Great service and repair time!I took my car in after a car accident. The estimated time to complete got extended by 2.5 weeks due to new findings during repair and they had to order parts. Rental was not covered by my insurance unfortunately so I brought up my concern with my ride over the phone.They said they will try to expedite and they did complete the repair 4 days sooner than the promised day! The repair was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier with their service.Having a car accident is already stressful but they definitely made a repair part easier for me.

Terrible service! Took them a whole extra week just because of one tire. And the front bumper they were supposed to replace, they broke and super glued it to my car to try and hide their mistake.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is an updated review: I brought my car in about a year ago, maybe a little under a year. Someone had thrown something in the road, my husband ran it over immediately after it was thrown, and damage was done to my car. They replaced a few parts, including putting in a refurbished ac compressor. I was impressed that they were able to get so much done, so quickly. My oil pan had a hole in it and they got all of it replaced and fixed up. When I left the first time everything ran great. Within a few days my AC started to cut out. I brought it back a few times and kept getting blown off, which made me pretty upset. They kept saying nothing was wrong even though I told them it was blowing hot air intermittently. Winter came and I didn't have to use the AC so I put it on the back burner. Summer came again and I had the same hot air blowing so I took it to pep boys. They narrowed the issue down and sent me to the dealership. The dealership found that my AC compressor was bad. After I brought it back and explained the initial issue, coming back a few times, giving up, then dealing with this again, and the dealership diagnosing it Howard and his team checked it out too and verified the part really was bad. They ordered another refurbished one and put it in, along with a control board since that was also messed up. Unfortunately the second compressor was also messed up. Howard called back again and had them bring another one that day. He got the part installed and charged my AC all by the end of the day. I finally had AC again after a year of none and a month straight of having my car in and out of shops. I'm not pleased with how our interactions started but I'm very grateful that Howard took on this project, got everything fixed, and was able to get it approved (properly, since it was from the initial damage and under warranty) through my insurance. My AC has only turned hot twice in the last week. Its far better than it was. I would give 5 stars except for our initial interaction because I kept being blown off and treated like I didn't know how my car works.

I had two vehicles here through a series of unfortunate circumstances. They did a good job working as quickly as insurance would allow. One was appropriately totalled and the other was fixed to factory spec.

I took my car in for an estimate after making an appointment on my car insurance app. For whatever reason, the APP appointment did not get put on their system, but they honored the appointment which was very nice of them.The real shoutout goes to the gentleman who helped me with my estimate. He went above and beyond and helped put my rear bumper back on best he could before I drove off the lot. Superb customer service and kindness. I will be returning to this location for my repairs.

Howard was the first person I met when I brought my car in for repairs. he was very thorough, professional and courteous. Found additional damage to the front end I had not seen. Howard took care of everything from start to finish. He notified me when the car would be ready, and due to holiday season and New Year , there was some drawbacks, but perfectly understandable. As far was work being performed, It was excellent. Feel like I got a new car all over again. The entire process, from dropping off the car to getting it back repaired, was a breeze. I highly recommend this shop for collision repairs. Awesome work done and service!!

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee down to My Collision Center on Perin Beitel for some body work and painting over time for various things. They have done absolutely amazing work on our Jeep! At one point we had hit a pole and really damaged the driver side door, and after we had them work on it the door looked better than new and you could never guess there was any damage at all. The work is very high quality for a very fair price and they worked amazingly with our time frame. This was the best experience at a collision place I've ever had! My vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule, and it looked fabulous. My car was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in.Inside the business was very clean and organized. The staff were very professional, polite, and nice. Very impressed that they always kept me informed about the progress of the repair. I didn't have to call them, they called me often.

They work fast and professionally. They were able to replace and repair everything on my car. It looks like a brand new car again. The guys there were so nice and even helped work with Enterprise to get me a rental. I hope I don't have to get major repairs done to my car again, but if I do, I'm definitely taking it back here

My experience was excellent, I was nervous on where I should take my new truck to get fixed after someone hit me and I am without a doubt happy with the care my truck received, the repairs were done fairly quick and when finished, I could not tell the truck had been in any accident. It actually looked better than before because they got some of the old scratches out as well from having to repaint most of the side of truck. The paint matched perfectly and the body work is perfect. Howard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I felt like he truly cared about my truck as much as I do, I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I will choose the same shop and ask for howard. Thank you for taking care of me and my 2018 F150.

They replaced the damaged fender quickly. Some new damage and misalignment of parts was apparent that was not there before, but I wanted my car back ASAP so I didn't bother to haggle them about it. They also cleaned up the interior a bit which was nice.Just for reference The issues upon receiving the repaired vehicle were:Trim along the windows popping out not seated properly. Some trim was also damaged. The front bumper was pinching against the body rubbing the paint off in a corner and was angled up like it had been in a front end collision which my car was not. The front bumper did not align with the fender well on either side. They used generic fender well replacement parts and the fit was rough but acceptable. However the plastic push retainers had little to no holding power and were already showing signs of falling out before I even drove the car home.While I could have done the work myself. I'm not sure I would have been able to do it as quickly nor would it help satisfy any legal requirement that might arise between all parties.I'm overall happy having my car back and will double over their work to fix the issues where I can. Hopefully I wont be in another accident. If I am I'd consider using them again but will be more keen on getting near perfect fit and finish before accepting the vehicle back.

We had our vehicle repaired at My Collision Center and they did a great job. The work was done early and very well done. When we picked up pur car my wife noticed a scratch on the door and they took the car back to quickly buff it and touch it up. That is great service in my book.

Had an EXCELLENT experience with everyone I worked with at this location. I was recommended here through Geico, who had a representative on site to assist. Enterprise also sent a rep with my rental (covered under insurance) immediately. We had everything done in time for me to still have a quick meal during my lunch hour. The shop had my fender, front bumper, and head lamp replaced and painted in about four days! Thank you!

They would not take my good method of payment. There were scratches on opposite side of the vehicle that he said he marked. He showed me a blurred pic on a computer showing the proof . After I took some pics of my own, everything changed. As I was getting in my truck, he ran out saying he would touch it up. As I drove away, he said it again. I m not used to be deceived or treated in this way as a valued customer.

I recently took my car to be repaired here at My Collision center after my accident and I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly nice and understanding. Gabe is the one who worked with me, always called and kept me informed. At the end of it my car was practically brand new and they took care of my detuctible! Will definitely go back in the future if needed.

Posting right after picking up my car but so far super impressed. They fixed the body damage to where it's like the car never got hit, provided lifetime warranty on the work, did a walk thru at pick up, everything went very smoothly between them, Geico and us. To top it off, the car was cleaned! And as a bonus, they put an lollipops in the car I'd definitely go back.

After I was able to pay what I could I was impressed with the work done, at first.I wasn't able to pay for three months but when I did pay they said the work would take 2 weeks it took three after me constantly calling. That was no big deal. when I got my car back they had not included one of the fog lights in the estimate. Again something minor I looked past because they did give me a huge discount. When I arrived my tail light was busted. Which I thought would also be taken care of. No big deal again little things I looked past. But as I'm driving my car I notice pieces of my car are falling off!! That's a big deal I paid for the labor to put it together not halfway put it together not to mention that the labor was half the price. Along with pieces of my car falling off the water tank that was busted was just put back into place with the same hole in it. Not to mention my seat belts are locked. Shortly after getting my car back in exchange for the "discount" he MADE me write a good review. Most of the stuff u read, the good reviews are probably not real or exaggerated for the sake of the company.

My Collision Center on Perrin-Beitel did an Outstanding job on my truck. The staff was amazing to work with from day one, from the owner Mario to his management team headed up by Gabe to the technicians that did the repairs. Simply put you won't find a better Team to work with in the vehicle repair business. Weekly phones, initiated by them were always filled with details and updates, keeping me relaxed during the process. I will take �all my future vehicle repairs to My Collision Center and will highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.

Great experience from start to finish they keep me up dated on the work and when I could pick up my car very great work. Explained everything in detail on what may happen during the repair. I would recommend them for any work needing done.

My vehicle was hit in the rear, My Collision Center repaired my car in less than a week and it looks so good, you would never know it was hit. They did a great job and Gabe handled everything for me through the insurance company. If the need arises, I would definately use them again.
