Very friendly, affordable, and professional service. I mentioned I would be without a car while he had my Mini in the shop and he fixed it and got it back to me so quickly I was in awe. Thank you so much!!!

Finding a mechanic it's like finding a Doctor. Once you find one you stay there. These guys are extremely professional and honest. The moment I took my vehicle there they took time to check out the problem. They were sincere and gave me a sense of trustworthiness. The price was great and the repair very well done. I will definitely keep coming back here.

I had a great all around experience with Gutierrez BMW. Communication during the repair process was excellent. These guy knows their stuff. I have had to deal with a lot of mechanics & this was the best experience I ever had. Rudy took his time & laid out several different options to get my B.M.W. repaired. Everything from factory parts to aftermarket options. He also explained what the potential differences to my car would be. Great customer service.

Great service and great communication at a great price! I have used Gutierrez BMW for two of my vehicles, they were transparent, knowledgeable, and fixed what needed to be fixed and got me back on the road quickly. I will be using them again - hopefully not too soon :) but I won't hesitate to my vehicles their for service.

These guys are the best. They made a house call to get the ball rolling on my repair. Once my mini was in their shop they got the full diagnostics run and got me back on the road before I could bat an eye. I was kept informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Gutierrez BMW-Mini. I now have a local go to shop for my mini. Thanks guys!!!!

I highly recommend this shop. Rudy was very knowledgeable about BMW. I had my car at someone else's shop twice for the same thing. Rudy talked to me and working on a plan to fix my car. I am very thankful. He's very reasonable on his prices and great customer service.

June 18, 2017Gutierrez BMW/Mini handled my Mini's repair (Oil Filter Housing Gasket) in a timely manner with great customer service. All my questions were answered and I was kept updated on the car's status. My Mini was also washed and vacuumed! I highly recommend them.August 3, 2017Gutierrez BMW/Mini took care of my June! She's up and running cool with no other issues (Thermostat Failure). They went out of their way to help me deal with the previous mechanics and their warranty.I was also made aware that I need a new serpentine belt. These guys surprise each time with their service and personal touch. No one else will touch my car!August 15, 2017While replacing my wheel hubs, Gutierrez BMW/Mini found another problem. The updates, service and dedication to solving my issue has been outstanding! I'll have no one else touch my car, beyond the call of duty on this one. I'm in awe.August 29, 2017Smoke out the tailpipe after long idles. Turned out to be a seized PCV valve that's built into the valve cover, total replacement. Also the breather hose was cracked and leaking onto my intake. All taken care of good to go!

In mid July 2017, the driver's side door lock on my 328i malfunctioned and I cold not use the door. I had to climb thru the passenger side to get in and out. The local BMW dealership said the first appointment to repair it would be over a week away. A co-worker at the bank had recently taken her BMW here and had recommended it to me. I got an appointment right away and Rudy fixed the car by early afternoon and I was not without a vehicle. The problem was a bad door lock actuator. I would recommend Gutierrez Bimmer Repair. They are conveniently located right off the Wurzbach Parkway.

I can't thank this shop enough! My wife's bmw had some issues. Got it in there, they took a look at the car right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot...had her car ready in no-time. Great Customer service! I won't go anywhere else for the wifey's car.

Terrible Mechanic, he fixes one thing but doesn't solve the problem, he takes months with your car making absurd excuses, and to deliver he makes you sign that you are happy with the result and the next day the problems return to your car.I don't recommend him at all, he knows how to charge as if you were going to the dealer.
