Couldn't be more satisfied with the service from this company. The technician, Carlos, was punctual, very professional, and personable as he replaced the windshield on my new Silverado. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure every detail was tended to. Great companies are made up of great employees!

I drive a Jeep, so windshield replacement/repair is a regular thing. These guys are nice, professional, and quite reasonable in cost. They work quickly too. Recommend them highly.

They did such a wonderful job with the repair!!! Everyone I talked to was kind and helpful. I called and they got me in the next business day, was done in less than an hour and I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands! The man who came out to do the repair was very helpful and was also very nice to my dog which was lovely. Super thankful they were recommended to me! Quick service 1 hour and 15 mins it took to replace my windshield and recalibrate. Everyone was nice and I can t believe was prompt service I received! I recommend coming here. DO NOT GO TO SAFELITE!!!! This is where you want to come. I saved some much money and life time warranty you can not beat that!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!!

Glass Dawg and its staff, Brian in particular, really know how to provide excellent customer service. With very little notice, Glass Dawg took care of our window replacement need efficiently and with the best customer service attitude. I would highly recommend the Alamo Downs location for any of your Auto-glass needs.

This place is amazing. I had a major problem with my rear view mirror detaching and Glass Dawg took care of it like nothing and the best thing about it they ended up doing it for free. Experienced my first cracked windshield going up 35. Called the dealership to be referred to Glass Dawg. From the first call to having the work down, we've had nothing but good customer service and workmanship. We were able to get a same day appointment, but choose to schedule it for the next day. Cheaper than Safelite, and fast service. I'd highly recommend this company to all our local friends.

Glass Dawg are Rock Stars They fixed my Rock cracked windshield really fast, they took me home and then brought my car back to my house I was like Wow! Glass Dawg you just Door Dashed my 2020 Camaro SS to my house. These guys provide Top Shelf Service and Roxanne is Phenomenal she provided Customer Service Way Beyond the call of Duty.

Lemme tell you!!! I am so impressed with the level of service and convenience they showed me!First of all, they were FAST! I got my quote at 9am, appointment at 12:00pm (I showed up late) and was ready and on my way out at 1:00pm!Their prices are awesome too! Almost dumped $200 extra dollars with Safelite.They also give military discount I love great attention to detail! They even replaced my car wash club sticker!!! Who does that?!?!!!I would recommend these people to anybody I know/love haters can go to safelite But seriously, they were highly professional, efficient, and kept in communication with the customer. I worked with Ryan at Glass Dawg, and his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Very happy with the service and quality of work. Very easy to get to from I-10, don't have to drive through down town Boerne just take exit 537 off of I-10. I will be sure to do future business with Glass Dawg. This shop was used as a 3rd party for a collision I had.While the staff remained helpful. The inexperienced installers are unable to make repairs without damaging something else each time. My car was vandalized and broken into on Monday, Tuesday morning I was on the phone with Glass Dawg. They had an opening same day, had a full out the door price for me and came to my work within 2 hours of scheduling my appointment. Ruban was extremely professional and fast yet efficient. He took time to explain the process to me and even vacuumed up the remaining broken glass inside my car. Even though there was some confusion with the replacement glass he still was out getting the correct glass and back within 45 minutes all while staying in contact with me. Other companies I spoke to on Tuesday could not get to me until Friday or the following Monday. Ruban had my window done and ready to go before the rain started insuring I did not get any water damage inside my car.Thank you glass dawg and thank you Ruban.Service: Auto power window repair

Went to glass dawg cause my window did not roll up while I was driving ..and got there they pulled my door panel and checked it and repaired it at no cost.. ty Soo much for y'all's help. !!! Very friendly people staff was awesome.. even tech was a cool dude. I will definitely use and recommend them to my friends and family. I went here after trying to deal with Safelight for two weeks. Glass Dawg took care of me right away, did an amazing job, and saved me $230. I have a car with all of the self driving, and they got it all re-calibrated. They have a lot of quality certificates on the walls. I wish I would have found them the first go round. The appointment started on time and they did a great job. The staff was very nice and made me feel at home. They have a small waiting room with a few refreshments and TV. I just worked on work stuff. The price was great and I was in and out. I hope I don t have to go back, but if I do then I will call them first.

I still prefer Glass Dawg over the more well known auto glass companies. They were very fast and did a fantastic job. Request them by name for your windshield insurance claims too!

Amazing customer service. Amazing work, and fast.They fixed in less than 24 hours what safelite took a week to mess up.Also took the extra time to clear codes on my dash after my lift/alignment made my abs act up(which the alignment shop and toyota themselves could not fix).This is hands down the best place to go in San antonio for glass/calibration work.Safelite is garbage.

Jasmine was very nice at the front desk. Great customer service. Tim installed my windshield and it looked amazing. The shop manager Greg was able to give me an incredible military discount!! Overall my visit went smoothly and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! I know I will definitely go back if I ever need to.

I had a rock chip and didn t want it to run due to the cold weather in San Antonio. One of their trucks happen to past me on the way to work so I gave them a call and David answered very courteous and helpful. He stated I didn t need an appt and could just show up at any time it would take about 15-20 mins. As I arrived I was immediately greeted with a smile and they got to work right away even offered me a coffee to warm up. Took them about 15 mins total and I was on my way. Definitely will be recommending them for future business, thank you for exceptional service!!

A bit late review, brought my Mercedes to get windshield replaced back in late 2019. After replacement, there's a water leak on the passenger side of the car after a rain storm. Additionally, the automatic windshield wipers doesn't work. They didn't connect the wires correctly. The service is friendly tho. Should have brought to their attention back then but the pandemic hits and I had other crisis that took up my time.Update 2/13/22Finally had time and brought car back today and they were more than generous to fix the water leak and more. There excellent customer service still hasn t change. Thanks Brian for resolving this issue.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I can t say enough about the exceptional service and quality craftsmanship that Glass Dawg provided for my wife and myself. It starts with the personal relationship established with Roxanna Martinez and her excellent customer relation skills and complete knowledge of her products. Greg Castro the manager is probably one of the most competent individuals that treats his customers and his workers with respect and loyalty. The techs Albert Castillo and Roger Lucio did a great job installing the windshields from my wife s and my car. All in all I highly recommend Glass Dawg as a premier glass company in service and price.

I just had my windshield replaced a few months ago and got a chip in my windshield. I called today to schedule and appt. and they were able to fit me in right away! Took less than 20 minutes to get it fixed. Great service! Will definitely be back!
