I took my car to my collision center to get some body repairs and they did a phenomenal job. They made my charger look brand new again. They kept their word when it came to some minor damages that needed replacing. Ronnie was very helpful and professional. Definitely recommend. Obviously I hope I don t ever have to go back but if I do I will choose this place again 10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I definitely recommend My Collision, the manager Ronnie was incredible from day one! He immediately came out to greeted me when I dropped it off, and got the repairs done in record time. While other shops said 2-4 weeks, he did in under 2 weeks. He even walked the repairs with me when I picked it up. The car is in better condition than I originally had it. They went above and beyond, great communication, professional quality. Thank you for everything.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent Fast service!!!My wife s side mirror turn signal was broken due to a meeting with the garage door so I purchased the part to fix it myself. After noticing how complex the task could be I drove down to the collision center.They came out and took it back right away. 10 minutes later my car was given back to me out front WOW!!!Everyone was so friendly and courteous.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Great job!!!

I ve not only had one but two exceptional and amazing experiences with My Collison Center. I m not originally from San Antonio and when it came to reviewing collision centers in the area, I m grateful I was told about My Collison Center. My experiences with the staff & their work exceeded my expectations and turn around time was quick yet efficient. Ronnie and his staff made both experiences seemingly smooth. I ve also been greeted and talked to through out the process with the upmost respect - because dealing with your car in the shop can be frustrating at times.. but not at all with My Collison Center. Top notch service!

I took my car in that got re-ended and asked since they are repairing the wreck damage anyway, if they could do other parts on the car, and I'd pay for it. A week goes by, nobody follows up. Can't get ahold of anyone there. I get my car back and the rear looks fine but the rest of the car is still in damaged shape. The guy after the fact says, "yeah, we can paint the whole car for $$$". Great, would've done that if you had returned my calls, followed up like I asked, and kept my car for a week. Terrible shop, use anybody else instead!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in an accident right in front of their business. The people who work here are so kind and helpful. They came out and made sure we were both okay, and when my car was not safe to drive home, they offered to let me park my car there safely for the weekend until I could get my insurance to give me a tow. Their shop ended up not being in my insurance network, but I sure wish it had! It s hard to find a company this honest that s not just out to squeeze every dime out of someone who s already in distress. Thank you so much for your help!

Highly recommend this shop! My Collision Center did an awesome job repairing my vehicle after an accident. Their work was not only fast, but it looks like new. All of the staff were extremely professional and helpful throughout my experience- from driving me to pick up the rental car to helping me put in a new front bumper light when I picked it up (which was not related to the damage it was originally assessed for). I used My Collision Center twice now due to two separate accidents. Both times, we received excellent service and excellent results. The damage was walked through with us along with the completed repairs and estimated completion times. The first time, repairs were completed quicker than the estimated time frame. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to have their vehicle repaired. You won't be disappointed.-The Garzas

I brought my car in for a cosmetics service and I was more than pleased with what I received. I m so thankful that this business came highly recommended, and the owner was extremely courteous and helpful when advising me on the proper service. The staff was friendly, and was very concerned that I was pleased with their work. They truly took care of me, and had my car done in the allotted time. I found their pricing extremely reasonable compared to others. I had the service quoted by two other vendors and it was much higher. I was happy to drive in and receive a quick and fair quote. My car was done with care and quality and was returned quickly.I had an amazing experience. Again this was a cosmetic service, which was some thing that I wanted it for my car. I would absolutely recommend them for bodywork!! With the quality, care, and efficiency they provide this place is sure to sweep the market.Service: Painting

I went in for a simple repair and all they had to do was repaint 2 doors and reinstall the plastic side mouldings. Their work is not quality and I had to return 5 times in the span of a month because the side mouldings kept falling off. I spoke to the manager, Ronnie about some information that I can relay to my adjuster so that I can receive compensation for the days that they possessed my only mode of transformation. He blatantly disregarded my concerns and even said that there are other people that have it worse and I shouldn t complain. If I could give 0 stars, I would.Service: Body & Trim

My car was repaired, and the people that work here are easy to contact. However, I took my car in twice to get repaired, they cashed an insurance check before repairing, and then I was charged $160 by mistake. Because of part shortage (not their fault), they told me to pick up my car until the part that was ordered came in, instead of driving a rental for so long, which makes sense. Months later, GEICO told me My Collision cashed the check that GEICO made to them without doing the repair. I called and had to re-explain everything to my collision center, and they said they didn t know why I wasn t contacted, and that the part was there waiting. I brought the car back and they repaired it within days and did a great job. But months later again, they randomly charged me $160 for a rental car, and they are now giving me a check. In the end I do not think this place is trying to rip me off, but it was a stressful experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best experience ever! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I took my vehicle in to get repaired. They ordered the part repainted it to blend in. They did an amazing job I couldn t have asked for a better outcome! They even cleaned my vehicle inside and out better then any professional car wash place! I give them 5 stars and if there were more I d rate higher! Thank you #mycollisioncenter

I brought my 2021 Honda Accord in for repairs of damages to the front passenger side bumper and headlight of my vehicle. A week after getting my car back, the driver side of my front bumper started to detach from the side panel. Please keep in mind that this never happened prior to me taking my vehicle there. I immediately addressed the issue with them and they snapped it placed. I thought everything was good until it happened shortly thereafter. I addressed the issue with the owner and he stated that they would order clips and give me a call once they arrived. A month and a half later I purchased clips at my local Honda service department because every time i called them they stated they hadn t received the part. Till this day I have yet to receive a call from My Collision. Unfortunately, the new clips didn t solve the issue. I finally notified my insurance company of the problems I was having with my car and My Collision. They sent me a list of collisions shop that they partner with. Initially my insurance company thought the bracket needed to be replaced, but the rep of the collision shop that I selected stated that I would need a new bumper. Please keep in mind that I never had this issue prior to taking my car to My Collision. I truly believe My collision damaged my car because rep at other other body shops that inspected my car said that it isn t due to parking( a lame explanation the owner of my Collision tried to give).Service: Body & Trim

I ve never had service like this with any auto store. The people were extremely nice and super fast with my truck after I hit a deer. My truck looks brand new, like nothing happened! Thank you guys for your professionalism, attention to detail, and quickness!***Just an FYI to those that leave their belongings in the vehicle when you drop off at any auto shop, dont do it, that s first and common sense rule. My stuff wasn t broken into, but I read previous ratings on people leaving their personal belongings when you drop off. The thieves are smart and dirty in SA, come on people-think.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is a newer collision center in San Antonio and I know you may be apprehensive or doubtful about their abilities but let me tell you, this place is as good as any collision center I've ever worked with and being in the insurance industry for over 20 years, I've had my fair share of experience with body shops.They were professional, courteous and extremely friendly and understanding with my needs. They were very thorough when doing the estimate and even made some suggestions for my consideration and best of all, they were very reasonable in their pricing. I would gladly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for good work and a fair price for their auto body and painting needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I don't usually write reviews, but given the great service and perfect work, I felt like I should tell my story here.I took my car in to their shop to get it fixed after I got rear-ended by someone two weeks back. When I went there to consult with them, they were very upfront about the whole process and how much it would cost, and they even accepted the repair quote prepared by another collision center recommended by my insurance. Furthermore, they kept updating me everyday about the status of the vehicle, and then they had it ready one day ahead of schedule. And the repairs were top notch too. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

They did a phenomenal job on my vehicle and made it look just as good as the original paint. The staff members dealing with the interactions had excellent customer service. One thing that could help improve their service is communication with the customer. They had constant delays from the initial quoted times. If they can perfect that, they would crush the competition.
