I do recommend this place. They have taken care of my personal and business vehicles. Andie and Ozzy plus the rest of the crew are the Best! Always let you know at what stage the vehicle is in. They keep you updated, The services & warranty are top-notch. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. I feel confident that my vehicles will perform well when I receive them as a business owner myself which depends on our vehicles to keep my business running they are prompt on delivery. They have all types of extra services to keep you moving. Highly recommend!! If you need your vehicle fixed give them a call.

Just got my car back from the shop today from a very big job with a lot of delays on the completion date. Save your money just spent a little over $8000 on an engine rebuild and they let my car out with a leaking fuel line. Major hazard should be under investigation.UPDATE: it s been 2 months since I ve received this vehicle back no other services other than normal maintenance done to the vehicle is oil changes replacement of filters. The motor is no longer operational.You win GOOSE. No warranty and no liability for any issues was the words of Savannah and the owner Eileen. Terrible that this is how you conduct business. Thanks for stealing my money and destroying my car. Went to get the vehicle diagnosed and was confirmed it was an internal issue.

Savannah helped check me in even though she mentioned they wouldn t be able to see me till Monday because they have a lot of work. Once I expressed my concerns she asked me to hold on so she could get a manager involved. Very attentive to my situation. She brought back a technician named Jacob and he quickly found the issue and now I feel like an idiot. Haha my window and door lock stopped working on my jeep suddenly I thought maybe a fuse or electrical issue. Jacob noticed that the electrical plug connected to the door was unplugged. I unplug this all the time when I take my doors off. I don t know why I didn t think to check their first. Well anyway he plugged it back in and they didn t charge me anything and we all laughed about it. I definitely will be coming back here for any other car issues. Even AutoZone couldn t help me out today. So glad I found them. I highly recommend them based on their ability to just to take care of me. Thanks goose automotive!

Great bunch of people, had a 3ft. woodstick shoot through and locked into my plastic bottom shield this morning and was concerned about any possibly damage. Called in, talked with Ozzy about getting it on a lift to check it out since my car is too low to the ground to check myself and he got it right up and even let me check it out for myself as well. Ended up not doing any damage mechanically and they said the shield hole is fine and that if I wanted to replace it they would but they recommended to leave it as is and I was on my way. Really appreciate how nice they were and not even charging me for the inspection either.

We gave our vehicle for repair after it was stolen. It was in really bad shape and we were very upset. But the team at goose autorepair were very nice and understanding. Made the whole process seamless, they have an awesome website were all the technician concerns are automatically updated and we can post our client concerns as well. They always answered their phone, especially - Savannah was very helpful and answered all our questions every time. They were flexible and kept us updated at all times.

Good shop good work. I have always been skeptical of automotive shops,but this shop has done me right on every vehicle I own. From rear main seals to complete front end work. I have 100% been completely satisfied with the communication and the customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop. Also would like to note that Andi at the front counter is above and beyond excellent with her customer service and communication. Not often do you hear about getting a phone to check on a vehicle to make sure everything is good to go. Thanks for providing me with great service over the years.

As a customer seeking reliable and transparent automotive services, I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Goose Automotive. While their technical expertise may be commendable, the lack of transparency in pricing left much to be desired.Upon inquiring about the cost of repairs, I was met with ambiguity and hesitation. Not receiving a clear breakdown of expenses made it impossible for me to make an informed decision. Furthermore, upon receiving the final bill, I was shocked by the inflated prices, leaving me feeling taken advantage of.As a consumer, transparency is paramount, especially for young individuals like myself who are navigating the world of car maintenance. The absence of clear pricing information not only undermines trust but also deters potential future customers, particularly those seeking honest and fair services.In conclusion, while the technical skills of Goose Automotive may be noteworthy, the lack of transparency in pricing is a significant deterrent. Regrettably, I cannot recommend their services to others until this issue is addressed. It's my hope that they take this feedback constructively and work towards implementing more transparent pricing practices in the future.I was charged $390 for a simple headlight low beam wire harness replacement. The mechanic put duct tape around my headlight as a water proof seal as they misplaced my seal for the headlight . I will never return to this establishment and will continue to spread the word about this awful place. The lady at the front desk could not tell me what they did to my car. Visit this place if you want to be given the run around and blow off $390 on a $50 repair with NO WARRANTY. I got it for $50 from Falcon automotive on Callaghan with warranty.

The service at Goose Auto is by far the best in San Antonio!! The team walked me through all the repairs and were knowledgeable and so easy to work with! Savannah was amazing - she is so welcoming and definitely knows her stuff!! My car is running smoothly and I m grateful for such a positive experience working with this shop!

I want to thank the manager Andi and service advisor Savannah for taking the time to view my vehicle and giving me an accurate quote. I came in thinking it was just an oil leak but they saw other issues that other dealers or shops didn't advise to me. Love that there are women in this business and that are honest. Will recommend goose to my family and friends

Dealership was excellent on service and repairs. Office staff was very friendly and professional, and listen to your concerns and addressed them in a timely matter. Car was repaired in a reasonable time. The shop was clean, made you feel welcome, and all the staff was just friendly! I will return.

By far the best auto shop I ever been too.Customer service was great! They kept me informed/updated at least twice a week about where they were at with my truck as far as process wise. I can honestly say I think I found my go to whenever I need mechanical work done on my vehicles. I would also thank and recommend anyone who goes in to talk to Savannah. She is great at her work and will accommodate you with excellent customer service.

Honestly had high hopes but was let down.I came in for an oil change and tire rotation.No courtesy inspection was done....Oil light wasn't reset...I had a coupon but apparently it was for another location and they don't honor it...50 bucks for a tire rotation is outrageousThe lack of communication....The fact the technician, when told it's an oil change tire rotation, scoffed and rolled his eyes, told me everything I needed to know.I won't be coming back to this location....Unprofessional.Front desk is shady when it comes to pricing and not upfront.Go ahead and question me on what I know about automotive shops...... 17 yrs in the business. And this shop takes the cake on why I do my own work instead of trying to trust a shop I have no knowledge about.

Took my car in for an oil leak and it was fixed fast and efficiently! Spoke to Ozzy and Savannah and they were friendly and gave me a great price I can work with! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Goose took great care of my Chevy Equinox after the engine overheated. They helped me find financing for the unexpected expense and reassured me through the entire process. Savannah kept me up to date on all progress, and I was back in my own car in just over a week despite having to replace the entire engine. Plus all the parts they used have a year s warranty so I can always come back if anything comes up. They also lent me their loaner vehicle so I didn t have to spend money on renting a car during that week. I would absolutely take my vehicle back to Goose in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Great work and customer service. Andi went above and beyond to help us resolve our issues with our work truck. Our truck was always breaking down for the same issue and it had been in many shops with no success. The team at Goose automotive listened to our issues and solved our problem. I purposely waited to send this review to see if the truck was truly fixed and in fact it has been fixed and running strong with no more reduced power issues and breakdowns. Thank you to Andi and the great crew at Goose Automotive.

This place is amazing!! Very detailed and precise! Nothing left behind! I was blown away by the service Savannah at the front desk, offered and helped with expert advise in mechanics! If that wasn't enough, they gave me a 3 yr warranty 36000 miles where in the U.S! GREAT JOB GUYS!!

On the 20th of February 2024 I took my carr in a good running condition no shaking or noises of any kind. I took my car to Goose auto repair for an electric job. My car had some issues with starting up. To surprise the call me that my car needed a motor. If it was running at 70 milles per hour no problem. MOTOR was Good. They broke my car, they have no experience, the people are not profesional, They do not explain, Do not speak Spanish the office people that want to run the service with customer.I do not recommend this business. Did not give. good explanation why the service needed.. All they did is digging into my car to charge more. And by doing it they did something wrong to my cat.

Amazing customer service! I stopped by for a visual inspection afer noticing an odd sound for several weeks, and they noticed that a bolt was missing on my front driver side break caliper (I had gotten my brakes serviced only a month before), and they fixed it up at no cost!! 10/10 would recommend

Goose Automative was amazing! I literally called the day before and got a quote, next day my car was in and completed in a timely manner! I'm so glad that I chose them! Their customer service reps were fantastic! Savannah helped me with figuring out exactly what I need. If you need your car repair, definitely go here!
