Clean and polite as well as professional. Tried out a Groupon for the first time and it went very smoothly. They didn't try to strong arm me into buying anything or getting extra services unlike Cavender Toyota which tried to say I had 5k worth of oil leak damage and work I needed to get done or else. (I had no damage or spillage since I got it checked out by other mechanics) Will happily go again.Service: Oil change

I've been with Ken's for around a year. I came from another goodyear that tried to sell me things I didn't need so I lost trust in them. As an uber driver the relationship with your mechanic is vital. You have to have faith they have your best interest in mind. That being said I used to have that trust in them when Joe was in charge. It used to cost about $500 for an oil change and brake job yesterdayI went to pick up my car from getting all 4 brakes changed " the back brakes were under warranty" and the new manager Jessie tried to charge me over $1200 after him changing the numbers several times taking unnecessary things off it finally got it down to just under $700 but changed the amount they were charging me for the parts went up over $50. The trust I once had is now gone. Beware

Please don t take your car here! They have the most unprofessional people working here. They are terrible at contacting you back. I took my car for break replacements and they did not give me back a working car! I REPEAT DO NOT take your car here. And don t trust JOE . He fails to contact you and when going to the business and asking for invoices regarding what they did he failed/ avoided me and 3 weeks later he has invoices ready. However after 10 days of car being in the shop Joe was able to provide me with a 12k receipt right away wanting for us to pay more.I contacted corporate and they promised to contact me back and never did. Never doing business with them again. Please be very careful!Service: Brakes

I've been coming here for the past 2 years. Joe, the manager, is ALWAYS so very professional, patient, knowledgeable, great with following up, friendly and has a way of making me feel confident in that servicing my car is their #1 priority. I have yet to be disappointed. He leads his team in going the extra mile every single time! Bravo Joe, to You and Your Team!!!!

The staff and mechanics really try their best to get your vehicle up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. If for some reason something is beyond their current knowledge or understanding they will research the problem so once it's understood they can effect the proper repairs and get you back on the road again.Documentation is provided for everything going on with your vehicle so you are kept in the loop regarding repairs and costs. They are courteous, professional, straight up and honest when speaking with the customer's doing their best to make the customer happy with the results and repairs done to their vehicles.

Called ahead and was looking for pricing. Joe is very informative and patient with someone that doesn't know much about the trade. The entire team performed beautiful work. Joe and the team made sure I was safe and ready for the road. Quality work all around! Great people! Definitely will be a returning customer for various things.

They were very polite and helpful. They serviced my trailor right away and by the time i knew it was ready and back on the road. I did have all 4 trailor tires replaced from ware and tear. Price was best in town for me. They now a customer for life there. Thank you Joe

Very greatful I came to this mechanic shop for car maintenance ...been coming for years always on time & joe always polite & always has an answer ...very affordable within our neighborhood...keep up the great work guys ...highly recommend for car services

I called at 12pm and asked if the store was doing state inspections today, I was told that Yes they were but the inspector had just left for lunch. I was told to come in one hour. I arrive at 1pm and asked about getting my inspection and was told the inspector had "just gone to lunch". I took a seat in the waiting section expecting to wait a few more minutes. By 1:38 I asked about getting an inspection again an was told they were STILL waiting for the inspector. Its GREAT that you give your employees 2hour lunch breaks, but it was slightly inconvenient for me. I was seen IMMEDIATELY after down the street at Mccreles Automotive. 2438 E Southcross B, 78223

I travel a lot and often in my own vehicle. I pulled into a rest stop in San Antonio and had no issues before I went to sleep. Upon waking up my TPMS for my front driver side tire was saying I'd lost 20lbs of air overnight. I chose Ken's at random and I'm so glad I did! Despite 4 cars ahead of me in the line he took a moment to look over everything and magically got the sensor to correct itself, all within 5 minutes, and hurried back to the other cars with a wave and a smile and told me to have a nice trip. The service and speed were amazing and I cannot recommend this place enough.Thank you so much, Ken's Tire!

Shout out to the Goodyear on Fair Ave! I called and setup an appointment with Robert. He was very friendly and helpful over the phone. I walked in and he was again very helpful. While I sat and waited I couldn t help but notice how helpful and professional he was with every customer that walked in. Even when there was a service that goodyear couldn t provide he helped the customer with another location that could and also gave them directions. So impressed with Roberts customer service. Nice job, Robert! Thank you for being so helpful to me and others.

The professional gentleman behind the counter kindly and quickly assessed my tire situation, and offered knowledgeable advise as well. He was honest with me, and even had my fluids checked, my oil topped, and my windshield washer fluid filled without charging me a penny. Thanks Goodyear, y'all are the best in the business & I appreciate y'all!!!

Took my truck to get oil changed on a Friday, they took me in real fast, it was a slow day for them. The service was fast and courteous, but the waiting area could use some attention, the sofas were old and the armrests were dirt stained from long usage. Overall, I will go back to see what type of service they provide on a busy day. Worth a repeat. Comparable price among other oil change providers.

Awesome!!! I took my truck to them this morning at 8 am, and Joe told me he would have it ready by closing, they replaced the ac compresser and whatever else goes with it, Awesome workmanship, I believe I have found a great place for my vehicles, thanks so much

I can not even express the appreciation I have for Robert and John. You guys saved my life! The most understanding compassionate men that I have ever met in my life. I m going to make a very long story short. They help me in such a positive manner. And saved me 300.00. You guys have hard jobs in this heat. I wish I could do more to show my appreciation. So thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I will recommend anyone and everyone to your location.

I made an appointment for a synthetic blend oil change with the manager the day before. When I got there at 10:00 the next day he told me he had no synthetic blend oil and he tried to upsell me another $25 to get the full synthetic oil, I refused. He had to order synthetic blend oil get it delivered which took an extra hour of me waiting. Once my car got into the shop it was another hour and when I left the shop all they did was an oil change and a tire rotation and I left the shop and there was something rattling in my front wheels something happened to my car that shouldn't have happened they damaged something when they rotated the tires I'll never go there again and I don't recommend Joe the manager.

Kyle, the manager, is very personable and professional with his customers; however, the wait time for getting brakes on my car was longer than expected. I arrived at 9:11AM and didn't get out of there until roughly 11:45 AM and no they were not swamped with business.Kyle did give me a 10% discount for my wait..... however, I don't recall ever spending $300.00 for brakes and rotary for a Kia Soul........ Seems like another case of 'taking advantage of a female'

Ken's Goodyear is a really good service station they have done a lot of work on my Chevy Suburban over the years it is an older vehicle and they have been on top of any repairs that need to get done whether it's normal general maintenance or worn out Parts they are very good at getting things done during the work day so that way I don't have to leave my vehicle overnight they keep track of your maintenance records for you so you can ask them to look them up and they provide a consistent product they are also kind enough to give you a ride to and from your workplace so that way you don't have any problem having to be stuck at the service center all day you can work at your job and then get a ride back with one of their service people at to pick up your vehicle they also provide Goodyear credit card for Approved credit people and that way if you need to pay for large purchase you can pay it out over several months and possibly with no interest.One time I had a problem with the steering gear on my vehicle that they had replaced and I went back and talked to them and have them do some test drives with it took a couple of different steps to try and alleviate the problem and when that didn't work the next time when I was in they completely replaced the damaged part and everything was like brand new and I was very happy with their service and their response I can't wait until they build their downtown location again but I continued to go out to the Fair Avenue location because they give quality work there at Ken's Goodyear many thanks.

Made an appointment and went in, my vehicle ended up having a lot of leaks. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. All my questions were answered and estimates were given about future repairs. They will definitely be my go to from here on out.

These guys are top notch. They are super friendly and actually give you a straight up answer as to what s going on with your vehicle. They also refer you to solid places if they don t have the means to help you. My experience was good until I took them my car for a diagnostics and the car came back worse than before. Transmission was making light noises like a flutter when I got it back the car doesn t even sit in idle quietly. They were so sure I was having the work done they sabotaged it further. On top of that the ac suddenly goes out, never had any sign of malfunctioning. I only went for second opinion and came out worse. I definitely wish I hadn t taken my car there they made my situation worse. Stay away.

Came for an oil change guy name robert and joseph were very respectful, professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Mr. Joseph took me out to the shop to show me what kind of attention my vehicle needed and may need to get back on the road. I personally thank these guys for their help n their maintenance towards my vehicle. I definitely do recommend this place on fair ave to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.
