to put that is because they kept hounding my insurance company as I did. They kept apologizing for my insurance mess ups. That is why I had to put that part in there. So, when my insurance company finally came out and did their assessment of my vehicle Hail Cesar team was finally out of the blocks and running with repairing my truck. Chris stayed in constant contact with me to update me throughout my trucks stay with them. It took them only 2 weeks to repair and the best thing of all, my baby came back sparkling and detailed inside and out. It looked like a brand new truck. They did awesome and I commend them for putting up with my insurance. By the way my insurance was Progressive. So, if you have any kinds of doubts with Hail Cesar and if they will take care of your vehicle, then let me put your mind at ease. They will do a phenomenal job with it and bring it back to you better than what you gave them. I guarantee it!!!!! Thank you Hail Cesar and sorry about my insurance company.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris today. I found him very polite and professional. I took my truck in for a few dents on the hood this morning and they were able to fix it to perfection by noon. I highly recommend this company for all your hail damage needs.

I had a great experience with them. Chris was my rep and handled everything. I didn't have to deal with the insurance. The car was super clean when it was returned and all the issues from the hail damage was fixed.

The team at Hail Cesar has taken care of mine and my family's cars for many years. I used them first for a few door dings on a car I bought. Then it hailed one year and I took my car to back to them and my car looked brand new after they fixed it! I couldn't believe it! I've recommended many people to them and they have all had a great outcome with the work the team did and they are very professional. Great prices compared to other companies too. Highly recommend for all types of minor dings and dents to major hail repair. I give Hail Cesar 10 stars :)

Hail Ceaser took care amazing care of my 2018 Honda Civic. It looks brand new! They were very professional and updated me along the way on the process so it was easy to understand. I highly recommend them for any needs. They did an outstanding job!!!!!

Our car got beat up pretty bad by a pop up hail storm, here in San Antonio. Everyone was very friendly and professional in every way. They went above and beyond in the service we received. Just got our car back and my wife could not be happier. All this, and no out of pocket expense to me. Take your car to Hail Cesar, you'll be glad you did. Tell them Mr. Ric sent you!
