Goodyear got it done! Came in for A/C issues on my 17 Sierra and had same day turnaround time backed by 2 years and 24,000 mile nation wide warranty. Can t beat that these days with backed up dealerships and limited warranties. Take it to the guys and gals who know, and know how to treat people. Thanks to Raul and his team, I can rest assure my trucks A/C will serve me well this summer coming up.

Armando Trevino, the Asst Store Manager at the South St. Marys Goodyear is awesome. 2 popped tires got replaced on location during a hot day recently. After 1 phone call, I knew Armando and crew would take care of me. They pulled the old tires and put on some great new tires at a decent price without me having to even bring my car in. Thanks for such great and over the top service. This is what right looks like at Goodyear! Well Done!

Starting to lose count of how many times & how many repairs Goodyear is performing on my vehicles. They have competitive, comparable prices to my discount mechanics that I use only to save money. With there prices, professionalism & payment options they are winning all my business. I recommend this location. I did go to the location on Austin highway only to find out that there is a difference between locations. The one on Austin highway is independent , which I was told that they don t honor the warranty from and for purchases from other locations.

It's ok. Just watch out they try to add things to add up the price. I got new tires and they originally wanted $1000 for them when they knew I wasn'tgoing for it they brought it down to $900. I told them I'd do it for $800 and with an alignment included with the $800. They accepted. Just watch out because they kept my old tires which were still good. Next time go in and reduce the price and then tell them you're keeping the tires if not they will charge you disposal fee.

If you come to this location just know you will be taken care of! Especially if you're dealing with Alexis or April. They got you covered. Alexis is a very sweet and professional worker. I thank him a million for helping me today. He went the extra mile to help me and make sure I got what I needed. I will definitely be returning to this location for any further help.

Terrible service, left the car for two hours to get work done on a tire. They waited till I walked in to let me know they couldn t find the wheel lock to even take off the tire, therefore nothing was done the entire time. The older woman at the desk was rude and didn t even look at me when I was speaking to her. She sure was busy talking in a very disrespectful manner about another customer to her fellow front desk attendant. I will not be returning to this place. If you have the choice I would go elsewhere as well.

Raul runs a tight ship here!!! He helped me out in making things right with a repair I had done and was unsatisfied with @ their sister store. More than pleasantly surprised at no cost to me. They guarantee their work and helped make the error of the other store right. Everyone was more than friendly and accommodating to my car issues and needs. Thank you Goodyear you really made things right.

Busy shop. Honest shop. Took a few tries getting my vacuum leak issue resolved. But they got it done along with a lot of suspension and brake work.Loved that they got it done with no attitude. They took good care of me.

WOW! Absolutely wonderful experience today. Staff was engaging , well informed and service minded. I always feel valued when I come here to this location on St Mary s Street, SA TX but today I got he VIP treatment. Can I buy another star - 5 stars is not enough.

No communication when it comes to inspections, kept my wife's vehicle for several hours just to tell her that their system timed out even though the vehicle passed, they couldn't input it into the computer.

The AC felt nice. The experienced staff left a new hire up front by himself. He did great, just didn't know any answers to my questions. Not his fault. Was told car would be ready after lunch, I arrived back about 130 was told they couldn't repair the issue I had and had that diagnosis since about 1030. Nobody called me.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. I set my appointment for 12pm for an oil change and when I showed up they said their systems were down and they were doing everything manually which is fine by me. It said that pickup should be for around 1pm so I stayed in the area. Came back at 12:45 and they said their systems were back on and they were about to start on my car. Left for another 30 minutes and came back and they STILL had not even touched my car. Any time we asked how long it would take, they would just walk out to the cars for a minute then come back in and not say anything. The associate named April kept making not so subtle dirty looks when we were just asking for an update on the car and followed Johnny Ramos out to the cars to trash talk us. Finally at 2:40 we had to ask for our car again and it had been sitting out there parked and no one came to tell us it was done even though we were sitting in the lobby since 1:20 (the second time we came back). When we tried to explain our grievances with the associates, they said they couldn't do anything to our car until the system was back on after 1pm. In that case, why hold our car hostage there if you knew you couldn't do anything with our car? They made us felt like we were inconveniencing them while they made us wait there for almost 3 hours when an oil change that normally takes less than an hour anywhere else. Felt like they robbed me of $30 and my time.

A+ honest and quick service.Got an oil change and the hub seals changed on my 14bff axle. The axle seals were especially appreciated since not many mechanics want to work on axles or a non stock 1990 Suburban.Got me in and all the work done same day to boot!

I ve been coming to this Goodyear now for almost a year. I ve always had great service and never had to wait long for my vehicle to be finished.I m not sure what the deal is but a week ago I waited 5 HOURS for an oil change and today I waited 4 1/2 HOURS for my tire to be changed. How can you not expect for someone to be upset? Especially when nothing is even communicated to you on why there is such an extensive wait time. Avoid coming here if you re not okay with waiting for long periods of time. Other than that there s no issues with the service other than the time it takes.

My family and I were on San Antonio on vacation, 3 hours from home. Ruben and his team were so friendly and wanted to ensure that were taken care of. I am so appreciative, especially because I had called 3 Jeep dealerships and they were unempathetic to situation and treated us like we were just a number. At Goodyear we were made to feel like family, wellwe kinda are since my uncles and grandpa worked at Goodyear for 40 years.

If you chose this location, when you're arriving to it and see that their parking lot is full, be ready to wait for some time. I arrived a little past 8:30 AM and they got to my car at about 11:04 AM. I was told that I had a misfire and that I would need a spark plug and a coil replaced with one other optional service. I was told that it would take about 45 minutes to an hour to get the parts and get me on my way. It took 1 hour 14 minutes to get my car back but I was able to make it back home to Houston with no issues.

Raul, Manager, provided great customer service and explained the service that was provided. April at the service desk was very professional and provided great customer service,. All of the staff at this location on St. Mary s provided great customer service. I could see entire staff work hard and communicate well with each other about the customers vehicle s needs. BLUF: This shop does honest work, at incredibly fair prices, without forced appointments. Good people. Just know it'll take the day.I've gone here about 6x between my wife and I. Clean shop, nice folks. Everytime I paid my bill and did some homework... I was never under the impression their prices where anything other than fair. They also give a military discount.Honestly this shop is a diamond in the rough. But it's getting inundated with work... Please treat then with patience. And yes... Expect it to be 3-5 hours before your car is seen. The work done isnt important. Any work is the day. That's just how it is at good shops now folks. We have to deal with it.Keep up the good work guys!P.S. When I park in back and block you for 15 seconds from leaving the shop - don't swear at me under your breath.

We needed new tires after a four month road trip. before re-entering Mexico, where we live, we bought tires at this San Antonio Texas Goodyear branch. Raul Ramirez took care of us from start to finish and he was excellent. I explained what we wanted, and told him we needed to leave the following morning. He did an inspection of my car s suspension, bearings, alignment, brakes, and put on a set of replacement tires which have served very well in Mexico. I would recommend the store and Mr. Ramirez to anyone who needs tire and wheel work.

Friendly staff but a standard oil change took over 5 hours even with an appointment. I thought my sentence in this hell was almost over when I saw my car roll into the bay, but it sat there for over another hour. This place is clearly understaffed. Shame on the management. I cannot justify coming back here.

I walked in to firestone because I was lost. The manager, Raul Rameriz, helped me find the location of my parking lot on my phone. Then he offered me a ride over there!!!!!!!!!The shop was very busy. While I waited for my ride I thought about helping. I can answer phones. I could sweep or clean up the coffee area or sanitize the restrooms . Another customer gave me a ride to my car . This tire repair shop, Goodyear, has the best service I have ever received and I didn't even buy anything. The manager refused my ten dollar . Wow

Raul helped us out in a great time of need. We are from out of town and had a puncture in our tire. He moved us to the front of the line and got us fixed and on our way in no time! Highly recommend this place!

The service at the downtown store is consistently excellent and speedy and I never feel they are trying to sell me something I don t need. Last week they fixed a flat and mounted the tire and returned the spare to the trunk, free of charge. I have been going there for years and will continue doing so.

Came in from my trip from Houston and requested someone check the tire for a nail and add air...1 hour later. I was told that the team went on lunch and didn't get to check my tire. However, I checked in at the 30 minute mark and was told my truck was coming up next. Actually, it wasn't next because no one was even working on it. Need to do better!

Let me tell you, we were on vacation and got a flat from Louisiana to San Antonio. I was able to keep it inflated and this was close to the hotel we stayed at. I set up an appointment for 9am (earliest they had), they open at 8am. I told them I had a flat and a screw in the tire. They took care of me as earliest as possible, like 8:30am. Got it done within 30 minutes and did it for FREE!! They were slammed packed busy and let me know the condition of my other tires and that I should get an alignment soon when I get home. I did not have to pay for the patch! These guys were just awesome and I had to get them donuts after for being such great people. Thank you guys and I can tell this is an honest place to bring your business!

I used to come here all the time but over the years the service has plummeted. Last time I came in they were unorganized, overpromised and under delivered. They kept my car overnight and never contacted me and then when I showed up to pick it up they told me I needed 3 new tires. They were only supposed to fix a slow leak in one tire. I took it to another place that fixed it in 20 minutes for $25 and said I didn't need new tires for at least 8000 miles. The staff at Goodyear lacks credibility and customer care and apparently think their customers are dumb enough to trick into buying all new tires.

(Get the alignment and balancing 3year package, and do that before traveling along with the free checkup)Service s been great! They ve fixed transmission, suspensions, AC, obviously tyres, all great service. It is cheaper than a dealer service, and more expensive than a corner mechanic, but definitely worth it! Get the alignment and balancing 3year package!
