I would like to thank Grand Collision Center for doing what they do best. My daughter's Dodge Challenger had been vandalized and looked pretty bad. Mr. Perez and his team took care of business and a great turnaround time too! We thank everyone there who assisted in this project. The vehicle bodywork and paint job came out flawless! I really recommend this shop and they treat you like family! Thanks team!

Ray and his team have been so helpful with fixing my car after I was in an accident. The process was extremely easy! He kept me updated on the timeline of completion and got my car back to me looking good as new. I appreciate that my questions and concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner and he kept me in the loop on his communication with the insurance company as well.

If you re looking to restore your classic, look no further. Grand collision took awesome care of my 87 Monte Carlo SS. The pricing was more than reasonable, the service was great, and ray was absolutely professional through out a whole time conducting business.

Recently had my F150 repaired at Grand Collision, my front passenger door frame was bent in and found out that it needed to be changed out completely. I was given outrageous quotes from other places. However, Ray was thorough and explained in detail everything that needed to be fixed, in a way that I could understand. Ray maintained close communication with me on the progress of the truck until was completed. I will also add that their turn around time was faster than expected! I am super pleased with the results, you can t even tell that the door was replaced and painted. This place is trustworthy and shows that they value their customers! Their attention to detail is impeccable.

Ray and his team were nothing short of extremely efficient, incredibly communicative, and I had my car back in less than 3 weeks. They re absolutely the best mechanics I ve ever worked with. I sent my truck in for a complete repaint with Ray and his team they quickly got to work and took care of my truck. They explained the process and gave me a time frame, these guys exceeded my expectations and got the job done right and on time! Definitely recommend them don t sleep on Ray and the whole team they do top notch work !!

Hands down the best repair shop in San Antonio. I needed some body work done and grand collision came thru!!! It even looks brand new and they even detailed my car and touched up some paint chips for free!! definitely coming back. They also fought my insurance for not wanting to pay for some of the damages and did extra examine reports for them !

OMG!!!!! If I could give them 100 stars, I would!! I needed to have the hood of my car repainted. Ray gave me the absolute lowest price for superior work. I was given an time estimate of no more than 3 days, which was great. Less than 24 hours later, my vehicle was ready for pick up!!!! I am amazed by the quality of the work and the super fast turn around. I will recommend Grand Collision to anybody that will listen.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! The service was phenomenal, everyone is so helpful, patient, and polite! I had my car broken into through my window and Ray got it set up and taken care of ASAP and for an amazing price! I wouldn t take my car anywhere else for anything!

I had an awful experience with the dealership trying to get my car fixed after it was stolen. Ray swooped in and saved the day, repairing the car in two weeks (dealership had it for a month before telling me they don t do that kind of work). Super responsive and always kept me up to date! Absolutely recommend him for repair work!

My car been in the shop for 6 running on 7 months and my car hasn t been worked on, it wasn t a bad accident. Joes had been consistently telling me parts need to be ordered, told me this every month! Why have they not been ordered? No reply that gives sufficient reasoning and for 6 months it s ridiculous if I could give it no stars I would rays told me my car been there the longest, I payed my deductible in January of this year and still nothing with my car

Grand collision was absolutely amazing. I totally recommend these guys. Ray was very friendly and willing to work within my budget. I purchased a bumper from pick n pull and brought it to Ray and this guy made my vehicle look like new. He was flexible with my busy schedule and was always available when I called. The work was done in a timely fashion and I m very satisfied with the results. Thanks guys!

If you have any car troubles .. this is the place to go!!!! I REPEAT . THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO !!!!! I had a window broken into and Ray came to the rescue! Ordered the new window and installed it same day!!!!! The whole process was quick and I have zero complaints! They re super professional and will get you on your way in no time. Thank you guys so much and I will definitely be back for any other issues! THEY RE THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!

The photos that I am posting is going to be a before and after repairs. The after photo was taking with a brand new bumper and tail light and the paint was matched the first time , with not having a paint sample to match . I had to drive aways for yhe work , and the quality and the turn around time for this was well worth it .quality customer service and friendly staff .

Had a great experience at Grand Collision. Ray did a great job with communicating and updating me thru the whole process with my vehicle. He constantly touched base with my insurance and sent me photos and texts during the whole time my vehicle was in their possession. I really recommend Grand Collison Center for all your mechanical and auto repair needs. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable mechanics
