Great work at a great price. There was a rattling coming from under the car that I could not find, and an additional noise that no one could detect. Now, she runs uiet and smooth. 10 out of 10!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!I live across the street from them and every day is worse and worse with them.we can never see when we exit our residence we even gotten into a car accident because of them.They have no consideration or remorse for others, it's impossible to try to reason with them and there was even one time one of the people came into my yard and tried fighting me for no apparent reason.Not to mention that they damage the vehicles while they have them in their possession ive literally witnessed them backing into other cars when they are parking like i said they have no consideration for anyone so save your time and money and go elsewhere i promise I wouldn't take the time out of my day if I wasn't serious

The mechanich was very rude and even tho they are good in repairs the custimor service is very trash even making a women cry because of the owner wanting to move his car and she was teying to ask a questin really quick but he didnt let her speak. 1 star

I'll be honest with you folks, I've been going to this shop for years, any time I have an issue with any of my vehicles , this good man has always taken care of me and treated me right. He's helped me with my FX2 Maroon F-150 , My white Ford Explorer , and just recently my wife's silver Mitsubishi Outlander. Any time I need work done, doesn't matter if I live across town, I'll drive all the way to his shop because I know for a fact I'll be treated fairly. Thank you brother for always being there for myself and my family. God bless

This mechanic is inexpensive and very quick. Accepts Credit Cards, he will take you if you bring the car at opening for a tuneup, he will get you out by closing, sometimes earlier. He once saved me $2,000.00 for an Enclave AC pipe leak repair. compared to the dealer. I highly recommend this shop, if you know the problem.

I have an 06 frontier that threw the timing chain. Every single mechanic I spoke with quoted a minimum of $1500 and said it would probably be more once they got in there. Guillermo came in with an $800 total cost. Yes it took some time to get done as this is a very busy shop and I dropped it just before Christmas. I got it back today and everything is running perfectly. I am very pleased with the work and will be bringing in my other car soon for work as well.

Away's Excellent as usual Great service when working on just about all vehicle great warranties on all or at least most Parts lifetime warranty. One thing's for sure satisfaction guaranteed I've been coming to him for my auto repairs since 1998 when I first move back home here to San Antonio from California with my wife and son's, from then till to this day I'll always recommend Guilermo's Auto Repair ...

My car was left sitting for 3+ weeks for diagnostic of a misfire. 300 dollars later sparkplugs were only changed. Guillermo is a poor communicator and rushes you out quickly before listening to the issues of the vehicle. Head rest and push to start button was also broken on the vehicle with no Apology or cre to fix it.. He lied about cleaning the catalytic converters when my vehicle has no CATS. He lied about also giving me a receipt when he never handed when out. He is good with switching out parts but when it comes to a diagnostic he is the type of person that will poke your eyes out. He seems to be too busy and pushes appointments if it's not convenient for him. He is very low staffed and will not urgently service your car. He doesn't take care of the customer or your vehicles while in his possession event though I always tipped him generously. Shame..

I have an 06 Jeep liberty and was draining antifreeze. Not good work cars but took it here after being recommended. Guillermo's quickly diagnosed a broken radiator and fixed it the same day. Pricing was ok. Would definitely recommend.

The reason for the four stars, he took longer than expected to fix the car. Prior to taking him the car, I took it to several other shops, even to a Chevrolet service department, I got the car back with the same problem. Guillermo returned the car fixed and running better. He rebuilt the transmission.

DO NOT GOOO!!!!!! No stars. Took my f150 2004 for a simple change of spark plugs then he comes out and says it's the timing chains that's good and but then a 2 weeks later I take it back again for the same reason now he says its the computer and I know for a fact it's the spark plugs. The truck has been there for 4 months just sitting not being worked on.. And my gas tank was full to the top and now is about 1/4 and he still refuses to pay for anything his employees took. They too my portable charger. And now he says that the truck is in a bother shop and stopped answering. All I know is that this man is a crook and does not know a mouthing about being a mechanic hell I could of done the work but decided to let someone else do it because it seems he needed money. F-ing prick I tell you. Bad bossiness bad mechanic service and all. E even didn't put back the air intake and the truck almost failed on me as I took my wife to the hospital for labor!! DO NOT GOOO!!!!

My sister gets her car repaired here for such a reasonable price. Sometimes it takes a little longer because he is so busy, but worth it because of the price. He does great work too.

Never again my ford f150 was idling fast it's 4.9 fuel injection and apparently this guy charged me $204.89 and they never touched my Truck so this guy never again

No stars! This man is a crook! Took our truck in to have a transmission and engine swapped. He tore out all kinds of wires that he shouldn't have even touched. He fried the starter wiring. All he needed to do was put the engine and tranny in but instead he took everything apart and lost parts in the process and kept saying I had to buy new parts. He took out the original driveshaft that should've been modified and put one in from a different vehicle and pieced it together and now I have to get that redone. He "lost" my original tranny that I already owed to somebody else. Who loses a transmission!?!?! He had it for over 4 months and it was in worse condition than what I dropped it off. Everytime I went by there were more and more parts in the bed from other vehicles. They used my truck as a trashcan. We spent $1200 on this mess. We overpaid Atleast $400 on parts and labor that I didn't even need. My brother had a similar issue with him. He took his car in to get an overhaul on the tranny and he replaced it instead w/o notifying him first. It took him 3 months to do this. For 3 months heleft the window down and the drivers seat was wet w mildew. What kind of professional does this!

I took my vehicle for an AC repair I went to go pick up my vehicle and it did the same thing as before he said he would fix it and it will be ready the next day and I went the next day and it did the same problem and said it was another part and that it would be $500+ And to top it off my vehicle had a scratch that they made DO NOT go there don t waste your money/timeService: A/C installation & repair

I drove my car to the shop and i couldnt drive out.... that speaks a whole lot. Said i would fix for 90 bucks .. called couple of days later .. says its a bigger problem and would fix it for 300$ ... within the same week of picking i see the same problem( overheating) ... now he says would fix it for additional $1300. He is a fraud and cheater, cheap customer service and takes weeks or days even for a minor job. Don't go there unless your a car savy and spanish speaking.

My 96 Maxima had a messy oil leak, was a big job and this shop cleaned the car really well! Very happy afterwards, now I am happy and confidence to drive it more. 5 Stars for you Guillermos Auto Repair.

The worst auto mechanic had my car for 6 days. He put all used parts charged me for new on what he fixed because he did not fix everything I asked to be fixed. Please don't waste your time and money here. People are barely making it and you got a crook like this out there.

Save your time & money unless you want rude service & get ripped off by Guillermo himself and have to fear for your vehicles safety because they won't care if it gets hit or broken into then go for it just a heads up he will charge you more than $500 to "fix" your transmission which he sends to a different shop that has no idea what they're doing and expects you to pay him without running your vehicle for a test drive only to find out when you leave the transmission over heated and is spilling oil and you try taking it back to get a refund and he gives you attitude and makes it seem like you're wrong and he's right then go for it oh and just an FYI he takes out parts from your vehicle on purpose so you can take it back I noticed certain parts looked different and they weren't mine & they weren't new I confronted him he lied that's how he makes his money

Good if you already know what the problem is and tell him to fix it but he's not very good at diagnosing a mechanical issue has way too many cars to fix not enough mechanics and doesn't listen to his paying customers he rolls the dice at your expense instead of doing a proper diagnosis of the mechanical issue .used to be a lot better not so much now

If you want to spend $500 & up & not get anything fixed then go for it oh and if you need someone to fix your transmission this place will screw you over they will say they know someone they send it to a different shop and let that guy take his sweet time and not do anything took my vehicle to this shop multiple times they said they'd fix it and charge you 1st before giving you your vehicle back

Bad service, you have to wait long time to get someone to help you. Over price the mechanic repair. And even if you get warranty for the job done to your car, when you take it back they always say it's something else so the warranty dissent cover, making you to pay for the same job twice
