I'M SORRY I DON'T KNOW IF I'LL GO BACK AGAIN CAUSE MY MOM GOT CRUSHED TODAY WHILE TRYING TO FIX HER SEAT AND SOME IDIOT BACKED UP WITH HIS TRUCK AND CLAIMED HE DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING AND BLAMED THE GUY WHO INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. BUT TODAY I HAD TO MAKE A POLICE REPORT ON THEM CAUSE IT'S WHERE IT HAPPENED AND MY MOM HAD TO BE SENT TO THE ER. NOW THE DRIVERS DOOR IS DENTED. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Quick, easy, but in an odd area. I passed by it at first missing their sign. When I pulled in there was no one around but they quickly came out to help. When finished, I had to back my car around a couple of other parked cars... Nothing challenging, just annoying.

Been coming to this guy for years, even take him business. Sometimes there's a wait but it's fast but seems people on here always wanna be in a rush. Would definitely recommend this guy

Three cars ahead and one in the bay when I arrived. I hopped right in line, and was out in less than 30 minutes. Get this, I only paid $7. I left after being totally disrespected & then ignored. The 2 guys working there were so rude & lazy. Don t waste your time on their trashy business. Drive up 3 blocks, turn left on Zarzamora & 2 more lights up turn to the left on Fitch street. 2 cars in front of me & i was done in < 10 minutes & received excellent service.

Great job, the garage attendant did his job very well. He checked my car carefully,didn't find anything wrong ,I showed my insurance, paid 7$ and I'm on my way.Totally recommend them.I didn't take a pic of him,but he was a cutti.i gotta wait a whole year till I see him again( inspection again)Well enjoy your day.P.G.

Hole in the wall that gets the job done. Quick reliable inspection. Was ready to go as soon as I pulled up and was taken care of immediately. They were polite seem honest and were quick yet accurate. Nice job.

Gaitan State Inspection is super professional and is very nice. They offered cold water while we waited on one of the hottest days. Super cool and down to earth. Thats why I go back every year for my inspections.

I get my inspection done here. He's fast and efficient I'm in and out in about 5 minutes. Plus he put in a whole new air conditioning system in my truck for a reasonable price a few years ago.

I am very pleased with Gaitans Station service. I have taken all of my cars to get inspected there for years and I have never been disappointed. Great service and not a long waiting time to get your vehicle inspected.

I did not have money to get my state inspection and registration renewal until the end of December. The place I have gone for years was closed for the holidays. I called other state inspection stations and they were all closed all day on New Year's Eve. Gaitans had the best rating but no phone number listed. I finally drove to Gaitans around 3 p.m. on December 31, and it was open. The person who did the inspection said, " I don't leave 'till 5" matter-of-factly, as if the idea of closing New Year's Eve was simply not something the business would do.He told me the business had just changed phone numbers and that was why it was not on Google Maps yet.Gaitans has a dedicated bay for inspections. It was simple to get to the business, wait for someone to come to the car, and move the car to where directed. The inspector had a mask with gaiter for full protection during the COVID-19 pandemic. The inspector was very efficient, knowledgeable about EV standatds, checked everything required for an electric vehicle inspection, sent the information to the state database as required, and gave me the certificate within a few minutes.Gaitans accepts checks and cash, but not credit cards. Gaitans has change if you do not have exact cash (I noticed complaints in reviews of other inspection stations that only accept cash, and do not provide change).Gaitans is closer to where I live than any of the other inspection stations. I am glad that I took the chance to go there on New Year's Eve and see whether it was open. I left there and was able to get to the Bexar County office and renew my registration before the day/month/year ended. What a relief!THANK YOU, GAITANS, for your outstanding service! I plan to return!

The inspection guy is real nice professional and fast go there people I recommend it and if you have problems there's a car shop next store real cheap and nice invorment fast service be there or be square...peAce out
