A+! Couldn t be happier. Had window broken by dog and another by hail. Left message on VMX. Call returned within an hour or two. Initial 2 hour window appointment scheduled. Arrived with 10 min of scheduled window. Took measurements, quote provided and follow up appointment for install. 2 weeks later repairs completed. Can t speak to price .. but I was pleased with price that I did not shop around. Very clean and pleasant. Ben arrived solo for first appointment then with Tristan for install. Windows matched exactly what I had previously. Very polite and respectful of property and pets. Arrived in company vehicle and both in company shirts. Highly recommend. Plan to use them again for truck windshield!!!

If needed in emergency situations for a simple window repair, it is not ideal. I had to wait a week after they came out and did an estimate. I wanted a boarding service for the time being for the window and the tech did not have any material and even if he did, he said it would cost me $500 for ONE SMALL WINDOW. I was basically told to figure it out on my own as far as covering the window for the time being.I was pressed for time so I used them and the window came out perfect, but would not use them again too expensive. I m sure any handyman could do it for half the price. I had to put a box to cover it.

From the beginning, Glass Doctor's team was wonderful to work with. From Jen and Michael in administration, to Ben and his team who did the installation. I previously used another company for my first few installs, and the quality in terms of the service provided by Glass Doctor was at a higher level. I will continue to use Glass Doctor of La Cantera for all my glass needs going forward. Sincerely.

Just a good business model. People who care. You can speak with the owner or the staff and everyone cares and expresses concern for a job well done. The photo shows the completed installation on mirror on either side of a medicine cabinet.

Just had Glass Doctor to come evaluate our shower door. We just purchased this house a few months ago and wanted to make sure the bottom guard was working correctly. It did have an area that was bent backwards ( for lack of better description). Chris and Tristen came and checked everything out, and reassured us we were in good shape. Unfortunately, they did not have the correct size of guard on their truck. All we have to do is remove that old one, and take it by the office and they would cut one right then. Chris was so nice to show us how to re-install a new one. They both were so professional and explained everything so well. In this day and time, it is refreshing to have employees who actually care how they do their job ! BTW no charges as well. Highly recommend the Glass Doctor!

Great job! Fast, reliable, and professional. The Technician informed me of the process, how it would be achieved, and why the glass that was ordered was on the high end. I felt it was reasonably priced after they explained everything and they provide, military discount. I highly recommend Glass Doctor La Cantera.

We had one of the windows in our office replaced this morning and Glass Doctor did an amazing job. Chris Mireles came in and he moved around furniture for me, he was so very courteous and he vacuumed and cleaned up when he was done. Thank You Glass Doctor and Chris for awesome service.

Thank you Glass Doctor! I called a few places and Glass Doctor was the only one that returned my call. Everyone I worked with there was very friendly and professional. They worked with my schedule. The technician who replaced my glass was very professional and quick and his quality of work was outstanding!

I haven't started service with this company yet because the gentleman they sent out literally just left. Before even touching my windows, I had to leave them a review just based on how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable James was! He spent so much time explaining everything and worked up multiple quotes based on different combinations of individual rooms vs the entire house. James encouraged me to compare and research other companies, but I already did some homework before I contacted Glass Doctor and I already knew they were the company I would want to use just based on the reviews. Also, the person who was helping me with scheduling the initial visit stayed in constant contact with me and gave me updates and confirmations of James' ETA. Their communication was amazing. Very impressed with the quality of people working there!

Having a custom (and expensive) repair at our home, we worked with and recieved estimates from both Thad Ziegler and Samuel's glass companies, (the "big dogs in town") as part of our due diligence before pulling the trigger on our project. The Glass Dr of La Canterra beat them both in responsiveness, cost, & friendliness. They regularly kept us informed on the status of our custom orders and scheduled install. Today, the project is done and we couldn't be happier! The Glass Dr will be our go-to for all our future glass repair and project needs.

****Update****05/02: Came back a year later because they were so great last time. Johnny was able to replace my windshield again on a different vehicle which came out beautifully. He noticed my rain sensor was never connected and so now I am able to enjoy that feature and I also notice a huge decrease in wind noise! I appreciate Johnny because he will make sure the install is done correctly. John and Jennifer upfront were also extremely helpful and easy going. I really appreciate the genuine employees that work here.One Year Ago: John & Johnny were absolutely great. Johnny even went above and beyond to replace some trim for me on my truck at no cost. They sent out multiple reminders and were very friendly. Definitely would recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Glass Doctor of La Cantera did a good job replacing the double paned glass units in part of our windows. The windows had lost their seal due to age and were cloudy. They measured, ordered, removed the old and replaced with new glass units. This saved us money versus replacing the entire window and it looks great. Employees were on time, professional, friendly and experienced, they clearly knew their stuff. We will use this company again in the future and recommend them to friends.Service: Glass installation

Highly recommend. Glass Doctor La Cantera was the second place I called because first place never showed up. Needless to say my hopes for getting help were desperate but once I spoke to John and Michael, I was put at ease as they reassured me they would be able to fix my glass panel door. Johnny showed up and was professional and curtious. Talked me through the work he was going to do so there wouldn't be any surprises. I had an older door and 2 of the panes were scratched! He was able to cut all 2 panes out and replace them with new glass. I was so thrilled with him and the price was good! My experience with Glass Doctor was flawless. On my way to work one day driving down 281, a giant rock came flying at my windshield and made a 4" crack just in front of my driver's side view. It was super distracting and continued to grow as the day went on. Based on their excellent reviews, I reached out to Glass Doctor (a USAA preferred vendor) and they had a replacement installed in my car within 2 days, complete with driver assistance system calibration. They walked me through the process from start to finish. I couldn't be more satisfied!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Had a chip on windshield from a rock but the technician did a great job. He was able to make it pretty much disappear, much better than what I've seen of friend's vehicles. The associates were very professional and kind, and were able to quickly schedule me in before this chip became any worse. I attempted to contact other companies which did not return my call or had to wait another week to repair. I recommend bringing your service here if you ever need.

Glass Doctor team was extremely professional and courteous throughout the ordering and installation process. I had a residential order for glass replacement for two windows and one door. The price was much more reasonable than competitors. I really apprecieated the team taking the time to explain the process so that I knew what to expect from beginning to the end. We had a breakin with our car... my wife had heard of The Glass Doctor, we called while driving hear their area, they said come on by their shop... we did and was i totally impressed with every employee i talked to. They found both windows, had them delivered to their shop, we made the appointment working with me with my scheduling conflicts. Their 100% professionalism and being extremely friendly, made me feel comfortable. We ordered an unusually large glass top for a table and John was very easy to work with. They came out to get exact measurements, were always on time, delivery was great and everyone was very professional. Great experience. Will go back to them when we remodel our showers. Highly recommend!
